• maral (7/5): - The apartment’s location and design were excellent. Unfortunately, during our stay there was construction work in the neighboring building. We were woken up around 7:30 a.m. on Saturday by very loud noise and strong vibrations that could be felt through the floors, and this continued almost until noon. This was of course an unfortunate coincidence, but unfortunately the noise was a significant issue for us during our stay.

• Joy (7/5): - Zentrale Lage, alle Sehenswürdigkeiten kann man zu Fuß erkunden. Nette Einrichtung Die Straße, an der die Wohnung liegt, ist unglaublich laut. Balkon ist nicht zu benutzen. Die Schlafzimmer liegen nach hinten in einen dunklen Innenhof. Durch Klimaanlagen auch laut. Die Sofas müssten dringend gereinigt werden. Ausstattung der Küche sehr dürftig, keine Spülmaschine. In der ganzen Wohnung und Bad gibt es keine Aufhängemöglichkeit für Handtücher oder Jacken. Badezimmer sehr klein, warmes Wasser muss erst 30 min vorgeheizten werden.

• Helene (4/5): Gute Lage, aber wegen frühem Baulärm an mehreren Tagen, deutlicher Hygienemängel und fehlender Reaktion des Anbieters in - Die Lage war zentral und gut angebunden. Beim Einzug wirkte die Unterkunft zunächst in Ordnung, doch leider zeigte sich schnell ein anderes Bild. Bereits am ersten Morgen begann ab ca. 8 Uhr starker Baulärm mit Bohren und Hämmern aus der Nachbarwohnung, der an drei aufeinanderfolgenden Tagen mehrfach wiederkehrte und unseren Aufenthalt massiv beeinträchtigte. Trotz sofortiger Meldung an die Verwaltung wurde das Problem nicht nachhaltig gelöst; man teilte mir lediglich mit, man wisse nichts davon und werde sich kümmern. Zusätzlich traten deutliche Hygienemängel auf: Kakerlaken in der Küche (fotografiert), verschmutzte Sofas und Kissen, eine extrem laute Klimaanlage im Schlafzimmer sowie ein lockerer, laut knarzender Boden im Essbereich. Besonders enttäuschend war die Reaktion des Personals: freundlich in den Nachrichten, aber ohne echte Lösung oder angemessene Entschädigung. Aufgrund dieser Umstände war der Aufenthalt sehr unangenehm und ist insgesamt leider nicht empfehlenswert.

• Aliya (10/5): - Apartment was very clean, AC works perfectly, hot water as well. Location was very good, you can walk to all sightseeings or use public transportation. Hosts were very kind, all instructions were clear and helpful. Towels and bed sheets snow-white. There was also everything for cooking and washing. We didn’t have any problems with Internet and smart tv. And It would be nice to hang a full-length mirror. Happy we chose this apartment to stay

• Jörg (8/5): Schlaflose Nächte - The apartment was fine. Everything was exactly as described. The location is very good. However, the construction noise from the neighbouring apartment was unbearable from very early in the morning. Sleeping in or staying in the apartment during the day was out of question! Other loud noises from the stairwell and the air shaft during the night also caused extreme annoyance.
