• Lucy (4/5): Una estancia bastante regular - La ubicación del piso está muy bien. Nos alojamos en el piso 3 noches. 4 parejas de amigos. La ubicación del piso es bastante cómodo a la hora de visitas y de moverse. Tuvimos la sorpresa de tener que pagar las taxas, en el precio ponía todo incluido pero 180€ más que tuvimos que pagar 2 días antes para recibir las llaves para entrar. En el edificio el ascensor no funciona y a visto los comentarios eso ya llevo un tiempo entonces otro punto que se podría modificar del anuncio. Todo el piso está muy muy mal insonorizado con razón en el anuncio insiste tanto de no hacer ruido pero se escucha hasta lo que dicen los vecinos de encima, cuando comen, se duchan y cagan ! El baño de fundo en la suite no va bien el agua y en ninguna ducha el soporte de la ducha va. Sin cometer que hay un serio problema de tubería; tuvimos unos olores durante toda la estancia de baño podrido. En la cocina no hay vajilla para 8 personas, 6 vasos de agua, 4 tazas etc así uno no puede utilizar la cocina como toca. Sin hablar de lo peligroso que está la escalera que te lleva a la parte de la terraza, tiene 2 escalones a punto de romperse por seguridad se tendría que reparar. Pero nada sorprendente cuando uno llega a la parte de la terraza por lo cual escogimos este apartamento, un asco, no se han molestado en pasarle una manguera, no estaba nada preparado para nuestra estancia de hecho la piscina no tenía los cojines dentro, la fuente de agua no funcionaba, una gran decepción. Adjunto fotos del estado de la terraza de lo que se enseña y lo que encontramos. Que conste que en nuestra estancia no llovió un solo momento; el estado está así hace meses. Insisten en que saques la basura y dejes el piso en condición pero no se molestaron en ponerlo en condiciones para el alquiler de el. Si quieres escoger este lugar por su exterior y la piscina te aconsejo escoger otro porque ellos lo utilizan para atraer la gente y tener un punto más que no cuidan ni preparan. Me pregunto en qué sirve pagar el + de limpieza? Sin comentario.

• Luka (10/5): Odlična lokacija in čiste sobe z zahtevnimi sosedi, ki zahtevajo popoln mir po 22 uri - Lokacija odlična, čiste in urejene spalnice, kljub glasnosti ulice se ob zaprtih oknih nič ne sliši. Res odlično razmerje med ceno in kakovostjo. Tudi bazen, ki je tako majhen kot piše v opisu, prinese dodatno vrednost ob slabem vremenu. Odlično za dve mirni družini izredno striktno upoštevanje miru že od 21:00 dalje. Verjetno živijo v isti stavbi domačini, ki ne tolerirajo niti pogovora več oseb v apartmaju in kličejo v glavno pisarno že pred 22 uro. Naši skupini so celo izključili elektriko, čeprav so imeli povsem prižgano televizijo na sobni jakosti.

• Lina (8/5): Very good - Spacious apartment. Big leather sofa, elevator, 2 bathrooms, bathrobes given, nice bathing liquid, and kichen cleaning product pack like hotels. Very clean kitchen utensils and plenty of them. Large dining table.Few mins walk to nearest metro and train station (RENFE) so easy access to the airport. Shopping starts outside the apartment. Difficulty during check in. Need to have call service to resolve check in remotely. A bit old facility. Shower cubicle a bit rundown. Heating works in certain rooms but after calling the helpline, they repaired. Lots of statue in the apartment, personally I dont like that. Only 1 dishwasher tablet given for a 4 nights stay. Washing machine not clean, wiped the rubber ceiling and it was black. No dryer and very small drying rack given.

• Mohamad (7/5): Great location, but the poor check-in process and lack of soundproofing made the stay less enjoyable - I had a fantastic stay at this apartment, and its location was a major highlight. It's perfectly situated near some of Barcelona's most iconic spots, like La Sagrada Familia and Las Ramblas, making it easy to explore the city. There are also great local dining options and shops just a short walk away. The convenience of being close to public transport made getting around even easier. Overall, the location made my trip incredibly enjoyable and stress-free. I highly recommend it to anyone looking to stay in the heart of the action! While the apartment's location is excellent, there were a few disappointing aspects of my stay. The check-in experience was frustrating and poorly organized, which set a negative tone upon arrival. Additionally, the apartment’s isolation was not ideal, as I could hear noise from neighboring apartments and the street, which impacted my ability to relax and get a good night’s sleep. These issues detracted from what could have been a much better experience.
