• Felisa (1/5): Desastre total - Si quieres empezar mal tus vacaciones ven a este piso.Alquilamos esta propiedad en Enero con idea de ir an Marzo al festival de cine , eramos 6 adultos y el mismo dia de nuestra salida al aeropuerto con 8 horas de anticipación, útiles 3 porque el mensaje llegó a las 2 de la madrugada ,nos anularon nuestra reserva con el pretexto de que tenían problemas de electricidad, extraña hora para darse cuenta de la avería ,el caso es que llegamos a Málaga sin alojamiento y nerviosos . El personal de REMS se mostró receptivo en ayudar pero nada podían hacer, tenían todo completo , fue gracias a Booking que pudimos solucionarlo nos atendieron Arturo y Sara los cuales fueron muy amables y profesionales pusieron interés en buscarnos una nueva ubicación lo cual lograron .Muchas gracias a Booking , viajamos con ellos con frecuencia y es la primera vez que nos ha ocurrido esto
• María Sofía (8/5): Un departamento cómodo y elegante - El departamento está impecable, puesto muy lindo. Todo nuevo, bien equipado. Muy cómodo y funcional. Éramos 6, todo perfecto. La ubicación está bien, si bien la cuadra es un poco desolada , está cerca de todo a pie y con aparcamiento cerca para dejar un vehículo .

Plenty of coffee shops , bars and restaurants in area and only a 5 minute walk to The centre of Malaga . All REMS staff very helpful and pleasant. Would definitely stay again . • beatrice (7/5): Super apartment, pity about the smell - Location fantastic, beautiful place There was a shocking smell from the drains throughout our stay. We were told it was due to an old building; I’ve never experienced anything like this & clearly we were not the 1st to complain as there were diffusers all over the apartment to mask the smell.

• Favero (9/5): Fin de voyage en Andalousie en famille pour Noël. - appartement spacieux et très bien équipé avec 2 petites SDB / WC et une plus grande permettant l'indépendance des trois chambres. la cuisine ouverte possède une arrière cuisine utile. un soupçon éloigné du centre historique, il faut compter 15 min pour s'y rendre à pied et on est en face du port marchand donc pas de front de mer. pour la décharge des bagages, il n'y aucune zone à proximité, il faut se mettre en double file puis ensuite aller se garer.

• gene (4/5): - Apprt spacieux... Tres mauvaises odeurs pendant tout le sejour!!!très bruyant très tôt ou très tard dans la journee..ds immeuble chien qui aboie....sans cesse. Clim détraqués ds salon..eau qui coulait sur les vitres...donc impossible de l utiliser..et sans rideaux ds la pièce exposée au sôeil!!u e gournaise..et si l on veut ouvrir.. bruit de music et de de personnes ds les bars au rez-de-chaussée de chaussee..dommage....

• Charlotte (10/5): AMAZING apartment, very spacious, super well equipped and great location - BOOK IT! - This is an amazing property; far exceeded my expectations. It is in a superb location, safe, vibrant, area, with plenty of local supermarkets, restaurants and cafes. A 5-10 min walk to main shopping district, old town with tourist sights, harbour area and 15 mins walk (via harbour or tree lined park) to great beaches. The property was very spacious, with huge lounge/dinning/kitchen area. All 3 double bedrooms well sized. All 3 bathrooms new and well equipped with lovely showers, plenty of lovely toiletries, and each had its own hairdryer. Great general facilities like washing machine, dishwasher, iron, iron board, airer, Nespresso coffee machine. Love the fact that REMs provided plenty of accessories, ie toilet rolls, bin bags, washing pods, dishwasher tablets etc. Often places only provide for 1 day rather than your entire stay, this is a great touch that makes such a difference. We requested more towels mid stay and these were promptly delivered. Also a very welcomed bottle of wine and cold filtered water in the fridge on arrival :) nice! Communication with REMs was super easy via Booking.com or direct email, although the main office was only 2 streets away and is staffed 24x7 so easy to pop in for support if needed. We only used this at checkout when we took our suitcases to them, and they stored for free until late afternoon when our taxi collected us from there to the airport. Super helpful and stress-free. I was initially put off by some reviews stating there is a drainage smell problem. There is a very slight smell, it is not unique to this property but something of the whole area, and indeed Malaga. This is an old city, with a lot of old infrastructure and drains in particular are challenged by summer heat and excessive use by tourists putting inappropriate objects down them! Would highly recommend this property, we were a family of 4, 2 are old teens that need their own space, and this was perfect as a base, and they would come and go safely. Nothing that I can think of, as i have written, far exceeded expectations. Only things missing from advert that worthy of note - the apartment is on the 5th floor, however there are 2 lifts available for use and good wide stairs. - entry to the build is via a webpage on your phone, however this page can be shared with each member of the family, so as long as they have their phone they can get in easily without passing physical keys around. - entry to the apartment is via webpage on phone OR keypad on the door, the keypad can be fiddly on first use but is quick to master and actually a great idea over keys!

• Karen (9/5): Perfect for a 3 night city break - A lovely bright and clean apartment in a great location. Walkable to the old town and port as well as having interesting places to eat/drink in the local neighbourhood. Also great that all three rooms are very similar and each with its own bathroom. The only glitch was a slight persistent drain smell which we reported and they sent someone to deal with plus a/c units (in the sitting room) leaking water. As we were barely in the apartment and could have the balcony doors open when we were it didn't really affect our stay but worth being aware. As I write they are still investigating. It wouldn't stop me staying there if I planned to be out most of the time.
