• Jackway (10/5): Lovely little getaway - Apartment was clean, tidy and lovely to stay in. Hosts were welcoming and friendly. The only thing I didn't like was having to leave. It would be nice to have a late check-out option (with a charge).

The coded given for lock box was incorrect and took hours to get hold of management for correct code. Hardly any power in unit for 2 of the 3 days, never given correct wifi and filthy apartment just to top it off. Everything

• Lauretta (6/5): Overall we enjoyed the location, and had a great time. - Location is excellent, the facilities including pool, spa and direct access to beach were fantastic. we had a balcony room facing the inlet which was teaming with wildlife and made an afternoon or bird watching and drinks very enjoyable. The spa bath in the room was really nice and the kitchen was a great size. I actually thought I'd booked an apartment with 2 bedrooms but when we arrived, we had a main bed and a pull-out couch, this was used for 3 nights by 2 adult sized teenagers (not so comfortable for a longer stay either), it wasn't what I was expecting, and I felt I'd been misled. The host also sent at least 10 emails and more texts messages this made finding information like the locked box code no. on arrival more difficult on the day, I suggest reducing the messages and being more concise. The coffee machine has no instructions and coffee pods provided where different sizes and none seem to fit, however there was instant coffee and tea provided also. I had to sweep down the balcony prior to using it as it was covered in sand.

• Phil (7/5): Really good - Location We stayed at the same property in a different room four years ago for Christmas where we cooked a turkey and ham for Christmas dinner, unfortunately this property did not have a stove. If it was hi-lighted in the booking we could of made other arrangements. Besides that great location an hour from Perth loved it.
• Shams (7/5): Stay was good but could have been better. For the price I expected better value for money 💰 - Close to shops and spa Not up to hotel standards, for example, stained bedding sheets, dripping toilets, complimentary coffee, sugar, and milk should be hotel grade

• Sara (3/5): Crown price for hostel standard - The location was fantastic, walking distance to great cafes and restaurants. Seashells staff were lovely. Toilet dripped all night keeping us awake. Used sanitary items left in bathroom bin. Coffee machine in room compatible with pods that can only be ordered online and none supplied. Electrics turn off after a few minutes so couldn’t boil water, make toast etc. Room overlooks carpark, not on the beach
• Claire (7/5): Comfortable and great location - Great location with walking distance to local restaurants, bars and shops. Comfortable beds. Management were very attentive to making stay enjoyable. Not best value for money compared to what friends paid for bigger 2 bedroom options at the same property. Dated decor. Check in after hours process could have been better organised. Collected keys from lockbox containing other guests keys but envelope wasn’t labelled so unsure which was our room key. Requested sofa bed to be made up upon arrival but it wasn’t.
