• Monika (3/5): I would not recommend this property to anyone. - The staff were responsive and helpful. Definitely the worst rental apartment I have ever stayed in. The photos looked very good, in reality the apartment was filthy and impractical. There was 1 water glass and 4 tiny espresso cups, we had to go buy plastic cups for the stay. There was no place to hang your clothes and no iron. There were ants running around the kitchen counter. The worst thing however was the building itself. To get in you have to go up and down numerous flights of stairs and open doors with 4 different keys. There is no way to get out of the building without opening all of these doors with a key (there is no buzzer from inside) so it’s also simply a fire and safety hazzard. The building itself is old and dilapidated. Very complicated check in and check out- the keys have to be left in a box in another building, again up and down numerous flights of stairs with nowhere to leave your luggage in between. The noise from the street was horrendous, every night until 5 am- loud music, shouting, brawls etc.

• Kristina (10/5): Nice location, nice appartment - The app is close to everything. It may be a little awkward for young children since there is lots of strip clubs all around. It is close to the beach, shops, port so we enjoyed it. It is very loud at night. The kitchen is not well equipped. There is only one pot to cook in. The AC turns off every 4 hours so iz can be a little annoying at night.

Car parking was fantastic benefit (at extra cost) The noise. Above strip and bar that were full blast volume until 5am meant not easy sleeping! Would not stay again just for that reason
• Maltravels2000 (9/5): Superb - This apartment is in a very good location. It's only a few minutes in the taxi from the big beach clubs like NAO and La Sala and a 2-minute walk from the Port and Beach. The apartment was modern, clean and they let us leave our bags there well before check-in. There was a safe that was easy to operate. There were outdoor shutters on the windows which were easy to operate and shut out the light. The shower was really nice and spacious. There was a washing machine in the bathroom. All in all this was a great apartment for a girls trip. There are two balcony windows onto a busy street so at night it can be loud if these are open. Also, there are no curtains so you have to use the shutters. We had a slight issue with keys, the door wouldn't open without being moved a certain way. I wish we were told about this when we got the keys because when we came back from being out we panicked that we couldn't get in. The cleaning ladies did respond to our messages quickly and explain how to open it but it did take some time for us to do it. Finally, when you check out there is nowhere to leave bags, this is normal for a private property (as opposed to hotel) but it is something to bear in mind if you plan to spend your last day out.
