- Birgit (6/5): - Die frische farbliche Gestaltung des Zimmers und die Aufmachung des Frühstückbereiches. Bett sehr bequem. Leider habe nach meiner frühen Buchung dieser Unterkunft keine Bewertungen mehr gelesen - dann wäre ich gewarnt gewesen. Die kleinen Zimmer mit der Endnummer 5 haben das Fenster in einen Schacht mit Feuerleiter: eine absolute Zumutung. Ich hatte noch das Pech, dass nachts auf der Feuerleiter Personen unterwegs waren. Frühstück gibt es erst ab acht Uhr. Für beruflich Reisende zu spät.

The shower leaks from the floor underneath into the bedroom area. A floor Scotia was coming off the wall. It felt grotty and unclean. We would not rate this a 4 star!

- Cathleen Kuntzsch 3333 (3/5): Nie wieder! - Man ist schnell vom Gare Centrale oder Midi im Hotel. Die Lage ist in einer eher Brennpunkt-Gegend, in der ich mich nicht sicher gefühlt habe. Es gab kein Fenster zur Straße oder Hof, nur in ein altes Treppenhaus, wo Kabel aus der Wand hingen. Es gab also keine frische Luft oder Tageslicht. Das Zimmer sind sehr hellhörig, man hörte ständig die Klospülung anderer Gäste. Es gibt keine Tür zur Toilette oder Dusche. Es gab keine, überhaupt keine Ablagen. Weder im Raum, noch im Badbereich. Nur 3 Kleiderbügel, die über der Kaffeemaschine hingen. Frühstück gab es erst ab 8 Uhr. Da ich bereits 7:30 Uhr zum Zug musste, bat ich um ein früheres Frühstück oder ein Lunchpaket. Das wurde mir leider verwehrt. Ich dürfe mir maximal Heißgetränke nehmen. Als ich früh das Hotel verließ, aß dann doch eine Dame ihr Frühstück und ein Teil des Buffets war schon bereitgestellt. Das Personal sollte sich auf eine Vorgehensweise einigen. Ich wäre auch nur mit einem kleinen Teil des Buffets völlig zufrieden gewesen! Ich durfte dann immerhin etwas vom Buffet mit auf meine Weiterreise nehmen. Das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis stimmt GAR NICHT. Für 130 Euro kann man denke ich auf jeden Fall mehr erwarten. Ich würde dieses Hotel auf keinen Fall weiter empfehlen!

- Bartek (5/5): Weekend stay in Brussels - The hotel has a nice boutique look to it. The location was very good. Central to everything and walkable distance to most places. Walkable distance to the train station as well. Reception staff was not great. Number of times the reception desk was empty. Average breakfast. Amenities were not up to standard. Not acceptable to have an iron included in the amenities but then not have them available for guests as they were all given away to other guests (and then argue about it when confronted). These things should be tracked. However - the staff was able to provide one from another hotel. It has a good look but could be much better.

L'aspirazione di doccia e wc non era funzionante. Sarebbero stati utili più appendiabiti. Le finiture delle pareti e pavimenti in resina sono di difficile pulizia.

Pusryčiai nedideli, tačiau vertinant viešbučio dydį suprantama, tačiau skanūs bei labai skani kava. Personalas paslaugus ir malonus. Tikrai verta sugrįžti, patogi vieta centre, 10 minučių nuo centrinės stoties, labai gera kaina.
- Helga (2/5): Nicht zu empfehlen! - Leider nur die Lage. Wir hatten das dunkelblaue Zimmer ( Wände, Boden, Decke und Türen alles dunkelblau !! ), leider wurde es mit der sehr schwachen Beleuchtung auch nicht heller. Das Waschbecken war im Raum und direkt neben der Klimaanlage. Die Dusche hatte keine Tür und war ebenfalls nahe bei der Klimaanlage, welche nicht abzudrehen war. Es gab keinen Kleiderschrank, keine Ablagemöglichkeit, keinen Sessel und keinen Tisch. Auf Anfrage, ob wir ein anderes Zimmer haben könnten, wurde uns gesagt, alles sei ausgebucht. Das Stiegenhaus glich einer unfertigen Baustelle. Beim dürftigen Frühstücksbuffet musste man lange warten bis etwas nachgefüllt wurde. Für diesen Preis hätte ich mir wirklich etwas besseres vorgestellt und dieses Hotel war das erste von dem ich enttäuscht war. Sorry, aber dieses Hotel ist auf keinen Fall weiter zu empfehlen.

Vi havde 4 værelser, hvor to af dem lå med udsigt til en væg eller en baggård. De to andre havde fin udsigt.

Breakfast buffet was good The room smelled damp when we entered each time. The lights were way too dim. At night it was super dark inside the room. Worst thing, there was no door to washroom.

- carola (9/5): - Sono stata due volte al Mila hotel, la prima volta ho avuto una camera molto piccola, la seconda volta ho fatto presente che sono claustrofobica e mi hanno dato una stanza grande, con 4 portefinestre ed un balcone, fantastica, non ho avuto problemi di claustrofobia con una stanza così. Prodotti della nuxe e macchinetta per il caffè nespresso, letto molto comodo La.stanza era un po' fredda, ho fatto presente, sono venuti ma nn hanno potuto risolvere. Quando si fa la doccia, l'acqua tende ad entrare nella camera, un po' più di luce nel vano ascensore al piano terra

- Domitille (7/5): - J'ai effectué la réservation pour ma mère et mes tantes qui m'ont remonté que l'hôtel était beaucoup plus joli en photo qu'en vrai. Les chambres sont toutefois propres et la literie confortable, mais elles sont assez spartiates. Avec des fenêtres donnant sur le mur d'en face très proche. L'emplacement a été extrêmement apprécié, à proximité des sites majeurs et de bons restaurants.

- ryoko (6/5): - Il y avait un paire de pantoufles. Le lit était assez confortable. Il y avait un petit déjeuner.L'accueil est agréable. La chambre est assez petite. Impossible de couper la climatisation. Il y a de bruits ( on dirait système de climatisation ou aéré ou par ailleurs.) On peut ouvrir la fenêtre à peine, à cause de lit à côté.

Mais le manager et son équipe ont été très compréhensif en me proposant pour la fin de mon séjour une chambre dans un autre de leur établissements qui était beaucoup mieux de très loin pour la fin de mon séjour ce que j’ai vraiment apprécié

La stanza molto piccola e soprattutto buia in quanto la finestra era su un piccolissimo cortile interno e attraversato dalle scale di sicurezza. Difficile trovare spazio a sufficienza per aprire il trolley, non è presente nessun tipo di arredo tranne due grucce appese sopra un comodino. Il rapporto qualità prezzo non è assolutamente congruo.

Le petit déjeuner est bien, s’il y avait eu du fromage blanc et du thé noir aux fruits rouges, il aurait été parfait pour moi. - antonius (5/5): armoedig - locatie onpersoonlijk , weinig tot niet klantgericht verstopte wasbak , kapotte verlichting , niet werkende broodrooster met een papiertje er op ! waardeloze tent we hadden 2 dagen geboekt en betaald 200 per nacht , maar uiteindelijk maar een nacht gebleven ! liever ergens anders ! een leuk verdien modelletje met weinig personeel en kleine nare kamers ! geen service en geen nacht portier , nooit meer

- Sarah (8/5): Schöne zentrale Unterkunft - Alles in allem eine schöne Unterkunft. Ein kleineres und feines Zimmer aber sehr zentral gelegen. Das Frühstück war nicht außergewöhnlich, für meinen Geschmack würde ich es das nächste Mal weglassen.

- María del Rocío (3/5): There are nice hotels in Brussels with better environment. - The room was super small, there were a lot of noise from the street. I would not recommend this hotel for the price/quality. The staff were not friendly.

- CHAUSSINAND (9/5): Hôtel bien situé et idéal pour un court séjour. - L'hôtel est très bien situé, proche du centre historique de Bruxelles. La salle du petit déjeuner est très agréable, lumineuse et cosy. Le petit déjeuner est simple et varié . Le personnel est très sympathique, a l'écoute et serviable. Peu de rangements dans la chambre.
