• Begoña (8/5): Ubicación perfecta - La ubicación es perfecta, el piso es amplio y con todo lo necesario. Es bastante silencioso y tranquilo. La atención fue muy rápida y atenta. Toda la información que dan previo a la llegada es muy completa y facilita mucho el check in y el check out. Nos respondieron muy rápido y muy amables al avisarles de problemas en la limpieza, pero no se resolvió del todo y ya no volvimos a intentarlo. La limpieza dejaba mucho que desear. Al llegar avisamos de que el baño estaba sucio (tanto el suelo como el WC) y enviaron a una persona a repasar la limpieza mientras no estábamos. Cuando volvimos, habían limpiado parte, pero el suelo del baño seguía muy sucio (con pelos y suciedad). Unos hilos que había en el suelo de la habitación estaban después en el hall de entrada, así que barrieron, pero no en profundidad. Las mesillas de noche estaban llenas de polvo, como si no se hubieran limpiado en mucho tiempo. Me imagino que no tenían aspiradora, y con una escoba no se puede limpiar a fondo.

• maria (7/5): Posizione eccellente - LAppartamento si trova in una posizione ottimale nel centro storico della città. L 'appartamento ha degli inconvenienti ad iniziare dal recupero e dalla consegna delle chiavi che non è in loco, ma, in modalità selfservis, si trova in una altra strada. Ciò crea disagio perché generalmente l ospite arriva e parte con le valige! Devo segnalare la presenza di guanciali gialli di sudore, visibili perché le federe sono trasparenti. Inoltre nella stanza piccola non è stato possibile accendere la lampada presente sul comodino. Il filo della stessa troppo corto rispetto alla presa della corrente .

• Traveler (5/5): Cerca del centro y espacioso pero precio algo elevado para lo que es - El alojamiento se encuentra bastante céntrico, el apartamento es espacio y cuenta con dos habitaciones Nunca había tenido tantos problemas para registrarme como huesped en el check in te piden bastantes datos y cuando llegas, tienes que recoger las llaves en otro lugar que no es el del apartamento. El aire acondicionado solo tiraba aire frío y la casa era bastante fría para estar sin calefacción, además partes del baño y la nevera estaban sucias y sin limpiar

• jacky (7/5): quelques inconvénients dans un super appartement - super appartement proche des monuments et places ,proches de supers restaurants et bar à tapas !! mal isolé ,beaucoup de bruit dans la rue et sous le passage qui devait être fermé , pour éviter le bruit, 5 sans abris dormaient chaque nuit car les grilles restaient ouvertes ! en outre ,la porte fenêtre dans la chambre avec le petit lit ne fermait pas complètement et on entendait constamment le bruit de la pluie, les ronflements des clodos et les conversations des gens qui passaient jour et nuit !! dommage aussi qu'il n'y avait pas de torchons pour la vaisselle ni d'essuie tout (l'opalin) et 1,5 rouleau de papier toilette c'est quand même juste pour 2 personnes pendant 4 jours

• Laura (10/5): - Ubicación excelente. Se trata de un apartamento que cuenta con todo tipo de comodidades. A destacar que está totalmente equipado y es acogedor. Es bastante grande (más que en las fotos) y tienes muy cerca las principales atracciones y lugares para visitar. Todo genial. Lo único es que la entrada y la salida se realiza automáticamente mediante la recogida y entrega de llaves en un locker, está cerca del apartamento. Todo lo demás, genial.

• Rainer (9/5): Das Quartier war eine gute Wahl. - Schöne geräumige Wohnung, gute zentrale Lage, trotzdem ruhig, Frühstückscafes sehr nahe. Bett sehr bequem, gute Küchenausstattung. Eigentlich nichts, außer fehlendem Ankleidespiegel. Schlüsselabholung bei Locker etwas unbequem.

• Lilyana (9/5): Superb - Our stay at the property was great. Clean, comfortable beds, central location. The check in procedure is indeed more complicated than normal since you need to fill in online before the trip papers on the website of the property management. You need to provide a deposit as well on the day of the check in. But then it is definitely worth it. I would go through the hassle again.
• Nalan (9/5): Great location in Seville - The location of the apartment and the apartment itself were excellent. Being within walking distance to everywhere, its spaciousness, cleanliness, and the adequacy of the equipment made it a very good choice. Check in and check out process was also easy. Generally night time a homeless individual was living on of the 2 entrances of the building. It was unsettling and, frankly, unpleasant due to the strong smell of urine. This is a detail that especially solo female travelers should be aware of.
• Candace (10/5): Loved it! - Clean, comfortable, quiet. The key pick up and drop off add a little effort but the directions are clear. Just know that cars cannot get close to the apartment as they are banned in the historic district. You’ll need to walk 5 minutes.
• Kwun (9/5): Perfect location - Superb location: being in the middle of town and walking distance to everything. Yet it's tucked away, with entrance in a hidden courtyard so less exposed, and no noise at all (except when there's a parade!) Comfy beds, the whole apartment was spotlessly clean. Aircons work well. Staff respond quickly via Booking's chat and their direct WhatsApp.

• Jill (8/5): Wonderful apartment that is let down by the renting agency. - This is an excellent apartment, It is furnished with high quality furniture and the building itself is a sound, modern structure. It is clean and comfortable. The kitchen is well equipped for anyone who wishes to cook for themselves. There is a huge fridge freezer. The armchair and sofa are both recliners which provided great comfort. The location is excellent, it is only about 80 metres inside the pedestrian area so you do not have to walk too far to meet a taxi. The apartment is managed by Holi-rent and the number of messages and emails that had to be exchanged in order to gain access to the check in information was, in my opinion, totally ridiculous. I have travelled extensively and this was the most convoluted and stressful process I have ever had to endure in order to check in anywhere. For this reason I would not consider staying here again. I think the owners of the apartment would do well to consider changing their agent. Just a few other minor details: there is no lock on the bathroom door, no mirrors in the bedroom, no cloth to dry dishes, nothing in the bathroom to clean with.
• Angelika (9/5): Superb - Great location in main commercial/tourist district, spacious apartment. Appliances worked well, good coffee maker. Had to fill out a form on a third party website before receiving the lock code. Was quite loud in the mornings from the street outside.

• Ronnie (9/5): Spotless, perfect location, great host, excellent. - Location was totally perfect. The apartment itself was off the main street, so it was quiet inside. Very clean. Suggestion: leave some milk and water for guests.
