• Anonymous (5/5): It was fine. - The mattress in the master bedroom was comfortable. The bed in the second bedroom was less comfortable. The AC kept the apartment cool. It's a short walk to Canale Grande. The AC units leaked water in amounts and at times that were unpredictable. In particular, the AC unit in the living room sometimes left a huge puddle of water. We were two guests, and there were exactly 2 towels and 2 hand towels in the apartment. Not even a kitchen towel to dry dishes. This made cleaning up water puddles challenging. The AC in the bedroom also made banging noises that made it difficult to sleep at night. The chair in my child's bedroom was broken--the two legs in front were attached only to the cloth of the chair and not the frame, and my child fell and hurt herself just by leaning on the chair. There were 2 forks. We just kept washing and drying them with our hand towel, no problem, but if there were more guests that would be inconvenient. There was a large mirror on the floor leaning against the wall. We managed not to touch it, but if you have young kids, that would be dangerous. Otherwise, it's a fun area of Milan to be in. There is a pizzeria outside the master bedroom window, and it plays loud music until late. I was expecting that if you book in Navigli. The trams going toward the center and the Duomo were not running due to construction around the Duomo area--not the apartment's fault--however, I'd check to be sure you can get where you want to go from this location. We definitely did a lot of walking in 95 degree weather.
• Alenka (9/5): Lounging terrace in the heart of Navigli - Great location of the apartment and easy instructions before arrival. Equipped with all necessary things. Terrace is really spacious and great for lounging. Sofa bed in the living room isn't very comfortable. Towels had strange smell. Coffee machine worked well but there were just enough coffee capsules for the first morning as it was 5 of us and 5 capsules. Noisy street during the night till 4 on weekends and it's quite impossible to sleep with open windows.
• Adéla (7/5): Great location but dirty - The location is very convenient and the apartment itself is nice. The communication with the accommodation provider was smooth and they were helpful. The apartment was very dirty. The floors were not cleaned at all and all the surfaces were dirty as well. The bedsheets had stains or holes in it. It’s a shame because otherwise the apartment would be great.
• Bailey (8/5): Great location to rent! - The location was perfect! Francesco was always available and attentive to needs! Great stay! Newer property so there was some hurdles to overcome but nothing significant enough to matter! Francesco was on top of every concern and was always available!
