• Benedikt (8/5): Preis/Leistung gut, mit wenig Aufwand könnte es noch besser sein. - Schön eingerichtetes, kleines Appartement im obersten Stockwerk des Gebäudes. Etwas verstaubt und der Zustand des Deckenüberzuges (Unteres Ende des ÜBerzuges defekt) könnte erwas besser sein.

• Diana (2/5): The location is convenient, but the apartment’s condition, lack of basic cleanliness, and serious comfort and safety iss - • Convenient location, about 15 minutes on foot to the city center. • The apartment faces the courtyard, so it is not too noisy. The photos, name and description were misleading compared to the reality. I cannot recommend this apartment, and I believe it requires urgent maintenance and a proper cleaning service before being offered to future guests. • Cleaning was completely absent: the floor was covered with dust and hair, and all surfaces had a thick layer of dirt. It really felt like no cleaning had been done before our arrival. Walking barefoot was unpleasant, and in some corners there were even greasy layers of dust. Using the dishes was out of the question — they looked unsafe and unsanitary. • The intercom was a huge problem: it was connected to several apartments, so strangers kept ringing our bell at all hours of the day and night, asking us to open the doors for them. On multiple nights we were woken up at 1 a.m. and 3 a.m. by the intercom. This repeated on other nights too, which made it impossible to rest properly. • The bathroom was in very poor condition: a tiny shower cabin with old, cracked tiles, everything looked neglected, damp, and dirty. The toilet was also uncomfortable to use. • Only the central air conditioner in the kitchen worked. The bedroom AC was completely broken, which meant sleeping was either unbearably hot or freezing depending on the time of night. • One of the towels provided was dirty, which added to the overall feeling of neglect and lack of hygiene. • No blanket was provided — just one thin sheet for two adults, which was clearly not enough and made nights very uncomfortable. • The view from the windows was disappointing: instead of a pleasant cityscape, it was rooftops, laundry lines, and neighbors’ dirty clothes hanging outside.

• Inga (8/5): Its Ok - We liked location, its good, close by the Cathedra and all the shops etc. Comfy bed Was strugling to find it, I mean to find the doors of the apartament, there was no any numbers on the door, or the key, need to put something in place, to make it easier. Also was tiny shower room, was strugling fo fit in there No kettle in the kitchen too

Рядом много кафе. Неплохой ресторан Rossini. До Дуомо 10 минут пешком. Есть кондиционер. Есть плита, но мы не готовили. Подходит для того, чтобы остановиться на несколько дней. В пяти минутах ходьбы парковка за 30 евро в день. Совет тем, кто будет заселяться: сначала поднимитесь без вещей за ключами, на связке есть ключ от лифта, поэтому чемоданы не нужно тащить наверх - поднимите на лифте. Не хватало микроволновки и чайника. Не было бокалов для вина/шампанского.

• Диана (2/5): Disappointment - Good location. That's all. The elevator wasn’t working, and judging by previous reviews, this is a recurring issue. The apartment is on the very top floor. We didn’t immediately understand where to pick up the key. The front door looks more like a closet door—hard to open and just as difficult to lock. The air conditioning didn’t work, and after a long exchange with the manager, they finally told me (an hour later) that I needed to flip a *switch located in the bathroom*. How on earth was I supposed to guess that the AC switch for the living room would be there? The TV couldn’t connect to Wi-Fi because the router had a limited number of connections. The manager couldn’t help with this issue. The fan in the bedroom was purely decorative. It was clear it hadn’t worked in a long time—just left there to collect dust. Vintage charm, I guess. No kettle. Instead, there was a "wonderful" pot with only one handle. The coffee machine came with not a single capsule. Such prestige, wow. Dust everywhere—apparently, wet cleaning (or any cleaning) is not a thing here. The shower curtain in the bathroom is just shameful. Two months ago, someone mentioned the huge hole in it. Throw it away already! The toilet seems *designed for elderly people*—not a toilet, but a throne! First time I’ve seen a toilet on a pedestal. Instead of a panoramic city view, I got to "enjoy" the elderly neighbor in his underwear in the opposite window. I do NOT recommend this place to anyone. We were very disappointed. Hot, stuffy, no nice view, no parking. Not prestige—just shameful.

• Vedrana (4/5): Too expensive for what it is - I can't really say I liked anything. Very difficult to find parking. Super low doorways, life hazard for tall people. Horrible shower and hair dryer. No light or sound isolation. Too expensive for what it is.

• Ugne (5/5): Disappointed. - The area of Milan. The owner wasn’t nice at all. Our flight got delayed she left us stranded outside the Airbnb. Wasn’t answering calls or texts. If it wasn’t for this lovely neighbour who lived in the apartment we would have had to sleep on the street or pay extra for another hotel. The Airbnb it self was nice however not welcoming at all. There was no rubbish bags , barely any toilet paper for two guests for three nights. The shower is claustrophobic and very uncomfortable. We were shook at how she spoke to us on the phone after the lovely woman had got hold of her. She didn’t seem to care at all.

Staff very responsive and helpful via whatsapp Taller travellers might find the height of doors and ceilings slightly challenging. Not unusual for a penthouse but if you are over 6 foot/180 cm you will notice:)
• Fabienne (10/5): Best possible location to explore the city center of Milano for a few days!! - perfect location, so many great food spots very close to the apartment, clean, very cosy and charming interior, very well heated (there‘s also an AC for the summer), soo central and amazing location to explore the city on foot!! the only thing is that there is no light outside the apartment door, because it is at the very top floor, so we had to use our flashlight on our phones when coming back late.

Overlooking the rooftops, very quiet, comfy bed. Heating was absolutely sufficient. Self check-in without issues. Questions answered quickly via WhatsApp. Nothing

Rude and disrespectful - The owner of the property made a good effort to make a place nice, but management is absolutely terrible, unpleasant and made our stay a disaster!!! There was no heating or hot water . Place was freezing for a stay. Management just did not turn it on ! (16C) took hours to heat up. We had to turn boiler ourselves , which is located outside and we are 2 ladies, who have no clue how it works. Upon calling nobody responded and very rude text messages were sent! After hours of escalation with booking.com they cancelled 1 night , but they did not return money and city tax. Further escalation with booking priority claims “they don’t speak English “. Absolutely horrible manager, who perfectly can speak and argue with customers in English !

• Sara (9/5): Great locations, felt safe and secure, excellent comfy bed and would recommend to friends! - Location great and easy to walk to all the main areas of Milan and access the metro too. Apartment is the ideal size for a short stay and was quiet, no other apartment noise and looked out onto a lovely garden over the rooftops. The apartment was clean and the WiFi great. Would have liked the addition of a mat for stepping out of the shower - we improvised with a towel just so not to soak the floor/slip. The only issue with the stay is the lock on the actual apartment door. There is definitely a knack to getting this open/locked and took a bit of fiddling.

Our contact from HomeUnity anticipated a problem with the flat we initially booked and proposed a beautiful one. Thank you to this person (i don't know the name), we had a wonderful time in Milan.

• Bernadette (8/5): Brilliant location with a tram stop direct to the Milan Duomo right outside! - This apartment was clean and is lovingly decorated and the location is brilliant - midway between Milan's Duomo and Navigli, the canal district, with a tram stop literally outside the front door. The entry instructions were great. The hosts were communicative and helpful. A couple of minor inconveniences which we've communicate directly with the host about.

• Aleksandra (7/5): Good - Nice place, close to the most. Comfortable bed. Place was not entirely clean, there were some crumbs on the floor. No kitchen cloths and no lighter, matches to start the kitchenette. No biggie, but still.

• Duygu (1/5): I will never stay at this place again. - Nothing actually! Hygienic standarts were the lowest I have ever seen. It was too dusty, there were spider webs around. It was very difficult to find the place, they sent an explanation video and it was like a treasure hunt. Nobody welcomes you. Moreover, the door of the room is not a real door, it’s a cabinet door. It’s almost impossible to lock it. They left tiny shampoo testers for two days. There were left over food on the ground. I will never ever choose this place again to stay in Milano.
• Alina (2/5): They forgot to clean the apartment, it was disgusting - The location was perfect, and the design of the room was nice. Let's start with the fact that we arrived at the apartment at 14:00, and it was terribly dirty. Dirty towels, bed, dust and hair everywhere. The company that is responsible for the apartments said that the apartments were handed over to them recently and apparently they forgot to clean. They offered to return the money or wait the apartment to be cleaned until 18:00, and began to look for a cleaner. Finding a good other apartment on the same day was impossible. We had to put plans on hold and wait for the cleaning lady because she didn't have the keys. She came at 18, said that it would take exactly 1 hour to clean, we returned an hour later and she just left, leaving the door unlocked!!! We could easily have been robbed, all our belongings were in the apartment. It was terribly cold in the apartment, only after a day we were able to warm it up properly, the wifi from the checklist did not work, we never connected it. Worst apartment ever, would never recommend it
