• Jalliffier (8/5): Bon pied à terre pour découvrir la ville. Un peu frais en hiver. - Emplacement exceptionnel. Apparemment très propre, les deux salles de bains refaites à neuf. Des lits comfortables. L’immeuble sécurisé et calme. Communication avec l’établissement :( Cela fonctionne que dans un sens. Ils vous envoient des messages automatiques, mais ne répondent pas aux vôtres. Je n’ai jamais eu la réponse à ma demande de régler la problème avec la sèche cheveux défaillante le premier jour. Il manque quelques matériels - il faudra venir avec son propre sèche-cheveux, des couteaux aiguisés, des saladiers, et des couettes chaudes.
• Dena (6/5): - The location. apartment was clean and comfortable I had requested an early check in by an hour of which they refused, but instead our check in was 15 mins delayed on their side. usually all check in are 3pm, but theirs was 4pm and we cud check in only at 4:15pm. would have appreciated if there were at least a few tea and coffee sachets available. For the price we paid I think this could have been provided. no facility for baggage storage as we were there by 3pm and needed to go get a meal. We had to pay per hour/ per piece of luggage at the storage place we found. The electricity of the entire apartment went off 1 morning, but thankfully thru the emergency number we were able to get it rectified and sorted. But that was stressful. We are meant to remove the rubbish from the apartment on departure. We stayed in Bilabao and San sebastain and none of the apartments made us do this

• Olga (4/5): Не понравилось никому, и никому не посоветуем - В предложении о бронировании указана одна цена, по факту с карты сняли двойную оплату без предупреждения. Ещё требовали оплатить 35 евро за поздний заезд, хотя это было не по нашей вине - в Барселоне был шторм и наш рейс задержали на 4 часа. Мы предупредили, что рейс задерживается. Ключи нам передала сотрудница и требовала дополнительных денег за то что мы её побеспокоили. Мы предупредили, что будем жаловаться в Букинг на такое хамское обслуживание.

• Caroline (10/5): Excellent - Location very central. Would have liked extra blankets but the heating system worked well so once we had that on it was fine
• Saeid (5/5): Passable - The location was good and in the city center. You can easily reach the metro and bus station. The property was clean. The owner was really irresponsible. The Wi-Fi and the coolers in the bedrooms didn't work at all. Also, the bidet toilet tipped to one side during use. I wrote to the owners about all these problems several times, but unfortunately, they didn't even reply to my messages. We also arrived about an hour after check-in time, but someone was cleaning the flat and asked us to leave and return later.

• Fischer (8/5): Very good - So good location, near the beach and las ramblas which was perfect for us! A metro station was just by us and everything we needed was pretty close!
• Ohad (10/5): Exceptional - Very comfy, 3 bedrooms allow a lot of privacy for parents and kids, proximity to amenities, very quiet A bit expensive if you are only a small group, but if you go for the full capacity it will be worth every penny.

• Patricia (7/5): Good apartment in great location but could be improved. - The location is terrific - Las Ramblas is half a block away so you are close to all the action and lots of transport options. The apartment was exceptionally clean. Having an apartment was great for the extra space though there are some things that could be improved. The apartment was advertised on Booking.com as having 2 bathrooms but it has one full bathroom and a 2nd toilet. The shower was faulty and needs to be repaired. Also, several power points were either not working or falling out of their sockets.
