• ALEXANDRA (7/5): - The accommodation is located in a very safe, central, and elegant area. The first impression was good . it was spacious and well-organized. The view is beautiful. Unfortunately, the apartment was not clean. There was no cleaning under the vase, and there were used false eyelashes underneath it. In the bathroom, the bathtub and the faucet were very limescaled and worn out. The pillow was small and too soft. The blanket was very thin and not clean. But the worst part was that there was only one apartment key for seven people. This completely ruined our vacation, because the elevator in the building also works with a key, so we always had to leave the building together. The neighbor was partying all night, so we couldn’t sleep. There was a constant smell of marijuana coming from outside, which made it impossible to ventilate. The room also had a stale smell, which I think was coming from the bed.

• Dean (6/5): Nice place, bad comms - The place itself is great, nice location and well kept property. The communication with the property itself. We sent ID multiple times, called them and almost went somewhere else as they did not respond to emails, phone calls or SMS. Didn't even get an apology for no response. We contacted tjem at 5pm, 630pm 7pm and said we would go elsewhere if we did not get a response. I got no response in the end. By chance one of my colleagues called and they picked up at 755pm.

• Dara (10/5): 11 out of 10 accomodation! - This property would rate 11 if it were possible! It was so easy to communicate with & so easy to find. The location was wonderful with plenty of bars & restaurants locally. It was quiet at night & the beds were very comfortable. We would all recommend it highly. Maybe a few more pillows would be good? Also some coffee capsules for the first morning.

• Pauline (8/5): Very good - Lovely, clean modern apartment, conveniently situated with walking access to the Bay. Uber very easy to obtain for further access The apartment address is very confusing for taxis. There is a Brickell Bay Avenue, Brickell Bay Drive as well as 2 Clubs at Brickell Bay in different locations. Both separate arrivals for our apartments were taken to the wrong addresses. Also on arrival we were told to ring a number, owner presumably answered, but despite saying he would come down to reception, he never appeared. Although apartment turned out to be open, we were left to find out for ourselves how everything worked in apartment and condominium. Lastly on leaving we received a very curt email, telling us that for every half hour over our departure time we would be charged 30 dollars. Not exactly a warm and welcoming host!!!

• Susan (7/5): Nice part of Miami to stay. - Great location, nice views. For a group booking it wasn’t easy for guests both in terms of arriving at different times and only having one key to the apartment.

• Novita (8/5): It was great overall. We love the apartment, as it is nice and clean. However it was not clear at all on how to check in - It’s clean, nice and in a good location. Only 1 key provided for 8 of us, the check in process was a little confusing.

• Cathy (9/5): We had a very enjoyable two nights stay before our cruise! - Great location, convenient to the Port of Miami. For some reason Uber drivers had a hard time finding us, the address seemed to confuse them.
