• Guest (4/5): We made a huge mistake booking this. - Location, able to walk to Marina. Supermarkets very close to walk to. Communal pool was pleasant. It was in very poor repair and dated throughout and just not comfortable at all. Drains smell in both bathrooms. The worst thing was the beds. Each room had 2 singles pushed together (but not joined together) to make a double. This was ok for the children as we made them singles anyway, but my husband and I spent two weeks in single beds- they were cheap metal camp-bed style and so they moved constantly leaving a big gap down the middle, the mattresses would slide off the frames. No head boards, just an uncomfortable shelf at head height so couldn’t sit up. The sofas were so uncomfortable in the living room that we barely used. We spend most of our time out of the house and ate out twice a day, we didn’t really have the facilities to enjoy a meal at the house. As it was August and hot we had been worried about the house not having air con but the rental company assured us that, with fans, it would be fine. As we know Lanzarote and know it has a constant breeze especially in the evenings we thought it would be ok. The first night was unbearable as we arrived late and the house hadn’t been aired, it was like an oven and we only had one fan for two bedrooms. The following day we messaged and two extra fans were brought. We managed the heat by opening all doors and windows each evening (and leaving many open all night) with the fans also on. The problem was then that the doors and windows throughout the house would bang all night and all the noises from the street kept us awake (hotel opposite: tour buses and deliveries at all hours, couples rowing, dogs barking…). The owner brought 3 door wedges for internal doors which helped a bit but they weren’t strong enough really and we still had the problem with external doors and windows. We made the most of it for the children and used the pool which was pleasant. We made a mistake booking this; I have never had a less relaxing holiday, with no little sleep, and sadly we were glad to leave.
• TerraOlivo (7/5): - Amplitud casa, con todo lo necesario y su ubicacion. Sofa incómodo, almohadas malisimas y toallas escasas muy mala calidad. En piscina señor muy desagradables con malos modales preguntándonos desde el primer momento donde nos alojabamos, comprendo hasta tal punto esa pregunta por la seguridad de los vecinos del complejo, pero se puede hacer con más educación.
• Louise (8/5): Very good - Great location, spacious and quiet Some of the property is a little tired ( plug socket in downstairs bathroom needs replacing). There was an issue with upstairs toilet (not flushing) when we arrived but we contacted management company and was resolved the following day.
• Andrea (10/5): Lovely spacious accommodation, there was only 2 of us but 4 would be quite comfortable there. -
