• Eva (7/5): Buena ubicación e instalaciones en las que todo tiene un precio - Instalaciones muy modernas y limpias. Muy buena ubicación. Te recogen una fianza en efectivo a descontar cualquier objeto de menaje, electrodoméstico o utensilio del apartamento. He viajado relativamente bastante y nunca he visto lo que te descuentan si se rompe un vaso o falta una cucharilla. La fianza se devuelve en mano con lo que si tienes una salida temprana tienes qu cuadrar muy bien la hora del check out con el personal.

Te acercan desayuno a la habitacion Fui a pagar un dia antes de mi estadía porque ibamos a llegar despues del horario que está el personal. Cuando llegamos al otro día con una persona recien operada llegamos menos 5 y no nos dieron el codigo hasta pasado el check in. No tenia ningun problema en abonar por haber llegado unos minutos antes. La salida es super puntual a las 10hs te envian el personal de limpieza.

Simple continental breakfast delivered to you - Swimming pool Tv Well equipped The cash deposit was difficult to get for us (atm didn’t seem to want to give it) ended up making a western union account & then we were left with Argentinian pesos at the end of our stay. Credit card deposit would be better.

• Nicholas (9/5): Superb - Clean, modern accommodation. Coffee maker and kettle in the rooms (we booked 2 rooms as there were 5 of us). Communal washer and dryer with detergent and softener. Breakfast was very basic (it's brought to our rooms though0. The same sweet croissant every morning. Unlike what the pictures showed, there was No laundry in the rooms, just 1 communal washer (and dryer).

The pre arrival and the arrival communication was bad. The management needs to understand that answering messages and explaining the process better and remember that not all guests speak English!
• Dalia (8/5): Value for money, overall great location. - Very nice location and Sofia (hostess) was very accommodating with our requests. The apartment was neat and tidy with good lighting, bedding and good amenities (so many knives!!) to feel at home. Once we got our entry sorted, it was a breeze to get in and out. The great location meant that we could walk to most places we wanted to visit on that side of town (and there is plenty to see nearby). We visited (but not used) the pool area, which seemed a nice area to chill. Getting situated for check-in was a bit of a bother. Starting with the transfer from the airport which was more complicated than it needed to be. No one was available to receive us when we arrived, and had to wait outside for a while. We paid for early check-in but the room was still being cleaned when we finally got inside the building ...so more waiting. Note that it is on a busy thoroughfare for buses (downside to convenience), so you will get plenty road noise at night. Biggest downer tho was the lifts being out of service when checking out early morning...serious cardio with luggage on the stairs (not fun!)
