They forgot to send me a link and all calls on their helpline was to a. Recorded machine. I called twice the helpline number,nothing, WhatsApp is for messaging no phone calls,email nothing, booking.com nothing. The security men were embarrassed,had never heard of UROOMS had no contacts for them,let me use their WiFi so I could book another hotel,all at 23.00 in central Curitiba. The security men said they will report this UROOMS,company to the building management company as they are having to deal with people like me trying to access their booked and paid for accommodation.regulatily and it's not their job .DO NOT BOOK THIS PLACE. READ BACK THROUGH ALL THE PREVIOUS REVIEWS NOT the first few that booking.com uses to promote this place. This company, Urooms,needs to know they are dealing with human beings not some software package to be processed. Nobody has actually called me to apologise. El lugar en sí cuenta con piscina temperada que la disfrutamos mucho con mis hijos, tiene gimnasio, zona pets, zona kids, que te permite tener que hacer en caso de lluvia dentro del lugar. El departamento esta súper equipado y permite tener una estancia cómoda, cuenta con shampoo y jabón de cortesía. El espacio era un poco pequeño para 4 personas.

Amamos o fato de ter um quintal feito especialmente para os tutores deixarem os pets soltos. Acho que isso foi um verdadeiro diferencial na acomodação. O prédio foi planejado para ser completamente funcional, e na minha opinião, fizeram isso com excelência. Agradecemos a estadia e com certeza voltaremos em outras oportunidades.

Emily (8/5): Good building, nice apartment, good location - Great location, easy to walk to most places. The building is modern and clean, with lots of facilities that can be accessed. Comfy bed, great shower. The advertised washing machine’s were not working, and rooms were not helpful with contacting provider. We had 24hrs where our door did not lock. While they did eventually address this, it was slow and meant we had to leave apartment unlocked while we were out.

Tive alguns problemas na entrada, o link enviado pela administradora não estava aceitando nossas fotos, dizia que estava cadastrado, mas ao sair e retornar não autorizava nossa entrada. Não havia roupa de cama e banho para a minha filha, só para o casal, o edredom estava com manchas, faltou talher, mas ao conversar com a administração resolveram essas questões. Tampa do vaso precisando trocar e falta de uma tampa de tomada no quarto. A falta de um blackout na sala faz falta, só tem uma persiana, pois às 05:00h da manhã ficou muito claro para minha filha dormir e o blackout do quarto tem uma fresta por onde entra bastante luz de manhã bem cedo.

Esta noite fez frio e dormimos simplesmente com um lençol. Por sorte trouxe uma cobertinha da minha filha e ela pode se cobrir. Marcelo (10/5): Recomendo e voltaria - a acomodação é perfeita; tudo novo e de bom gosto; tudo funcionou perfeitamente; completa em equipamentos, TV, micro-ondas, secador de cabelo, geladeira duplex, ar-condicionado/aquecedor. Cama e roupas de cama e banho de excelente qualidade. Chuveiro fantástico acesso ao prédio com biometria facial; próximo ao Shopping Estação (possível ir caminhando); McDonald's e supermercado em frente ao prédio (apenas atravessar a rua); próximo ao mercado central também (um quarteirão apenas). o único detalhe foi não ter cabides disponíveis nos armários; é algo pequeno, mas vale a pena ser corrigido

Luisa (1/5): Very dangerous - They sent us the to wrong location and I ended up in the shanty town, with a young child in the car. When I finally managed to contact the property, they denied the incident and even blamed us for making the staff wait around for our arrival. A refund was obviously out of the question - ruined my whole trip and put us into a very dangerous situation.

Luis (9/5): Good night of sleep with the family in Curitiba - - Very new and clean rooms - Very easy to checkin and deal with all matters by phone - Location at night is quite strange (downtown) - Garage is very tight for an SUV
Tania (9/5): Nice building and very clean flat. A tad small for 4 people - Flat and building was very clean. Lots of facilities in the building which we all enjoyed. I tight squeeze for a family of 4, really. The hosts were very responsive when we asked for things and even accommodated us with leaving the luggage in the flat until later as we had a late flight
Simone (9/5): Nice property - Comfortabel, clean and modern. Everything you need for a couple of nights. Great shower and bed. Contact with host/owner just perfect. Check-in took a while because of missing information. Neighbourhood nothing special and at night at bit noisy because of yelling people and barking dogs. It's a pitty that you have to pay much taxes. That makes the property expensive.
