- bernd (8/5): Nevertheless I found it practical - Located in a small sidestreet you find the entrance between small supermarket and carwash. Elevator to get 16th floor. I liked the size of the flat, 3 bedrooms. The owner(or broker) was always ready to be phoned, helped with the wifi. Located at the last floor(16.) its got a sidly seaview(30%). In the kitchen the pipe was leaking. They made nothing to create a cozy atmosphere. No carpet no pictures not even one tiny detail. Loveless . Could be much more nicer for this money. Aware: its the last floor! You listening constantly to the elevator-motor. Rummms :-)
