- Lucas (1/5): Detestei a empresa que intermediava o aluguel do espaço. Péssimos em atendimento ao cliente. - O prédio tem uma ótima infraestrutura. Mas fique atento com quem você reservar. Eu não tive uma boa experiência com a Bemvindo Imóveis, que aluga quartos no prédio. O quarto deveria estar pronto às 15h para o check in, mas quando cheguei, não havia sido limpo. A Bemvindo demorou a dar retorno e explicar o que houve. Depois informou que estavam já limpando e não deram nenhuma satisfação. A contrapartida deles foi ou dar mais uma hora na saída (algo que eu não precisava) ou dar um desconto de 15% no valor da diária, um valor irrisório pensando o transtorno causado. Achei de um descuido tamanho com o cliente. Não recomendo.
