• Manuel Bi (8/5): - Barrio tranquilo, pocas cuadras de metro y de tranvia. Lugares para desayunar buenos y no caros. El anfitrion se mostro muy dispuesto y ante cualquier duda nos llamó. Las instrucciones para entrar al dpto estuvieron fantasticas con video expmicstivo. Poca cantidad de jsbon y shampoo. Pero lo demas bien.

• Lina (6/5): Das ist kein "Luxury apartment" so wie in der Beschreibung steht. - Der Gastgeber hat sich bemüht und hat immer schnell reagiert. Die Wohnung ist klein und in die Jahre gekommen.

Il condominio è silenzioso, perfetto per chi cerca relax e tranquillità. Host sempre reattivo, disponibile e molto cortese nelle risposte. Assolutamente consigliato! Tassa turistica esagerata
• Małgorzta (10/5): Meraviglioso - Dobra baza wypadowa do zwiedzania. Połączenie z dworcem ok. Mieszkanie czyste, odnowione, w cichej okolicy. Wyposażone we wszystko co potrzeba na krótki pobyt dla dwóch osób.
• Kristyna (6/5): - The location of the accommodation was good and convenient. Everything was clean and tidy. The key to the accommodation is kept in a lockbox on the ground. The entire place was extremely dirty. There was no shower gel provided at all. The accommodation looks more luxurious in the photos than it actually is in reality. The TV shown in the pictures is available, but it does not have any channels, so it cannot be watched.

• lolamdiezma (9/5): Muy buena estancia. Lo recomiendo. - Me encantó la ubicación en un barrio muy tranquilo y bien comunicado. No me gustó tener que coger las llaves del candado que estaba situado en el suelo, sería más cómodo que estuviera en una ventana o así. También había muy poco gel/champú. Propondría poner más y jabón de manos.

• Igor (8/5): - Сама квартира хорошая, можно смело ехать, все аккуратно, расположение отличное. Вдвоем было комфортно, в тесноте не были. По заселению все быстро и четко. В соседней квартире ремонт. И сверлить начали в 7:45 утра. Это беда и неуважение к гостям. Наверняка с рабочими можно было договориться, чтобы они начинали шумные работы позже. Самое интересное, что начав работать в 7:45, в 9:00 они уже закончили. Потрясающе!

• Susanne (7/5): Zentrale Lage für einen Kurzaufenthalt mit Hunden, aber leider mit Abstrichen - Wir hatten den Code für die Schlüsselbox, jedoch war der Schlüssel noch nicht an dem Ort. Nach einem kurzem Anruf beim Gastgeber hatten wir das "Problem" ganz schnell geregelt. Der Gastgeber war per Telefon sofort erreichbar. Das Apartment ist ziemlich zentral und hat sehr gute Anbindungen in die Stadt und zu den Sehenswürdigkeiten (wir empfehlen die APP YesMilano). Das Apartment war auch sauber und modern eingerichtet. Der Gastgeber ist Haustierfreundlich - es gab keine Gebühren für unsere mittelgroßen Hunde - es gab auch hier sehr viele Hundeparks und Parks generell. Wir sind mit dem Auto angereist und haben einen privaten Parkplatz erwartet (gegen Gebühr, wie angegeben). Der Parkplatz war nicht vorhanden. Die Auskunft ist hier irreführend in der Bewertung. Es gibt anscheinend private Plätze ... diese waren jedoch belegt. Auch die öffentlichen Parkplätze (blaue Markierung am Straßenrand) waren komplett belegt. Wir haben dann in einem Parkhaus geparkt. Die Kosten hierfür lagen bei ca. 26€ über Nacht. Damit haben wir nicht gerechnet und die Suche nach einem vernünftigen Parkplatz hat uns mind. 45min gekostet. Zudem muss man sagen, dass in der Unterkunft gerade ordentlich renoviert wird (leider auch in dem Zimmer nebenan). Wir hatten bis zum späten Nachmittag und in der Früh Baulärm. Und auch sonst war das Apartment ziemlich hellhörig.

• ALEKSANDRA (8/5): Все хорошо. Рекомендую для краткосрочного пребывания - Бесконтактное заселение, моментальные ответы на все мои вопросы в вотсап. В целом все хорошо. Очень чисто. Есть кофе машина с капсулами. Ванная новая, красивая. Есть маленькие мыло и гель для душа. Свежие белоснежные мягкие полотенца. Очень очень маленькое помещение, но это никак не изменить. Просто принять во внимание что квартира для 1 человека, или очень компактной пары :) Нет чайника :) через кофе машину кипяток неудобно для чая наливать.
• Andrea Elena (5/5): - Limpio y acogedor, a 30min caminando del duomo y centro Fuimos en pleno agosto, hacía muchísimo calor y cuando llegamos a la habitación no se podía ni respirar de la calor que hacía (opino que se podría haber tenido en cuenta para ventilarla o poner el aire un poco antes de que llegáramos) y encima el aire a penas enfriaba y hacía muchísimo ruido

• Vlad Alexandru (9/5): Super! - Locatie foarte buna. Curat, cu tot ce este nevoie intr-un apartament. In apropiere exista un supermarket, cateva cafenele, o patiserie, un wine-bar. Statia de metrou este la cateva minute de mers pe jos. O cazare foarte buna, o gazda cu care se comunica foarte bine.

• Rebecca (5/5): You get what you pay for - There was good communication with regards to collecting the key from the locked box and directions on how to get to the room. Whatsapp video was sent with directions showing step by step. The room was extremely hot and noisy. I had 2 hours sleep which was not ideal having to catch an early morning flight. The person upstairs was walking around in heels during the late hours and you could hear everything including neighbours using the bathroom. There were no curtains or adequate blinds in the property, if you want a good night sleep this is not the property for you. The blinds fitted did not even cover the window.
