• Margarita (10/5): Great location and conveniently located, perfect for our family. - This place offered everything we were after for our short stay. Plenty of room for two couples and baby. It is beautifully decorated and everything had a clean and fresh look to it. Lightning in the main bedroom room gave it a romantic feel. Communication in the lead up to our stay was excellent, which is great as we were travelling and want to ensure we were kept informed.

• John (8/5): - - add rug on floor of main bedroom would add comfort in winter as floor tiles were very cold. - internal door to garage rattled on windy nights. Easily fixed by wedging cardboard in door jamb. - no plain Roberts Timms coffee bags. Just espresso bags + 1 latte & 1 cappuccino. Some plain instant coffee bags would be good for those who may prefer them.

• HT (9/5): - The beds are very comfortable. Appliances such as dishwasher and washing machine are tricky to operate. The garage needs cleaning, too dusty to park.
• Teresa (6/5): Generally comfortable but did not feel genuinely welcomed. - Clean, tidy and a generally pleasant, comfortable 2 night stay. Shower worked well. Located 10-15 minutes' walk to shopping precinct. Unhelpful not having address provided. Door code and address communicated 3-4 hours before arrival. With 'luxury' there is an expectation of choice. No choice of tea, only Earl Grey tea bags, an acquired taste for most people. Host stated, 'Whatever is there is what is provided', suggesting we visit a local cafe instead! No bin provided in the bathroom and no shelf/ledge for clothes. Perhaps more hooks? A chair or luggage rack in second bedroom would be handy. Impression of over-zealous instructions to leave place clean. Otherwise, monetary fines imposed or need to wash items. Rear patio uninviting, unkept with many thistles, and a damaged chair.
• Polladach (9/5): A most comfortable and convenient base near to the central areas of the city. - Very clean modern well appointed and designed unit. Only missing a street map of My Gambier to get our bearings. Not a problem really but couldn’t get the oven to work.

• Sheth (10/5): - We had a fantastic stay at this property! The location is perfect—just a short walk to the city center, with plenty of charming cafes and restaurants nearby. The home is beautifully maintained, with simple yet elegant interiors that made us feel right at home. My kiddo especially loved the cozy bunk bed, which added a fun touch to our stay. Alex was incredibly approachable and helpful throughout. We’re already looking forward to coming back!
• Julianne (9/5): We loved our stay and would book it again if we were in the area! - The unit was beautifully furnished and clean with all of the facilities that we needed for our stay. We were able to cook a wonderful meal, the water was hot and the bed was very comfortable. It was about a 10/15 minute walk to the shops, pubs and cafes which was convenient. Alex was very clear with the instructions about how to retrieve the key and entry was seamless. The air conditioner had been put on which was really nice as it was a cold day. We loved our stay at the unit! Thank you! 😀

We slept well which is so important and a happy surprise with three little kids. Really enjoyed our stay here. The walls are very thin, so we could hear the neighbors talking and watching tv. I would have loved a high chair for our baby, but it wasn't a real problem.
• Justin (7/5): 2 Nights in Campana - The presentation of the unit was great and it was in a quiet central location. The park around the corner of the property was nice to walk through at the end of the day. Wasn't aware the unit was in a block of units and couldn't really use the backyard due to lack of privacy. Carport was a challenge to use. Also requested a cot when booking a few months out which was not provided and no update given prior to our stay. Would be good to know this as we have a 9 month old. Bed sheet had a small stain on it

• Ellie (10/5): Easy, central and practical :) - Everything, so good! Looked amazing, comfy beds and linen. Provided all the necessary items. Alex was great to liaise with and came straight over to replace the garage door battery. Not so much what I didn’t like but two suggestions, would be a screen door to be added, so the front door can be left open :) and thicker blinds or a better alternative that blocks out daylight a bit more in the bedrooms, particularly the main one :)
• Kevin (9/5): Very spacious, comfortable and well-equipped two-bedroom ground-level apartment. - Modern colour-coordinated decor. Very clean apartment. Great shower. Very comfortable king-sized bed. Very good location in a quiet suburban setting. Off-street parking right outside the front door. Kitchen roller blind failed on first usage so it caused a few issues with views and privacy for our two-night stay. Reported to owner who re-assured us it was a known issue and was already booked for replacement within days. Earliest check-in time of 3.00pm is later than usual industry standards.

• Jungeun (10/5): Exceptional - It's cosy, clean and good place to walk everywhere. If you take a long shower, no hot water will come out. Hot water won't come out until the next day, so even a family of five should finish the shower quickly
• Shelley (10/5): Relaxing, cosy and welcomed - Everything! Located in a quiet suburban area but close to everything. Access was easy, the apartment is beautifully decorated, with the softest and cosiest bedding, the heating was on when we arrived which was very welcome. There was also lots of blankets and extra heating if needed. The toiletries and cleaning products were lovely. Everything was thought of. Alex stayed in touch before, during and after our stay which was great. Nothing it was perfect.

Lots of nice touches like lovely bathroom products etc. We werent there much but looks like had everything you needed if you wanted to cook and eat in. Very clean and tidy. We enjoyed our stay and would come back. Probably just slightly further out of town than we would have like in terms of just walking everywhere (and very dark street at night). But it’s super easy driving and parking at the unit and around town so not a big deal.

• Anne (9/5): Accommodation central to all Mt Gambier attractions. - Lovely spacious accommodation with everything you need for short stays. Large bedrooms and living area, and exactly as shown in the pictures. Very close to centre of town and main tourist attractions. I liked it all. This is only a comment for those that like/need a bath -this lovely bathroom does not include a bath.

• Jenny (7/5): A lovely weekend getaway, we were comfortable and the location was good, we just didn’t have everything to make it a rea - The property was lovely and modern and well located. It was the perfect size for our family and great to be able to walk to local restaurants and coffee shops. No live TV, couldn’t watch the news etc, steaming from a smart device to TV’s only worked for Android, we are Apple so couldn’t even stream the news. The unit didn’t even have a radio or speaker we could connect to. We felt very disconnected from local news and current affairs. Our trip was in winter, a heated towel rail wouldn’t have gone astray, our towels were still damp from the previous days shower etc. In hindsight we could have used the dryer, but that seems excessive.

• Brulez-marion (10/5): Amazing Stay in a stunning Unit in Mount Gambier - The place is stunning! Located in a quiet area yet walking distance to shopping center, cafes, restaurants and shops. The beds are very comfy, kitchen furnished with all you need to cook dinner and set a wonderful table. We really enjoyed being close to the landmarks, sinkhols, blue lake, little blue lake, Mount Shank.... The trail track does for a nice stroll in the evening to reach the center of Mount Gambier. We felt home instantly. Very kids friendly. Will definitely come back. Highly recommended 👌
• Brennan (9/5): A little gem in the heart of the Mt. - Externally looks pretty simple but the surprise is on the inside. Beautifully appointed, particularly the soft furnishings. Clearly Alex has paid allot of attention to ensure everything matched and looked the part. Comfortable beds, no knocks or scrapes. Kitchen had everything your could ask for, and the bathroom was great with towels you would be happy to have in your own home. All in all a really easy and pleasant place to stay within easy distance to all of Mt Gambier's attractions Crew couldn't work out the TV but may have been user error.
