Estuvimos un fin de semana y nos encanto, la casa es casi perfecta, no le falta nada. Por poner una pega de un par de cosas, la plancha estaba quemada y su tabla tambien. Otra cosa es la puerta de la ducha al no tener una goma en la parte de debajo, puede salirse un poco el agua.

• Hunter (10/5): A comfortable stay, with a good location to explore Rome and Italy. - Air conditioning, spacious, and fully stocked. We couldn’t find extra garbage bags, and maybe some more blankets would’ve been good. But it wasn’t such a big deal - otherwise I would’ve asked the owner, and based on my interactions with them it would’ve been no problem.

• Kyoko (10/5): Perfect for a family on vacation - We're a family on vacation, so the place was perfect for us. The neighborhood was nice and quiet, especially at night, yet it's not far from Termini station, a short 10 minute walk at most. The kitchen served the purpose of making breakfast and dinner for a family. Plates, utensils, etc were available for use. The bedrooms were spacious and comfortable. Most of all, the air conditioner is working, which is an absolute necessity after getting back from walking all day in the hot summer Italian sun. Mauro also followed up on our inquiry about laundry detergent for the washing machine, which he provided. Thank you, Mauro, for being a very hospitable host!
• Ifeoma (10/5): Clean, calm and family friendly. - Mauro is an exceptional host with attention to detail. The rooms were spacious and clean to accommodate a family of 4 adults and two teenagers. He left instructions which were easy to follow and had complimentary snacks and drinks. A neighbor at the apartment was also kind to assist us with accessing the apartment on the day of arrival. Lastly, what was most striking was his willingness to accommodate our request for an early check in on the day of arrival. I definitely recommend his apartment to anyone traveling to Rome. • Stefanie (10/5): Very comfortable home to come back to after sightseeing in Rome! - It was so nice to come back to an air conditioned, spacious apartment after a long day of sightseeing in the heat. The space was well equipped and our host was kind enough to leave us some snacks and drinks for our stay. Great communication with the host as well, very responsive and accommodating. The apartment is about 10 minutes from the Termini train station.
• Erik (9/5): Superb - The host was amazing and the location was excellent for public transportation. Host went above and beyond with extras when we showed up! Coming from America, we're not used to firm beds.
• Diana (10/5): Perfect for Rome vacation - The house was very nice, well equipped with everything we needed during our stay (even umbrellas in case of rain). It was good to have 2 bathrooms as we were a group of six. We had a very good collaboration and communication with our host, Mauro, who was very nice and offered his help in case we needed it. The apartment is near the centre, 30 min walking to Colosseo, 1 hour to Vatican and 10 min to Termini, with good restaurants in the area (especially Trattoria Sapori di casa). Everything was perfect and a good value for money. I recommend it.

The host was very kind and responsive to all questions that we had. He also agreed that we could leave our luggage earlier for which we are grateful. He was very helpful with the instructions how to reach and open the property with a code. He asked us several times if we need anything. Snacks and refreshments were a beautiful surprise. Thank you, Mauro! The flat is looking at a marvellous garden - quiet and green, in a nice residents'area. It is close to the train station so it was easy to plan one day trips outside busy Rome. There is a convenient metro station and bus stops close to the property. We found nice local restaurants very near - delicious Roman food and very reasonable prices.

A short walk from Termini, La Sapienza University campus, and Policlinico hospital. It is also positioned between two subway stations. Too good. The only comment I could make is to ask for a little more pressure for hot water in the shower xD
• Kelly (10/5): A little haven for our mini family in August - Our visit was in August and it was very warm. Going home to Mauro’s accommodation was something we always looked forward to as an escape from the heat but also because his place is just the perfect place to relax, gather together, and recharge our batteries. We had everything we needed and we were so close to Roma Termini and La Sapienza where the week-long World Congress of Philosophy took place. Mauro even prepared water, beer, snacks, cookies, for us upon arrival. The facilities are very modern and we enjoyed the occassional playing of one of our colleagues on the piano. We highly recommend booking this place. It has a huge space and very good value for money. Mauro is a very responsive host. We loved every bit of our stay. Nothing!!
