• Juan Camilo (6/5): Buena pero no del todo. - La cercanía a la estación de trenes Termini, las habitaciones limpias y cómodas. El check in a pesar que estuvimos muy temprano ya estaba listo. El ascensor no se puede utilizar, solo tienen chip de acceso los que viven allí, eran 5 pisos para subir, con maletas, y en el grupo habían adultos mayores; fue un desastre total. Todos los días eran 5 pisos de subida y 5 de bajada, y los pisos de los edificios antiguos europeos equivalen a 2 pisos modernos. Al final descubrimos como hacer para poder utilizar el ascensor: se pedía en el piso 5, se montaban 4 personas, y alguien bajaba las escalas y esperaba abajo en el piso 1 y lo volvía a pedir allá en el piso 1. Ya saben entonces para cuando renten porque en ningún momento te dicen que no hay ascensor. La primera noche hubo una fiesta en el piso de arriba, se escuchaba todo, gracias a Dios solo fue hasta las 12:00.

Water flow is slow. 2 levels bedroom without borders felt unsafe . Also elevator was out of order that made accessibility to the room ( 4th floor) inconvenient.

The room amenities were sufficient, and there was a kitchenette with a fridge, stove, and utensils right next to the room. There was also plenty of space in the common areas if you wanted to have a coffee or eat outside your room. Overall, it’s perfectly suitable for undemanding travelers who spend minimal time in the room and prefer to prepare their own meals.

ΠΟΛΥ ΑΚΡΙΒΟ ΓΙΑ ΑΥΤΑ ΠΟΥ ΠΡΟΣΦΕΡΕΙ 1ον ήταν στον τέταρτο όροφο και δεν είχε ασανσέρ. 2ον το μπάνιο μύριζε υγρασία 3ον η πόρτα του μπάνιου δεν εκλεινε… 4ον το παράθυρο είχε πολύ κακή ηχομόνωση. Ακουγόταν πάρα πολύ φασαρία από ένα μαγαζί κάτω, τόσο πολύ Λες και ήταν ανοιχτό το παράθυρο.. 5ον η πόρτα του δωματίου κάποιες φορές δεν έκλεινε 6ον το καλάθι στο μπάνιο δεν είχε καπάκι από πάνω 7ον μικρές λεπτομέρειες που θα μπορούσαν να μείνουν και ασχολίαστες (πχ κακό βάψιμο, κακή ντουλάπα)..

• Rodrigo Lozano (8/5): - La ubicacion Faltaban almohadas, había una sola por persona y no era cómoda. Si bien hay ascensor en el edificio, no lo podíamos usar ya que faltaba una llave para ello, y son cuatro pisos por escalera. Eso es algo a mejorar.

• Vanessa (10/5): - Ótima localização, conseguimos ir a pé desde o alojamento até qualquer parte da cidade que nos interessava, na zona há também muitos restaurantes e bares, assim como a estação de comboio, o que facilita muito o dia-a-dia de quem está de férias e com tempo contado. O quarto tinha uma iluminação natural ótima e era espaçoso, o pôr do sol também é bonito vendo da janela do mesmo. Para quem quer cozinhar, é uma boa opção pois tem cozinha. A única coisa que tenho a apontar é o facto de não haver papel higiénico, mas tinha kit de torneira higiénica.

• Camila (10/5): Muy buena estancia, un lugar cómodo, bien ubicado y con una recepción muy amable. - La persona que nos recibió era muy amable, el alojamiento está bien ubicado y es fácil de llegar. Las escaleras, pero es algo usual así que no nos impresionó, íbamos preparados.

No lift almost 200 stairs to fourth floor the stairs were like a building site bed was like a rock tbh was very small sink plug did not work and nobody on reception did not see any staff at all
• Marc (8/5): - On a pas pris de petit déjeuner, le lieu est parfait avec des transports à disposition, nous avons choisi pour le vélo. Le service était impeccable et très accueillant rien à redire. C’est le stricte nécessaire pour un petit séjour. L’ascenseur en travaux, les indications pour trouver la chambre cela porte à confusion avec l’autre hôtel.
• Agáta (10/5): - Všechno bylo super! Za tu cenu jsem byla opravdu mega spokojená. Pokoj byl čistý a útulný, přesně tak, jak by si člověk přál po celém dni chození po městě. Lokalita taky super – jen cca 30 minut pěšky od centra Říma, což nám, naprosto vyhovovalo. Určitě bych se ubytovala znovu a doporučuji všem, kdo hledají fajn ubytování za rozumnou cenu. Nemám moc co vytknout, všechno bylo celkově fajn. Ubytování je ve čtvrtém patře bez výtahu, ale nám to zas tolik nevadilo. Jediná věc, která nám úplně nevyhovovala bylo to, že byl jen jeden malý odpadkový koš v koupelně, hodil by se ještě jeden větší v pokoji.
• Omresh (5/5): Nice stay. Beware of your stamina if you staying there. - The location is great. Near to restaurants and metro station. Not very far from Roma termini. That was very helpful to take the train to firenze. Secure with access control at the main door. The room was great for a one night stay and nice view from the window. We were at the fourth floor and there is no lift. Need to get the lift operational very fast !!!. The facility is old and unmaintained. The stairs not well illiminated.

• Antonie Pieter (7/5): - De locatie was super fijn, op de 4e etage van het gebouw na, aangezien dit toch wel veel trappen bleken. Het was echter slechts een paar minuten lopen naar Roma Termini, vanwaar je makkelijk met het openbaar vervoer heel Rome kunt ontdekken. Het ontbijt was slechts een kopje koffie en een croissant, terwijl er wordt geprofileerd met "Goed ontbijt". Dit was dus een tegenvaller. Daarnaast was de hygiëne niet super, aangezien de minibar op de slaapkamer al een langere tijd niet schoon was gemaakt. Bovendien zaten er ook allemaal vlekken in het beddengoed.

Ein Gutschein für die Bäckerei für einen Kaffee und ein Croissant ist für mich nicht mit Frühstück. Dann sollten sie es ohne Frühstück anbieten.

• Elena (3/5): Because of all the above we were in the room just for showering and sleeping. Not comfortable for many reasons. - The location was ok. It was close to the Termini Train Station and only 37 minutes from the airport. However, the neighborhood was pretty bad. The apartments are on the 4th floor and there was no elevator. The room the first day was dirty, like it wasn’t cleaned at all. Also the A/C was underfuctioning.When we informed the manager, they cleaned the room and somehow the A/C started working properly.However, no apologies nor compansation was offered. Onlh from booking. The door was like a bedroom door not providing safety. No small frigde in the room. The breakfast is at a nearby caffe with mostly croissants options.

• Flo8232 (8/5): Muy buena experiencia en Roma - Todo muy bien, la habitación doble con el baño, limpio y con buena calefacción. El chico que nos atendió muy amable, te limpian la habitación y cambian las toallas si quieres. Que no hay ascensor y es un 4° piso, lo estaban reparando.

• Oleksandra (5/5): Good place for stay 1-2 nights - Ok, you have a night flight or need to stay maksimum close to Termini station? You need to stay forr 1-2 nights close to Termini station? You are in the right place. You need early check-in or late check-out - dont be shy to ask owner for it - it can be possible. You need a quiet syay and comfortable bed with no hiting your budget - you are in the right place. But please be aware of following: 1) Hotel is the former big appartment on the high flour. And there is no elevator. So lifting a luggage can be a problem. 2) You have problems with legs or health - look for something else. 3) buy the food before you go to hotel (supermarket is in Termini station) - going up and down the stairs can be little boring)) 4) It is not a romantic gateaway - so expect a next wall view from the window. 5) The district near Termimi looks not safe at night. There are a lot of homeless people and guys who look nor so friendly and happy. I had no real problems - but better look on your back. So if You a lady and come at night - think twise.

• Ortega (1/5): Pésimo no lo recomiendo ni debería estar en Booking - Nada me agradó Había un pésimo olor en la habitación, la puerta del baño no cerraba y eso no te daba la suficiente privacidad ademas salía un olor desagradable desde ahi que molestaba incluso al dormir, nadie jamás dió explicaciones por esto, el equipamiento de la cocina era muy malo, lo único bueno era el refrigerador, el hervidor hacia corte. La tasa turística mas cara de Europa cuando el alojamiento era bastante decadente, nos alojamiento en Venecia, París, Portugal, España, Irlanda con mi hermana y jamás vivimos una experiencia tan mala y encima con este valor que superaba 3 hasta 5 veces lo que pagamos en otros sitios que fueron bastantes buenos. El anfitrión jamás dió explicación por nada, solo pedía el pago de la tasa turística. Este tipo de alojamientos no deberían existir o si es que los hay el valor debería ser mucho mas bajo considerando todos los inconvenientes, por último sabíamos que el ascensor estaba malo a un cuarto piso, pero había que subir 9 escaleras para llegar al lugar.

The response at Booking was relatively quick and good explanation for the entire codes and rooms key We arrived and entered a room that smelled of cigarettes. There was no one at the reception. The toilet was very close to the bidet (which didn't work) and it was uncomfortable in any way. In addition, there is a half-door to the shower so the whole room fills with water. The fridge didn't work, there is one electrical outlet next to the beds and another in the corner on the floor. The chairs are old and falling apart. In addition, there is no soundproofing, you can hear everything!!! Guests entering, shouting from the street (the location is next to 4 different bars). So there was hardly any sleep on vacation.

• MB 1989 (7/5): BUEN LUGAR, SIN ASCENSOR - Cerca de Termini, por lo que muy comodo para llegar e ir al aeropuerto y diferentes puntos por transporte público. Tambien con numerosos restaurantes alrededor para comer así como supermercados y tiendas. Habitación de buen tamaño, con un cuarto baño remodelado y cómodo también. La cocina te da la libertad y utilidad de poder comer y descansar en el alojamiento. Además tiene una zona de comedor. El ascensor roto, cuatro pisos se hacen largos. La limpieza no muy allá, pero hay cosas peores y más en Italia, la verdad. Ambas ventanas del cuarto estaban rotas y costaba cerrarlas. Un poco caro para la zona y lo que ofrece.

• Riccardo (5/5): Solo per necessità - La posizione vicino alla stazione di Roma Termini Struttura situata al quarto piano di una palazzina non tenuta benissimo e soprattutto senza la possibilità di usufruire dell ascensore poichè era in manutenzione, quindi immaginatevi la fatica con 2 valigie. Da segnalare anche la presenza di un rumore strano nella stamza Cala Luna penso dato dall impianto di illuminazione che persisteva anche a luci spente
