• Nicole (8/5): Gute, große und zentrale Wohnung mit Lift - Via di Mezzo 30 Die im 2. Stock mit Lift liegende Wohnung ist groß und hat eine gute Raumaufteilung. Die drei Schlafzimmer sind getrennt zu begehen, es gibt ein Badezimmer mit Wanne, Waschbecken und WC und ein winziges Badezimmer mit Dusche, Waschbecken und WC. Das Haupt-Schlafzimmer ist groß, mit normalem Doppelbett, Schrank, Ablagemöglichkeiten. Zwei weitere Schlafzimmer mit schmaleren Doppelbetten und einem Regal. Alles minimalistisch. Ein weiterer großer Schrank befindet sich im Flur. Das Wohnzimmer führt auf einen kleinen außenliegenden Gang, auf dem man im Freien beengt aber doch, Abends noch ein Glas Wein trinken kann. Die Küche ist mit dem Nötigsten ausgestattet, für kleine Gerichte, Frühstück. Normaler Kühlschrank mit großem Tiefkühlfach. WLAN funktioniert einwandfrei. Alles andere funktioniert in der Wohnung auch einwandfrei. Schlüsselübergabe erfolgt über Schlüsselbox. In jedem Schlafzimmer und im Wohnzimmer befindet sich eine funktionierende Klimaanlage. Alles in allem eine solide, große Wohnung, etwas in die Jahre gekommen (könnte die eine oder andere Erneuerung gut vertragen), dennoch sauber. Wir waren damit sehr zufrieden: groß, sauber, 2 Bäder, 3 getrennte Schlafzimmer, zentral in der Stadt, um die Ecke ein Conad Supermarkt. Lift: Als wir am Samstag mit unserer 84 jährigen Mutter kamen, funktionierte der Lift nicht. Sie tat sich sehr schwer, in den 2. Stock zu gelangen. Nach Information an den Vermieter, wurde der Lift am Tag darauf, am SONNTAG ! wieder in Gang gesetzt und meine Mutter und wir waren glücklich. Vielen Dank dafür! _

• joan enric (6/5): - Ubicació Estás pagando por tres habitaciones en las mismas condiciones básicas y eso no es así. Solo vale la del fondo del apartamento, las otras no tienen armario para colgar la ropa. Abrímos el mueble de la entrada y tenía una toalla secándose y un montón de trastos. El piso está lleno de escalones, Un baño sin cerrojo. Un lavavajillas sin pastillas. El chico de la entrada no se espero ni para abrir la puerta y casi 300 euros noche. No lo recomiendo.

• Anna (5/5): Limpieza escasa, ubicación buena - La ubicación es muy buena, el apartamento es grande... Las camas son mas cómodas de lo que parecen. La limpieza no está nada al día, olor raro por las habitaciones y los baños, nos hemos despertado todos con tos... Las alfombras no estan limpias y en general no cuidan nada los detalles, está hecho todo con cero mimo. El trato un cero, solo te hablan para cobrarte y pedir papeleo, pero llegamos a las 19:30h como habiamos avisado y tardaron una hora en traernos las llaves para hacer el check-in. El check-out es a las 10am, mucho más pronto que la mayoría de alojamientos. Sirve para salir del paso pero no estaría más de una noche.

• Zoltán (8/5): - Közel van a központhoz. A szállásadót megkertük és korábban elfoglalhattuk a szállást. A szállás hangulatos barátságos és jól felszerelt. Sajnos a tisztaság nem volt tökéletes. Például a hűtő kimondottan koszos volt és penészes. Kevés a ruha akasztható a hálókban és a fürdőben.

• NATHALIE (7/5): Florence en décembre - L'appartement est très bien placé à Florence, correctement équipé au niveau de la cuisine. L'appartement n'est pas chauffé avec un chauffage central mais des climatiseurs dans chaque pièce, resultat le compteur électrique a disjoncté plusieurs fois. Les salles de bain sont glaciales. Une odeur persistante horrible et de l'humidité.

Two of the three beds are futons (couch beds) and the pillows are very used and lumpy. Parking was tricky - would’ve been nice to receive some directions or tips beforehand.

• Christine (9/5): Quiet ,well equipped central apartment. - Central situation. Comfy beds. Plenty of supplies, soap, dishwasher tablets, washing liquid for washing machine, water, bottle of wine. Good kitchen facilities.Good communication with owner/manager. Easy to walk to all tourist sites. Very quiet. Advert says outdoor space to eat, only narrow outdoor space. No clothes hanging space in two bedrooms.

• michele (8/5): Comodi a Firenze in centro con grandi spazi e tutti i comfort - Posizione molto centrale , appartamento con grandi spazi e tutte le comodità, l’aria condizionata in ogni punto della casa la tranquillità della zona a tutte le ore del giorno , l’ascensore molto comodo per chi ha scarsa mobilità , il check-in check-out super !! È veramente un bel appartamento, sicuramente se torneremo sarà il preferito. Tra i vari ambienti c’è un cambio di pavimentazione con un piccolo scalino di 5cm per chi ha scarsa mobilità o bambini piccoli che si svegliano durante la notte per andare in bagno bisogna prestare molta attenzione. Delle 3 camere da letto solo una ha il letto standard le altre 2 hanno dei letti matrimoniali leggermente più piccoli non adatti a chi supera 195cm

Lift access with beautiful views both sides of the apartment, homey feel. Excellent communication from our host. Would be delighted to stay again in Firenze Some appliances (ie oven, washing machine) didn’t have any written instructions so a bit difficult to figure out but a minor issue.
