- Moonsung (5/5): - Lots of rooms and amenities. The air conditioner filter seemed like it had never been cleaned, with a heavy buildup of dust. One of the bathroom sinks was broken and clogged. The kitchen utensils were disappointing, and the furniture looked worn out and not very clean. I expected more since the house itself was fairly new, but the garage was off-limits, and they only provided one key, which was quite inconvenient. I would recommend this place only to those who don’t mind staying in a less-than-clean accommodation.

Downstairs shower could not be used as it did not drain and flooded toilet and corridor

Kitchen poorly fitted out with the essentials befitting a large accomodation
Insufficient cooking hardware
No bbq
Garbages had not been emptied and were putrid with flys all over them and sending smell all through house
House location near main motorway affected ability to sleep comfortably due to constant traffic noise
TV remote for the only TV in the house did not work
Bought new batteries, still did not work, bought another remote still didn’t work, owner suggested multiple applications on phone but non of them worked.

Back patio has no edge protection and risk of falling and severely injuring oneself is very real
Good size fridge, ice maker did not appear to be working
Lounge/ dining rooms ceiling has apparent water damage from leaking bathroom above
Butlers kitchen empty of any cooking equipment
House should be set up for large group to turn up with food and clothes/toiletries and not to be looking to buy frying pans , baking trays sharp knife’s etc

- Nancy (10/5): Highly Recommend 100% Value for Money!!! - Place was super clean, very comfortable and spacious. Its was an absolute value for money for 6 bedrooms, Has everything needed. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND. I would be coming back there for sure when visiting Sydney. Just perfect for us. Place hss a very wonderful host, easy and responsive. Campbelltown is a bit out but it was located near motorway so quite accessible and it's a wonderful area so it made up for the distance.
