• Alisson (6/5): Bien placé - L’appartement était propre est bien placé. Nous avons écrit au personnel et ils ont directement répondu par message. Ils nous ont accordé le late check out . Accueil non personnalisé, il faut ouvrir une boîte à clé. L’appartement n’a pas d’eau chaude il faut écrire au propriétaire pour lui demander et qu’il nous explique qu’il faut allumer des plombs pour bénéficier de l’eau chaude. L’appartement est très mal isolé nous entendons les gens faire la fête dans la rue, les voisins du haut trier les chaises etc..

• Monika (8/5): Szybki i wygodny punkt do zwiedzania Aten - Rozkład mieszkania bardzo wygodny. Mieszkanie zgodne ze zdjęciami. Można dojść spacerkiem na Akropol, Syntagmę czy nawet na Monastiriaki. Na ulicy masa drzewek pomarańczowych. Blisko duży sklep. Dużo miejsca do przechowywania. Bardzo dużo sztuccy. Blisko do metra, autobusu i tramwaju. A teraz minusy: jeśli poprzedni goście coś zostawią typu reszta płynu do mycia lub olej to będzie to w mieszkaniu. Nie było małej butelki z wodą czy jednej kapsułki kawy, ale były dwie butelki oleju. Jeśli ktoś jest alergikiem to muszę odradzić: pod łóżkami bardzo gruba warstwa kurzu i brudu. Była nawet skarpetka poprzednich gości :) Mój partner jest uczulony na roztocza i miał wysypkę, czerwone plamy. Na klatce mieszka bezdomny który swoje potrzeby fizjologiczne (obie) załatwia na chodniku przed blokiem…. Zapach na klatce można sobie wyobrazić, ale odradzam. Byliśmy z dziećmi i nie łatwo było im wytłumaczyć dlaczego ten Pan tam ciągle siedzi i załatwia się na ich oczach …
• David (9/5): Apartamento amplio y silencioso con dos habitaciones en un barrio muy recomendable para turismo de Atenas. - La ubicación nos gustó mucho, muy cerca andando de la entrada a Acrópolis, metro, bus… El barrio es seguro, con buenos restaurantes, tiendas y supermercados. La calle donde está es tranquila, sin apenas tráfico y al estar en un tercer piso, es silencioso. En cuanto al piso, estaba muy limpio y las camas y almohadas son muy cómodas, desde nuestro punto de vista. La propiedad siempre ha sido muy atenta y prestando mucha atención al turista. La comunicación a través de Booking con ellos ha sido perfecta!! Lo único que nos faltó fue alguna alfombrilla para el suelo al salir de la ducha (lo comunicamos a la propiedad, nos contestaron que se lo dirían al equipo de limpieza pero estos no nos trajeron nada); y que el vecino de al lado un viernes por la noche le gustase tanto la televisión (con tapones se pudo dormir sin problema)

• Rosalinde (9/5): Loved it! - Spacious two bedroom apartment at a great location! We felt right at home and enjoyed the balcony for some December sunshine. It’s close to the metro, but walking to the Akropolis Museum takes about 15 minutes so we walked a lot. Really cool neighbourhood with lots of nice restaurants, bakeries, coffee and wine bars, and a great restaurant across the street.
• Kimberly (10/5): Perfect Location - The apartment was very clean and comfortable. The beds are perfect and we slept well every night. The apartment is located in a great area with a lot of helpful and fun stores. Be sure to visit the bread store just a couple of blocks over - delicious sweets and meals. The supermarket is right up the hill, and easy walk. The area is central to everything.

• Rosie Mack (10/5): Spacious, comfortable, well equipped and clean apartment in an ideal location. - The location was ideal, close to the Metro, restaurants, supermarkets and the Acropolis and Acropolis Museum. The apartment was spacious, comfortable, well equipped, and very clean We really appreciated the basics for cooking; oils, salt and pepper, honey, several types of coffee and tea bags which makes a big difference when you are self catering on a short holiday. It was also very useful to have a washing machine with detergent and fabric conditioner provided. The host also provided toiletries in the bathroom. The host was extremely helpful and provided a very useful video of how to access the keys plus plus photos of how to tun on the appliances. The host also checked that that all was well after we arrived and offered help if we needed transfers etc. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this apartment to other travelers! Nothing!

• Elise (10/5): Excellent! - I liked the You tube video explaining how to get the keys and go to the apartment. The website was very useful to find information for our visits, to book a taxi.. . We quickly got answers when we needed help. The apartment is very nice , modern, quiet, close to the metro station and tourist sites. Ideal place for a stay in Athens!!!

Forma de acesso e contato com a equipe é excelente, com suporte disponível 24h e informações muito bem detalhadas. Localização excelente, perto do tudo. Higiene do espaço é ótima. Fica ao lado de um bom mercado e de muitos restaurantes. Dá para ir a pé para todos os locais de interesse do centro histórico de Atenas. Metrô bem perto. Foi tudo excelente e funcional.

• Massimo (9/5): Consigliato - Appartamento molto curato in posizione strategica ad Atene. 2 camere da letto molto comode e appartamento con aria condizionata. Ottimo rapporto qualità-prezzo. Consigliato I vicini non sono molto amichevoli. Io e i miei amici stavamo parlando in salotto, ascoltando musica a basso volume in sottofondo,e alle 17 e ci hanno lasciato un biglietto per dirci che non eravamo in un hotel e di fare più silenzio. Scritte sui muri del palazzo contro i turisti non piacevoli.

One of the mattresses was already quite worn out. We found the carcass of a small bird on the balcony…must have been there for quite a while.

We enjoyed a lot and the house is nice ☺️ the location is good, all the sites are really nea - It is super cozy place and perfect for couples (2 couples) or girls trip for 4. It is as the photos and was quite new all!! The first day was quite difficult to open the warm/hot water 😅 so that caused I had to shower with cold water but the next day was 👌

Easy walk to all the main attractions, great restaurants, grocery store, and a fine bar restaurant across the street.!! Ha ha ha our only complaint was a lousy corkscrew and no cutting board!!

• Marlena (5/5): Passable - Nice apartment and a very good location, but this was the first time I arrived at an unclean apartment. There were old, wet towels on the bathroom floor, the bed sheets hadn’t been changed, and I didn’t receive any message about the delay. After I contacted the host, I was informed that the cleaning staff would arrive soon. We had to wait for them to clean everything, wasting at least two hours. There are also a lot of odd rules listed on the website, but they should be printed out for clarity. For example, the boiler is turned off, and you need to switch it on before taking a shower. Overall, I have mixed feelings about this stay.

• Kyan (10/5): Exceptional - Location was great! THe acropolis mueseum was very close by and bunch of eateries nearby very central part of athens, plaka was walking distance from it! Host was very helpful and gave us a list of things to do and was very nice and helpful to any queries we had loved the hospitality! Firstly its nothing abt the property in itself, but the Neighbours were a little rude when we got our luggage late at night. Next morning they came to us and threatened to report us to the police if we made noise again late at night which is also fair. So wouldn't recommend landing in with a late night flight in any residential part in Greece quiet hours from 11pm-7am.
• James (10/5): Great apartment in a great location - Outstanding location to see the ancient part of Athens. Easy to access and locate. The place is very clean and comfortable as well. Host was available to assist but we did not need any help with anything as it was all detailed in the communications.
• Melissa (10/5): A wonderful stay. - The property is located in Koukaki, a little south of Acropolis. Around it you can find many cafes, excellent restaurants, supermarket and pharmacies. The metro stop Sygrou-Fix is 5 minutes away which connects you to all of Athens.

• B.a. (9/5): Great apartment, great neighbourbood, we highly recommend Athens Gem - We had a great time in Athens Gem in Koukaki. The apartment is exactly as you see in the pictures. It is new and decorated very tastefully. The beds are very good and there is a washingmachine and a dishwasher. Also there is a large balcony to sit outside. The neighbourhood is very nice, safe, with many restaurants. It's very central. The communication with our host Nasos was very good: he responded very quickly to our questions, which was most helpful. A few more towels would be nice. Everything else was perfect!
