• yusuke (8/5): 安く、ネコの遊び場のようなホテル - ネコの遊び場のような２階ベッドがあって子供たちが奪い合いしながら遊んで、そして仲良く寝てくれました。オールインクルーシブの高級ホテルだとこんな部屋の構造もあるけど安価なホテルでこんな遊べる部屋は唯一無二でした。 清掃はイマイチ。たまたまこの部屋の担当者の掃除センスが悪いのかもしれませんが、浴槽がきれいに洗われていないのが残念でした。そのほかはほぼきれいだっただけに目立ってしまいました。

• Assad (9/5): Chambre familiale incroyable - L’appartement est très spacieux pour le Japon. Le lit cabane a fait son effet pour mes enfants. La proximité d’une station de métro à 5min de marche et l’ascenseur sont des points positifs surtout avec des grosses valises (y compris les casiers sécurisés à disposition). Le bruit de la route à proximité peut être un peu gênant le soir.

• Christopher (8/5): Nice small place. Affordable. Good location close to USJ Osaka bay tower was pretty cool as well. - Beds were large and nice. The projector was cool. Projector couldn’t play Amazon, Hulu, Disney, or Netflix. It will be blocked if you use a non Japanese account. Usually if using a tv it would be fine. However because of the program on the projector it doesn’t. Also they could have provided razor for shaving.

• CLOUD_YOO (10/5): 벤텐초 오사카 숙소 7박8일 - 숙소 앞 다이소 마트 횡단보드를 건너면 3분이내에 있음 빔픈로젝트로 영화관처럼 볼 수 있음 JR과 매트로가 다이소 마트 건물로 엘레베이터와 에스컬레이터로 편하게 연결되어 다닐수 있음 맥도날드 서점 패밀리마트 편의점 등 근처에 기본적인 가게가 있음 프랑스 빵집도 맛이 꽤좋고 가성비 있던점 유니버셜 니시쿠조 한정거장만 갈아타면 되고 오픈런시 5시 30분쯤 택시타면 10분이내 접근가능함 그리고 오사카나 에비쵸 난바 신사이바시 등 공항가는길도 접근성이 좋게 교통이 좋음 5인 가족끼리 머물기좋았고 공간은 충분했다고 생각됨 아이들을 위한 침대가 있는 사다리위의 시설인 창문이 약해서 추락 위험이 있어 열리는 창문이 없는게 나았을거라 생각됨 JR과 매트로 건물이 도로 한가운데를 크게 끼고 육교같은곳을 넘어다녀야해서 처음에는 길이 해깔릴수 있어요

• 市川 (8/5): 家族5人で宿泊したのですが、とても良心的なお値段で部屋も快適だったのでとても満足です。 - 目の前にコインパーキングがありとても便利でした。 部屋も綺麗で電子レンジ、ポット、食器用具全て揃っておりとくにハシ、スプーン、フォークがあったのはすごく助かりました。 部屋の詳細が書いてあるノートがあり、拝見した所、部屋の掃除、ベッドのシーツを毎日交換していないと書いてあったので少し不安になりました。 実際は自分たちがチェックアウトしたあとに掃除の人がきていたので宿泊後は掃除していると思うので大丈夫だと思います。

You need to take train to travel to local stree - Need to walk 5-7min to the station and easiest if you well verse with Google map or else quite troublesome to find the hotel. Small and need walk sometimes to the hotel. Surrounding not very much famous malls or local street.

• SAKI (9/5): 最高にコスパ良き‼︎ - USJに行くためにこのホテルを利用しましたが弁天駅までや徒歩5分圏内に大きなスーパーや空庭温泉、レストランなどが併設されたビルがありとても便利でした！ホテルの斜め前にコインパーキングもあってとてと助かりました。また、部屋もロフトベッドが設置されていて子供達も大喜びでした。シャンプー、コンディショナーもPOLAのものでとてもよかったです。立地や設備、価格大変満足です。我が家は5人家族なので5人で泊まれる施設がこれだけのクオリティで最高のコスパでした！　また、ぜひ利用したいです。 ほとんど大満足ですが強いて言えば、レースカーテンがついていればよかったです！

• Michael (4/5): Decent lodgings, but beware that the deluxe family room might be in disrepair and unusable. - Logistically, the experience was totally fine. Check-in and -out was a breeze. The place was clean and had the basics of what you would need. There's a nice little dining table, and decent black-out capable curtains for both privacy and keeping the room dark enough. All the important stuff is there. The beds were fine, and it was cool that they had those ceiling lights that have the ultra-low brightness mode where you can actually sleep but find your way around when you wake up. The neighborhood that this is located in is excellent if you're there for things along the Osaka Port, including Universal Studios Japan. It's very close to the station, although the path there can be surprisingly confusing and sometimes challenging if you are carrying rolling luggage with you. That's just Osaka being Osaka, but you need to be aware that it's not quite as close as it might seem from distance alone. The main attraction of the room, and the whole point of paying extra for the "deluxe family" room, is the built-in play structures. We thought it would be perfect for our young children to unwind a bit and get excited after a very long series of plane flights. The problem was that part of it--about half--was broken: the rope net for the elevated section was severely broken and dangerous. There was a handwritten sign posted, but no notification of this was given to us in advance. In addition, there was no attempt made to rope off the dangerous section, and the children would naturally go there, so we ended up having to try to make makeshift barriers ourselves to discourage them from going up there, and ultimately to essentially ban them from playing on it entirely. That's quite disappointing when it's the whole reason you chose the room and why you had paid extra just for it. Damage happens--I get it. I don't know for sure, but it probably wasn't broken when we reserved the room. But the landlord should have notified us in advance, put up at least a rudimentary barrier, and provided a little discount to make up for it, because we weren't getting what we thought we were paying for. It's also true that the slide and such are quite loud and boomy with just normal play, and the walls aren't particularly well insulated from noise, so that does create a lot of anxiety in terms of feeling free to let your kids play on it, if you're the kind of person who is worried about bothering other people. Especially if you have jet-lagged kids who might decide they want to slide at 5 AM. There wasn't an iron or any other thoughtful accoutrements. I don't necessarily expect that, but it is worth pointing out.
