• Mandy (5/5): - Die Lage ist unschlagbar. 5 Minuten zum Bahnhof Kings Cross. Pubs in unmittelbarer Nähe. Geschirr war ausreichend. Küche ist klein, aber soweit alles da. Bettwäsche war sauber und für 4 Personen da. Viele Haushaltsgeräte vorhanden (Bügeleisen usw.).Für 3-4 Personen kann man die Wohnung als Startpunkt für die Stadt gut für ein paar Tage nutzen. Alles sehr in die Jahre gekommen. Die Matratze für das Doppelbett war kleiner als der Rahmen. Geschirr war zum Teil angeknackst. Ein oder zwei Kaffeepads zur Begrüßung wären schön gewesen. Das Bad ist gewöhnungsbedürftig. Licht geht mit ner Schnur an. Die Toilette ist in einer Ecke und nur von der Seite zu benutzen. Der Unterbau der Badewanne ist aufgequollen. Farbe wäre auch mal gut. Der Code zur Schlüsselübergabe hat nicht funktioniert und musste erst neu per Telefon angefordert werden. Das gab erstmal einen kleinen Schock.

Iron, hoover, washing machine, fridge all for comfortable weekend with family In the bathroom we found shower gel and shampoo what can help you to reduce weight of your own luggage Mould in a bathroom just washed out, would be good to remove this professionally, I have breathing difficulties , when I have entered in the bathroom was hard to breathe, this is only my problem but as an advice for future. No table in the kitchen Radiator not working in the bedroom, as all the windows were opened in the evening when we arrived was too cold for kids

Heating was sufficient and the washer/dryer was appreciated.was a good sized unit for the 3 of us. Bathroom could do with a renovation. The bath is high to get into, you have to sit sideways on the toilet (which was leaking). The carpets were a bit stained and made the place feel unclean. The kitchen was hard to prepare food in due to lack of bench space.

• Michele (9/5): Great location, good value and communication was brilliant and straightforward - Loved the close proximity to the underground. The flat was warm. It was great not to worry about taking toiletries for the shower. Well equipped kitchen. The main bedroom was a great size and we found the bed comfortable my teens both enjoyed the sofa beds in the living room too. The rumbling of the tubes below.. however you do get used to it. Although this is to be expected in a ground floor/basement level flat so close to the tube.

• Aikaterini (6/5): Α decent option for a single overnight stay, but not for an extended visit. - The location was convenient for us as it was only 3 minutes from the St. Pancras International Station and we only needed accommodation for one night. The accommodation was in the basement, which made it unpleasant. The bathroom was extremely inconvenient, and the exterior door of the apartment did not lock securely, which made us feel uncomfortable.

• Raïsa (7/5): - Superb location. The kitchen was well equipped, we thoroughly enjoyed the coffee machine, bread toaster, fridge and washing machine. It was a good flat for 4 people. The place would benefit a lot from a bathroom upgrade.

• Madhu (7/5): - The apartment was neat and tidy. Had the basic amenities. The location was good. A few things: 1. The toilet was too crammed for tall people 2. Needed more bathroom floor mats as water splashes a lot on the floor due to the small sink 3. Needed kitchen towels and napkins 4. The third guest's towel was missing

• Sofiah (8/5): Great location, but the accommodations fell short of expectations - Location was excellent, just a 3 to 5-minute walk from the main entrance of King's Cross St. Pancras station to the flat. The flat was easy to find, and James was very kind and helpful during hand over the keys. Overall, the flat was pleasant, though a bit of refurbishment - especially in the bathroom, would make it even better.
• Blair (4/5): Convenient location and had the potential to be good value but needs better maintenance/management. - The bed was literally broken. Wife fell through the bed onto the floor when she first sat on it. We had to fix the slats to use the bed. The shower screen was broken/loose. Only one downlight worked in bathroom. Didn’t risk walking barefoot in the apartment. Bedroom door appeared to have been kicked.

• Graham (10/5): Exceptional - Great apartment right next to King's Cross. I didn't meet the hosts but communication was easy and prompt, with clear instructions. The apartment is spacious and clean, and good value (for London). I'll look to stay again if I need accommodation in this area.

• Aseel (8/5): Good location and well serviced apartment - The location was fantastic! Everything was nearby. The property was very clean, and facilitated cleaning supplies. Bed sheets and pillows were provided for the sofa beds. Heating worked. Apartment had everything you need! Very good communication/service as well The one downside is that ants starting appearing on the 4th day of our stay. No elevator but its only one flight of stairs.
• Raju (10/5): HOME AWAY FROM HOME - The hospitality was amazing! James was an excellent host and was very kind and helpful. The place is quiet and peaceful. The rooms are large with plenty of equipment. It was well furnished and had everything in it to make us feel like 'valued guests'. We didn't have to buy anything except our food. The kitchen had everything that is needed in a home. We will stay there for our next trip to London and recommend it to our friends too. 11 out of 10 rating !!! I didn't like that we had to go away after finishing our holiday.
• James (9/5): Nice place close to King's Cross Station - Nice clean and comfortable apartment that is well located and very close to King's Cross and St. Pancras stations. Very handy if taking an early train. Kitchen was well equipped.
• Emma (7/5): Good - The apartment was very conveniently located, clean and comfortable. It was perfect for a family of 4. There were a few minor issues that were well received by the host. None of these impaired our stay.
• Ellie (1/5): very disappointing - Nothing about the apartment. We stayed here for two nights and found the accommodation dirty and not worth the price that was asked, the whole place had an ant infestation which is appalling. We were told the flat would be cleaned by the time we came back and it was exactly the same. The carpets were stained and dirty and the throws had definitely not been changed let alone the bedding. We were unable to use the facilities in the kitchen due to the ants and we had to cover the whole place in ant powder. This was very distressing as we booked this as a short break for my mums birthday which we feel was ruined.

• Martin (6/5): Nice flat if you can put up with strange hosts - Nice little flat in a classic Victorian mansion block. Great location albeit Kings Cross still has a few social issues. Hosts were demanding and directive yet strangely unhelpful and disinterested in a dangerous kitchen appliance I reported to them.

• Kristie (3/5): Great location but not the greatest accommodations - Location was great and response from owner was great. The place was very dated. Washer had bad odor. Need exterminator as ants were everywhere. Bathroom set up is terrible. Shower is difficult to get in and out of. Toilet is in front of wall so you have to sit diagonally. Toilet seat doesn't fit properly so the lid is closing on you as soon as you sit down. Ironing board is unusable - completely broken. Windows didn't close. The bedroom window was open several inches and we could not get it closed.

• Rachel (6/5): Pleasant apartment, good value and great location - Great location near Kings Cross and very close to the tube. Well equipped for a short stay. I slept really well. I was only there for one night so didn't make use of the kitchen much but there are full facilities including a washing machine. It's a basement flat so a little dark but that was fine for me as was there just one night. There were a few ants in the kitchen. Finally, if you are bothered by train noise, be aware that you can hear the tube rumbling below! I got used to it after a while.

• Caz-harton82 (10/5): Definitely recommend and would stay again. - The flat was clean and tidy and all the Facilities you could need were supplied. Amazing location right over the road from kingcross Station, bus stops and underground all a 1 minute walk away. Couldn't have asked for a better place to stay and reasonably priced too. Great communication before our stay and although we didn't need help with anything, I feel we would have had great support if we needed anything. Thank you so much.
