• Depa85 (8/5): Excelente ubicacion - La ubicación es muy buena. Cerca de todo pero alejado del bullicio. Lugares cerca para comer muy pintoresco. Apartamento cómodo. Y para destacar la amabilidad de Sofia , siempre dispuesta y permitiéndome ingresar antes. Realmente recomiendo el apartamento Quizás algunas perchas más para el guardado de ropa.

• Kathy (9/5): Cozy, compact ground floor studio apartment in central location yet off the tourist track. - Cozy, compact GROUND FLOOR studio apartment on a quiet street in La Latina. Once you get past the gate with bars, it was the ideal place to stay for a quick weekend in Madrid. I felt very safe. The apartment was well stocked, including a capsule coffee maker, cotton pads for cleaning makeup off and even a couple laundry soap pods. The host was very clear about communicating check in and check out instructions. Wifi was super fast. I would stay here again when visiting Madrid. When you choose to stay in the ground floor apartment with recycling bins outside the door, don't be surprised when the trash collectors pass by late at night. Other than that, it was very quiet.

• MARTA (6/5): - La zona y la limpieza del lugar. Entra mucha luz del exterior; el desagüe de la ducha no funcionó bien y se hacía piscina en el plato de ducha. El mismo día nos comunicaron que el sofá cama tenía una pieza rota y no lo podíamos mover (lo dejaron preparado por petición nuestra, para no romperlo más).Tampoco iba la Tv. Se informó y, aunque intercambiamos numerosos mensajes, ni se solucionó ni pasó nadie por el establecimiento. Entiendo que eran fechas complicadas (30 y 31 de diciembre), pero, tal y como manifesté al contacto en su momento, la sensación es de descontecto. No repetiría.

• Ariel (10/5): Cumple favorablemente - La ubicación y los servicios extras, cferea, lavadora, amplio. Todo bien, están consiente del servicio, no era un hotel, así que las expectativas fueron complacidas totalmente.

• Leticia (9/5): Perfecto para lo que buscábamos por cercanía. - La tranquilidad y buena ubicación para el evento al que acudimos, realmente sólo lo usamos por la noche, el cuarto de baño muy completo y amplio. Hay un supermercado muy cerca, cafeterías y restaurantes. El estudio está a pie de calle, hay que abrir las cortinas para poder abrir la ventana, por lo que todo el que pase por la acera puede mirar hacia dentro, le pondría cortinas a la parte baja de la ventana como las que tiene en la parte superior.

• Jonathan C. (10/5): This room in Spain 🇪🇸 has got good game. 😊 - It is spacious, has a comfortable bed, a dish washer and a washing machine. The host is very nice and helpful as well. 😊 It is in a good location. A bus stop is right across the street from this place. It's bus 148 which will take you to some of the shopping areas. We loved our stay here. If we come back to España, we will be right back here. 😉 The price was very good. The hot water tank isn't big enough. If you like to take a 15 minute shower like I do, you're not gonna make it. Lol 😁

• Francesco (8/5): Ok for a weekend in Madrid - Location is great, close to La Latina bars, tabernas , cavas and restaurants . Nice shower , WiFi ok . 2 nights, 2 people, only 1 coffee capsule for the coffee machine . The curtains do not cover the windows very well , and you get light in the morning. The room is located at the groundfloor right in front of the street, which however fortunately has not been noisy or chaotic .
