Из гостиной открывается вид на яхты, всё рядом: рестораны, набережная, прогулочные зоны. С точки зрения локации — максимально удобно. Апартаменты откровенно уставшие. Видно, что их периодически подкрашивают и «освежают», но это не решает проблему — в целом состояние требует полноценного ремонта. Крайне слабый напор воды в душе — мыться просто неудобно. Тонкая струйка воды, приходится долго стоять под душем, что для такого уровня жилья абсолютно неприемлемо. Не хватает базовых вещей. Например, нет тапочек — казалось бы мелочь, но для апартаментов за такие деньги это выглядит странно. По факту достойно выглядит только гостиная. Остальные комнаты значительно проще и производят ощущение усталости и экономии. Кухня оснащена слабо: тупые ножи, общее ощущение, что на базовом комфорте просто сэкономили. Очень шумно. При закрытых окнах и ставнях шум с улицы всё равно отлично слышен во всех спальнях. Нормальной шумоизоляции нет. Серьёзная проблема — невозможность подъехать к апартаментам даже на пару минут, чтобы выгрузить вещи. Нет ни парковки, ни даже кратковременной остановки. Чемоданы приходится тащить по лестницам без какой-либо помощи — это крайне неудобно. Отдельно отмечу общее впечатление. Это был мой первый визит в Puerto Banús, и, к сожалению, эти апартаменты очень точно отражают текущий уровень курорта. Цены завышены, а качество и сервис им совершенно не соответствуют. Складывается ощущение, что туристам продают «псевдо-люкс», который на деле таковым не является. Много пафоса, но мало реального качества — и эти апартаменты полностью вписываются в эту картину.

The property, including bedrooms back onto a very loud and noisy street where people hang out and party till the early hours of the morning. There were also sex workers hanging out outside the main entrance. It was extremely noisy. There was only set of cutlery and towels for the entire stay. Also, no lift for luggage.
