Muy bien cuidado, tanto los jardines como el residencial. El parking es cómodo. Muy cerca andando de todo cuanto quisimos visitar. El piso cómodo, amplio y limpio. Tiene lo necesario para limpiar. Tiene Plancha y cafetera, al igual que electrodomésticos funcionando. Carece de micro-ondas. Tengo algunas sugerencias: - el equipo nunca se comunicó con nosotros a pesar que nos dijeron por whassap que lo harian. El apartamento no tiene platos, yo resolví mi problema comprando platos desechables. - sugiero que la información sea precisa . Dormimos 3 dias despertándonos a las 7 am o antes por la claridad que entraba a través de la ventana del techo. Y en la tarde de esos dias el sol llegaba a la cama. Ciertamente no se podía cerrar jalando la pestaña, como nos dijeron por whassap, está a mas de 4 metros de altura y es eléctrica. Cuando encontramos el mando estaba sin batería. Le pusimos unas baterías y pudimos cerrar la claraboya. - deben revisar el aire acondicionado NO enfría. Ni en la habitación ni en el salón. Funciona como ventilador. Esto es una falla grave. Si resolvieran, mi puntuación sin dudarlo seria de 5. Gracias por sus atenciones, pero para que una estadía sea óptima, estos temas deben ser corregidos. Gracias
• Karthikeya Venkat (1/5): - Rating: 1/10 – Very Poor Experience This was a very disappointing stay, and I would not recommend this place. • The toilet flush knob was loose and came off. • Shampoo and soap were not provided, and there isn’t even a holder or shelf in the bathroom—you have to keep them on the floor inside the shower, which is very inconvenient. • Hot water pretty much did not work at all. We had to take cold showers throughout the stay, except for about 10 minutes on one occasion. We were told it’s electric and works intermittently, but it did not even work first thing in the morning on day 1 (and we had not used the washing machine at that time), so this explanation does not make sense. • The iron was very difficult to locate (hidden under the media console). • The washing machine worked, but the dryer only worked once. There was also brief carpentry/drilling noise from a neighboring unit on the last day for about 15 minutes. The washing liquid provided had a very strong scent—offering a mild or unscented option would be much better for guests. Customer support was extremely frustrating. WhatsApp support is handled by AI, and even during weekday daytime hours, it was difficult to reach a real person. Calls were often not answered, and when I explicitly requested to speak to someone, they refused. This made resolving issues—especially critical ones like the hot water—not possible in a timely way. The lack of proper support is a major concern. Not having reliable hot water alone made the stay a disaster. Additionally, there was confusion with the elevator: a notice said it was not working, but it had not been removed. Luckily, I tried it and it actually worked—but this added unnecessary confusion. Overall, due to poor maintenance and lack of real customer support, I strongly advise against booking this property.

Хозяевам следует предупреждать своих постояльцев о крайне неудобных условиях, узости, отсутствии понятных знаков движения, проблемах для машин даже среднего размера! Особенно при выезде из паркинга!!!! Всем советую парковать машину рядом на открытой парковке - вы заплатите за стоянку, но точно сбережете нервы себе и близким

• Paula (1/5): SÓ SE FALA COM UMA IA, E ELA RESPONDE APENAS O QUE QUER! - O apto era bem parecido com as fotos. O pior de tudo foi a comunicação, é péssima!! Feita por IA, eles só respondem o que querem, me senti totalmente desassistida. Realmente essa experiência foi terrível! O aquecedor do apto não estava funcionando, uma experiência terrível! Pedimos inúmeras vezes para o problema ser resolvido mas era uma má vontade incrível pois apenas uma IA respondia nossas msg…E apenas pelo whatsapp, pois simplesmente ignoram o chat do booking, nenhuma msg minha por lá foi respondida de forma adequada. Informei que não dava autorização para ninguém entrar no apto enquanto eu não estivesse mas simplesmente quando cheguei a noite com minha família, percebi que tinham entrado no apto para deixar um aquecedor portátil que simplesmente não adiantou nada. Não ficaria e não recomendo esse apto!! Um desrespeito com o hóspede!! A questão do estacionamento também é bem ruim, muito mal explicado e como a chave para entrar na garagem fica dentro do apartamento, você tem que se virar para achar uma vaga para parar o carro e ir até o apto para pegar a chave para abrir a garagem. E no check out é a mesma coisa. A impressão é que eles não estão nem aí para os hóspedes, você que se vira para resolver os problemas!

• Amela (4/5): Difficult to get access information. - Not much. The place was OK, definitely not a great value for the money paid. The location is good and parking was provided which was also good., Getting the information on how to access the property was difficult. the host didn't sent information in time and only did so after a phone call from us as the WhatsApp chat is answered by an AI chatbot that is utterly useless. First call facilitated the host to send us a check in information. After we filled out the forms, the host was supposed to send us info on how to access the place. This again didn't happen and necessitated another phone call-which is not easy to do when traveling and only having data travel plans (no WhatsApp calling was provided as the case with most other properties we rented. After wrestling the access information from the host, we arrived at the property after our scheduled check in time, only to find the cleaners in full cleaning mode in the place and reeking of harsh detergents. We were sent away and informed to come back in half an hour.

• Antonio (3/5): Disappointing experience - no heating and unresponsive service. - Well located The heating didn’t work. Despite raising the issue with the administration the first day we arrived they didn’t do anything until the last night when they brought a couple of bathroom calefactors. We spent a couple of nights feeling cold in this flat as the heating didn’t work and we were ignored for a few days. For the money we paid you would expect better service and response if you raise something as important as heating in winter.

• Alexandra (6/5): Sehr gute Lage mit eigenem Parkplatz, Für uns sehr kompliziertes Handling. - Das Appartement hat eine sehr gute Lage zum Zentrum, das gut fußläufig erreichbar ist. Die Ausstattung war sehr gut und alles sauber. Die zuständigen sind per Whatsapp sehr freundlich und nachfragend. Uns ist persönlicher Kontakt lieber. Sehr gut geeignet für Familien und evt. längere Aufenthalte. Leider haben wir eine Stunde vor der Haustür gestanden und der durchgegebene Code funktionierte nicht. KI konnte nicht helfen. Telefonisch niemand erreichbar. Wahrscheinlich habe ich zu spät ein Checkin gemacht. Eine Bewohnerin kam zufällig, sodass wir ins Haus kamen. Eine Zimmernachbarin rief für mich an, damit ich den Zimmercode erhielt. Wir fuhren deshalb mehrfach um den Block, weil der Garagenöffner im Zimmer war. Das Auto konnte nirgends auch nur kurzfristig stehen bleiben. Es war für uns nicht klar ersichtlich, wo die Garageneinfahrt ist. Wir haben uns sehr geärgert über die komplizierte Vorgehensweise und dass niemand erreichbar war.
• Claus (9/5): Immer wieder gerne in diese schöne Stadt - Sehr schönes Apartment in ruhiger Lage. Ideal um alle Sehenswürdigkeiten zu Fuß zu erkunden. 3 volle Tage sind empfehlenswert. Die Organisation mit dem Online Check in funktioniert schlecht. 3 Tage vorher sollte das per Mail kommen. Nach der Reklamation per WhatsApp kam der Hinweis das erst 100 Euro Kaution bezahlt werden müssen bevor die Information für das Check in erfolgt. Ich stehe vor dem Gebäude und komme nicht hinein. Smart Phone gecheckt und die Information für das Check-in kam am Morgen der Anreise,. Alles ausgefüllt. Nach einer Stunde Wartezeit sind die Zugangsdaten per WhatsApp gekommen. Alle WhatsApp Anfragen werden innerhalb von 10 Sekunden mit KI generierten beantwortet. Ohne Smart Phone geht nichts. Um auf den Parkplatz zukommen muss man erst in das Apartment um die Fernbedienung für die Garage zu holen! Da keine Parkmöglichkeit in den Straßen empfiehlt es sich in das Parkhaus von Mercadona zu fahren. Ist direkt gegenüber und man kann in Ruhe das organisatorische erledigen.

S obzirom da je u centru koji je vrlo prometan, tesko je parkirati dok se ode po kljuceve. Korisno bi bilo pojasnjenje da se treba po stepenicama da se nadju ulazna vrata, te bi bilo korisno poslati bas lokaciju od ulaza u garazu, ovako se tesko snalaziti po imenama ulica.

• Johannes (10/5): - Der elektronische Zugang schien zunächst kompliziert, war es dann aber nicht. Es hat alles problemlos geklappt. Die Wohnung war sehr komfortabel und enthielt alles, was man brauchte. Die Lage war für uns optimal. Alle Sehenswürdigkeiten sind zu Fuß gut erreichbar, man ist aber nicht im touristischen Trubel rund um die Kathedrale. Ideal war der nur wenige Meter entfernte Supermarkt. Für die Tiefgarage braucht man ein gutes Navi, aber dann geht es gut. Wer mit dem eigenen Auto anreist, muss zunächst im Appartement den Türöffner für die Tiefgarage holen. Ich hätte mir einen Tipp gewünscht, wo ich das Auto lassen kann, während ich den Schlüssel hole. (Ich selbst habe das Auto mit eingeschalteter Warnblinkanlage vor einer Ausfahrt abgestellt.)
• Zarko (10/5): Amazing experience at historical, centrally located building - Very spaceous, fully-equipped, two-level apartment with a dedicated parking space. Centrally situated, close to the main walking districts as well as to the river, just perfect. The building is architecturally and historically very interesting and has amazing internal courtyard. The key collection and initial parking procedure might be a bit complicated especially if you don't have data roaming or e-sim i.e. internet connection on your arrival.

Comfortable bed. Apartment has a beautiful courtyard Administrative process was complicated- had to sign contract and give a bond deposit. Would have been better if this was all attended to when booking the apartment.
• Josh (10/5): An amazing stay in a superb location - The apartment was located in a very good area close to the high end shops and Setas de Seville, with lots of good cafes and restaurants. The place is well air conditioned and has an amazing courtyard. Having a parking spot is also very useful for those renting a car on their travels.

• GREGORY (10/5): Appartement spacieux, propre, très bien équipé pour visiter le quartier historique de Séville - Appartement très propre, très très bien équipé, très calme, idéal pour rester plusieurs jours. Nous avions pris l'option parking situé sous le bâtiment, un vrai plus. Jardin très bien entretenu, centre commercial à 120 mètres, cathédrale et Alcazar à 1.7 km à pieds, bien situé. Contact par What's app très très réactif et efficace ! La clim a été en partie défectueuse mais un ventilo a été fourni en urgence. En outre le service Qualité associé a l'appartement nous a proposé une ristourne en guise de dédommagement !!

The access was complicated but very well explained with clear pictures and instructions. The parking was very helpful. Would highly recommend.

• Laurence (9/5): Beautiful apartment complex, safe parking, lovely walk along river to center, recommended! - Great location It was great to park the car safely in the underground lot and forget about it during the stay - we walked everywhere! Unfortunately the host was not able to meet us as planned - so it was a bit difficult to park while we figured how to get into the building and collect the keys for the parking garage.
• Carla (8/5): Beautiful apartment in great location! - Beautiful apartment exactly as described and shown by photos. Location is ideal, easy walking distance to everywhere and for transport at plaza de armes. I stayed for 4 weeks and there was a full weekly clean including sheets and towel change. They were prompt at responding to problems, such as: There was a problem with the oven and they sent someone promptly to resolve. There was a problem with my door code at one point and I couldn’t enter the property, they sent someone quite quickly to resolve. The only complaint I have is that during my stay a man entered the property. He used the same key code as I was given. He was clearly someone booked to stay as he had a suitcase with him. Luckily I was in to explain I was staying. He apologised and left. I reported it immediately and their response was that ‘it’s a coincidence he used the same code’. I disagreed, of course, it was clearly an admin error but for a female traveller it was unnerving that a stranger could enter.
• Michele (10/5): Very Comfortable & Enjoyable Stay - Beautiful location, in a converted convent! Lovely gardens inside a quadrangle. The apartment was on the first floor & there was a lift to get our luggage up there. Spacious apartment on 2 levels The kitchen had all the appliances we could have needed & more! Although the apartment is not right in the centre of Seville (still only a 15/20 min walk into the centre) the bonus is that it's quite close to Triana which is a very trendy lively neighbourhood of Seville with lots of lovely bars & restaurants A cafetiere to make coffee with would have been useful This didn't matter to us but I thought I'd mention that the apartment would not be suitable for guests with mobility issues as although the living room and kitchen are downstairs, the bedroom & bathroom are up a spiral-ish staircase

• Yasmin_sa (8/5): Very good - The complex was beautiful and peaceful with a very charming courtyard. We didn't make use of everything the apartment had to offer since we were only there for 1 night. It's not suitable accommodation if you have a toddler because of the staircase.
• Janet (9/5): Very clean comfortable safe place.. Recommend it to others as a great place close walking to city - the ease of walking into the main centre. The availability of places to eat close by. The coffee pods for the machine. First place on our trip to Europe that they were available with the machine - thank you. The very helpful receptionist. Victoria not only helped with access to the apartment, she also gave us ideas on where to visit and how to sort the wifi. Being tired and trying to access the main door using a system that we had never seen before. Very frustrating but the receptionist was very patient and helpful. There wasn't a book of how the apartment worked which would have been useful - how to use the washing machine - thank goodness for google translate, the TV and where to find the iron!

• Tony (8/5): Beautiful accommodations for families in a perfect central location in Seville - Excellent location, beautiful building, spacious, 2 floors, walkable to everything a tourist would want to see and do, parking included, but instructions should be provided prior to arrival. Washer and dryer available in the suite. Quiet location perfect for families. Water temperature inconsistent in the shower. Goes from normal hot to freezing cold suddenly. Lots of ants throughout the apartment especially in the kitchen, on the counters, floors, all over. Can be difficult to bring luggage up the stairs to the 2nd floor. There's a skylight in the bedroom but no window covering so the sun shines in bright and early in the morning

Tania was great help and took very good care of us, big thanks to her! Just one thing, when you get out carage, turn left! We didn t 🫣, one way but we were lucky!!
• David (8/5): Inside the apartment is nice once you can enter inside - Location and clean and modern convenience Access to apartment through keyless lock was a major issue. It was hard to enter the apt with the code system. The lock would not open the door after entering the code. Had to have a technician come out the next day after the manager came the first night to look into the issue.
