• GERGELY BELA (7/5): friendly place - The staff was very friendly, the tv is not the best but working.Hot water in the bathroom. The hotel located next to the Sentul Barat MRT metro station so I can move to the city center in 10 minute. Bus,train station 20 minute. Good Indian restaurants,shops around, with good friends. I had a room without window,so the air circulation is not the best and the elevator was out of order.

• Asmaa (4/5): - The hotel was very close to an MRT station + nice and authentic Indian food places. Public transportation in KL is pretty efficient + affordable so that's defo a plus. The beds were somewhat comfy. The hotel offered to upgrade me and my friend to a superior twin room because of her birthday which was a good gesture. They also accept to keep our luggage for 1 day which is great. However, when we arrived around 11pm at night, they told us that the hotel is full house and gave us a room with one bed, which also smelled like tobacco. The towels were old and mushy. The shower was full of flies. The window had a view on the parking lot. The elevator was not working. We were promised to be given a twin room the folloing day, but when we went back again, well.., full house.We got stuck in the same smelly room for another night. Then on the 3rd night, they gave us a twin room which was somewhat better than the other one. It didn't smell like tobacco, and there were fewer insects there + the view was on the street. Overall, I think the stay is kind of fair considering the cost. It would have been amazing if the rooms were cleaner + towels provided periodically changed + better organization so people get what they asked for.

• Arnaud (2/5): - Good staff Unfortunately I had a serious issue during my stay. I found bed bugs in the first room and was moved several times, 3 Times in 3 differents room, but I encountered the same issue again. Because of this, I had to leave during the night and book another hotel. Reception staff were polite and tried to help, but management needs to address the pest control problem urgently

• O'Keefe (3/5): - As you enter, there is clear strongly worded signage to not stain the sheets or towels or you will lose your deposit pending a room check before being able to checkout. Upon entering the room there were minor stains on the threadbare towels, bedding and what looked like a very small bloodstain on the curtains (maybe the reason for the signage). When we actually checked out no one performed this room check, but it just felt unnecessarily combative. Additionally the shower drain was bent and mangled.

• irsyad (1/5): terrible don't waste your money. the door was difficult to open, the window doesn't fully close. - sorry, terrible room aircond is not cold, no towels provided (i had to ask), lift was broken, my room at 4 floor and nobody picks up the phone intentionally. the receptionist hides in the back room, 0 smile.
