- Mohanad (1/5): Not Worth Living In – Even at a Quarter of the Price - Objective Assessment of the Stay The house, in its current condition, is not suitable for habitation for several reasons, the most important of which are: 1. Temperature and Comfort: The house felt like an oven due to intense heat. Being on the top floor with no insulation for heat or cold made it unsuitable for living. There was no air conditioning. Our request for fans was initially rejected and only on the third day, after several complaints, were we provided with small fans that proved insufficient. We had to bring in two portable air conditioners at our own expense, yet the atmosphere remained unbearable despite the pleasant weather outside. Opening the windows was also not an option due to the dozens of insects that rushed in. 2. Structure of the House: The property is an attic with a sloping alabaster roof. Two rooms with sloped ceilings were not practically usable. 3. Cleanliness: The house was received in an unclean state, with dirty kitchen utensils, spiders in the corners of some rooms, and insects on the floor. 4. Privacy: The house had no curtains at all. Privacy was nonexistent, especially at night when anyone could see inside the living room, for example, making it uncomfortable to stay in. 5. Facilities and Services: No services were provided during the stay. The house is very poorly equipped, and you must be prepared to purchase everything yourself — from a tea bag to dishwashing sponges. 6. Value for Money: The cost-to-value ratio was completely unbalanced. Even at a quarter of the price we paid, the house would still have been unlivable. Final Note: Despite all these shortcomings, we made sure to leave the house clean, tidy, and in a professional manner at the end of our stay. Nothing
