• Roman (7/5): - Отличный персонал, помог во всех вопросах. Расположение в самом центре. Кондиционер работает, хороший балкон. Номер большой. Уборка в номере платная, полотенца не меняют, мусор не убирают. Вода в номере платная. На первом этаже расположен бар, в нём играет громкая музыка до 12. Слив в душе нормально не работает и после его использования в туалете стоит 2 сантиметра воды ещё долго настолько, что в итоге за два дня завелись какие-то пиявки. На самом деле, если бы не этот душ, на всё остальное можно закрыть глаза.

• Niamh (1/5): AVOID - Location When we arrived to our stay at E Village Hanoi, we had an unpleasant welcome from the staff immediately, which didn’t give us high hopes. We were brought to our rooms and got a hit with an overwhelming smell of damp from the room as well as realising the accommodation failed to picture the massive black patch of damp/mould on the ceiling. We proceeded to the bathroom where the smell of damp/sewage was even worse, we felt ill. Not only that, but the staircase itself was rotting which is a further health hazard. To make matters even worse, we went to turn the tv on in which the remote did not work so my partner went to reception to ask about it in which they laughed in his face and said ‘tv is broken’ ? The staff’s attitudes were appalling and when mentioned to the manager we got told that they were new and ‘still in training’. We originally booked for two nights but only stayed the one as we felt extremely unsafe. Luckily the manager arranged for us to receive a full refund which we did and booked somewhere else. Only decent thing about this accommodation is the location but not worth the health and safety risk.

• Joe (5/5): Comfy room - bad experience - Great room & very comfy bed - location was excellent When we arrived we were put in a room we hadn’t booked. It was much smaller and the bathroom wasn’t private and door didn’t shut. We told staff this was not what we booked only to be laughed at and told we can change room the following day. No apology was given or compensation. Once we got in the room we had finally booked it was lovely, however the staff were so rude it’s hard to look past. There was also a dead lizard on the door frame that looked like it had been there a while.

Es un hotel que tiene muy buen precio por lo que si estas por la ciudad, haciendo tours y solo vas para dormir sirve perfectamente la ubicación también, esta encima de un bar de copas y aunque te ponen en el piso de arriba del todo si no llevas tapones mal asunto, ya que esta en una calle llena de restaurante y bares, y con las motos ademas, o sea que el ruido es importante. no tiene ascensor, asi que prepárate para subir escaleras

Te ofrecen café y te en la habitación, pero no te dan agua gratis. Ducha sin agua caliente y el aire acondicionado solo sale aire frío, no caliente. En general, habitación en malas condiciones. Por la mañana, sobre las 7:45h am no había nadie en la recepción y el hall estaba cerrado, sin personal, sin poder hablar con nadie ni hacer check out.

Upon arrival we immediately noticed the loud music coming from the bar downstairs. We asked if the noise is noticeable from the room which the staff denied. Upon arrival in the room we realized the music was still disturbingly loud but we were too tired to do anything about it. The next day we told the staff about the noise and asked for a solution or a refund. They gave us none so we left with a bad taste.

The room was big so there was space to open the luggage without any problem. The room was in the 6th floor without elevator and the curtains didnt cover completely the light so in the morning the room was very bright since early. The bathroom also had a bad smell.

• Kelly (4/5): Disappointed, seems like a scam - We booked the superior double room with balcony offering a city view, which advertises a projector on the wall which I thought would be fun. When we got to the room, no projector. No worries, we can live without it. But I also noticed there was no balcony, which was the whole reason we booked this hotel. We walked downstairs 6 flights to ask to be moved to the correct room we booked. The staff was adamant we were in the correct room, and I had to show them the booking confirmation. They told me a different guest was in the room. I said “How is this possible, we booked almost 2 weeks ago?” I was told “The other guest booked the room a long time before you”. Once you look around the hotel it appears there is only one room that has a balcony, but they advertise having multiple rooms available with a balcony. I said it’s ok we’ll still stay, but can we get a discounted rate since this isn’t the room we booked. I was told “all rooms on the 4th-6th floor are the same rate balcony or no balcony.” I said “The entire reason we booked here was for the balcony” We were told that we would get 2 free drinks from the bar for booking, and that they would give us 2 additional drinks for their mistake. Not the solution I wanted, but we decided it was better than nothing since we didn’t want to find a new hotel. On the last day of our stay we went to the bar and ordered two cocktails each. As we went up to our room, we were flagged down and told to pay for our drinks. The person was adamant we had to pay for the 2 additional drinks we ordered. We refused to pay and reminded them they told us they were giving us two additional drinks for them messing up the room booking. This place is poorly run and very disorganized, and I am certain this is not the first time this happened, in fact I believe people are scammed out of the balcony room regularly. I do not recommend this hotel unless you want a 6 floor walk-up simple room in a good location.

Especially, the first floor of this hotel features a charming cocktail bar that offers a variety of alcoholic drinks. Everything was nice. It was noisy until midnight or even early morning. I was drunk at night, so I didn’t have any problems, but it might be an issue for those who are sensitive to noise and have trouble sleeping.

Room is big and nice furnished. Water pressure is excellent. Bed is comfortable. Don’t have elevator. But it’s not problem if you are strong enough. Staff bring your suitcase on sixth floor.

The staff was super friendly and the room has a good size. Sometimes it got a bit loud because on the first floor there is a bar. But since we always go to bed late it wasnt too bad for us.
