It’s right in the center, yet tucked away in a quiet courtyard, shielded from the noise of crowds and scooters. If your stay includes a Sunday, at 11 a.m. there is a mass with absolutely magnificent organ music. We happened to hear it by chance while having breakfast on the terrace. Once we realized the sound was coming through the walls of the Duomo, we rushed inside within minutes to experience this powerful music that truly resonates through the walls, your body, and your soul. maybe divider to separate kitchen from bedroom would make sense. But it is just my opinion

• Josef100 (10/5): Tina, ein Engel aus Neapel! - Die Wohnung ist eigentlich ein kleines Häuschen im Hof. Einfach eingerichtet, aber mit allen was man braucht. Dusche und Toilette funktionieren einwandfrei. Die Wohnung ist sauber und funktional. An die Wohnung angeschlossen ist eine Terrasse, von welcher man direkt auf den Dom schaut. Das Bett ist einfach, schmäler als ein übliches Doppelbett, wir fanden es aber bequem. Tina, die Vermieterin ist ein liebenswerter Mensch, der sehr um die Gäste besorgt ist. Sie meldet sich immer wieder per Nachricht, wie es den Gästen geht. Die Wohnung liegt direkt im Zentrum ist aber durch die Lage im Hof erstaunlich ruhig. Im Zimmer befindet sich eine Heizung, die auch sehr gut funktioniert. Der Zugang zur Wohnung führt über mehrere Treppenabsätze. Die Stufen sind hoch und dabei könnten Personen mit Bewegungseinschränkungen Probleme bekommen. U-Bahn ist in der Nähe. Lokale gibt es massenhaft. Egal wo wir bei unserem Aufenthalt essen waren, es war überall ausgezeichnet und günstig. Verglichen mit österreichischen Preisen bezahlt man in Neapel ungefähr die Hälfte für ausgezeichnetes Essen. Frühstückslokale sind ebenfalls in unmittelbarer Nähe. Manche sperren davon auch schon um 06.00 Uhr auf. Vier Kaffee, zwei Süßspeisen rund 13 bis 15 Euro. Viele Sehenswürdigkeiten sind in unmittelbarer Nähe oder leicht per U-Bahn zu erreichen. Zusammengefasst waren es wunderbare fünf Nächte in Neapel. Tina hat uns wichtige Tipps gegeben und uns mit ihrer Herzlichkeit begeistert! Preis/Leistung extrem gut!!!! Wird man nicht mehr so schnell in Neapel finden! Wir lieben jetzt Neapel und werden sicher wiederkommen. Danke Tina!!!

Leuke attentie bij aankomst. Geen overlast van omgeving ondanks je in het centrum zit! Misschien een normaal koffie machine.

• Barbara (10/5): Fantastic and cozy location in the old city center - The owner was super helpful and kind, and met me at the apartment on the time agreed. She made sure I had every I needed. It was an excellent location and was very quiet at night. I slept very well in a comfortable bed. There's a nice wardrobe to place clothes in. Many places to eat just a few mins away, and a grocery store around the corner. Perfect & quiet location for being in the city center. Also, there's a lovely patio with beautiful plants. Loved everything. Could have used a small microwave to warm up leftovers, but I had everything else I needed. The apartment was wonderful.

Hay muchos detalles que ayudan cuando uno está de viaje, los utensilios de cocina necesarios, baño con todo lo necesario, calefacción, cobijas...todo fue increíble. Pasamos 4 días maravillosos en Nápoles y en este lindo apartamento. Gracias Tina....volveremos!!! Solo por poner algo, más que todo para la gente mayor, tomar en cuenta que tienen que subir gradas, pero no es problema si suben despacio. 🙏🙏

• Adrian (10/5): Recomand - Locația se găsește foarte ușor, noi am venit pe jos de la gară, aproximativ 15 minute. Am putut efectua check in-ul singuri întrucât am ajuns noaptea. În frigider am avut două sticle de apă când am ajuns la cazare. A doua zi dimineață, am cunoscut-o pe Tina, o persoană foarte faină, chiar a venit și cu câteva prăjituri specifice locului, foarte bune.Totodată, ne-a permis în ultima zi să lăsăm bagajele pentru a ne plimba in voie până la ora plecării spre aeroport. Referitor la cazare, noi am stat in noiembrie, noaptea era răcoare, dar am avut la dispoziție o aerotermă și nu au fost probleme. Aveți disponibil la cerere și fier de călcat, de asemenea aveți disponibil wifi. Este curat, nu va trebui să împărțiți cazarea cu nimeni, nici baia ca in alte locații. Este liniște, posibil să vă mai trezească vreun porumbel dimineața 😂
• c (10/5): - Appartement calme et agréable et très bien situé au centre ville de Naples. La propriétaire Tina est venue sur place nous donner la clé et nous faire visiter l'appartement. Tina, grâce à son extrême gentillesse et sa grande disponibilité, a été d'un grand secours en nous rendant service pour les démarches (indépendantes du logement) que nous avons eues à faire. Nous ne la remercierons jamais assez !

Personalet gav meget god hjælp med spørgsmål og var venlig. Mange trapper op til værelset så svært med baggage. Jeg fik heldigvis tilbud om hjælp fra en nabo til at bære op, personalet hjælp med at det ned.

Apartment is spotless with everything you need including a washing machine. There is a lovely shared terrace with a view of the cathedral dome. The apartment is on the second floor with no lift. Not a problem for us but would be a struggle if you have mobility issues or heavy luggage

Tina is erg vriendelijk en geeft je goede tips. Erg warm op de kamer, alleen de ventilator is niet voldoende. Een wasrekje zou handig zijn.
• Elena Rita (9/5): Appartamento completo di tutto. Bel terrazzo con vista. Ottima posizione centrale. Host gentilissima - La signora Tina è stata incredibilmente gentile e disponibile. Ci ha accolte come fossimo parte della sua famiglia portandoci in regalo la colazione al primo giorno e un souvenir al check-out. Inoltre ci ha dato la possibilità di lasciare i bagagli al sicuro sul bellissimo terrazzo con vista sulla chiesa. Davvero accogliente e ospitale! L'appartamento inoltre nonostante la zona centralissima era davvero schermato da ogni rumore, abbiamo dormito benissimo. L'unica nota dolente sono le condizioni del palazzo che essendo molto antico diciamo che non rispecchia la modernità e pulizia dell'appartamento. Un po' di lavori in corso, assenza di ascensore (ottimo per smaltire il buon cibo di napoletano) e un po' di umidità alle pareti, ma tutto sommato si può chiudere un occhio su questo essendo in pieno centro storico.

The location couldn't be more ideal. It felt safe and the building is secure. Right next to the Duomo and easy walking through the old town. So much to see and close to a supermarket and many cafes and sights. Lovely little apartment. A large fridge and hob for cooking. Sweet little terrace outside. Even a washing machine. It was very warm when we were there but there is a fan in the apartment. This area really made me fall in love with Naples and i would definitely stay here if i return.

The location is extremely good, the apartment is right next to the cathedral in the old town, very quietly located in a courtyard. The train station can be reached on foot in about 15 minutes. • Felicitas (9/5): It was really comfortable, thank you! - It was quite central, comfortable, clean and especially the terrace space was beautiful! We had to pay 30€ of tourist tax which we weren’t informed of prior to our trip, so that was a bit of a shock to us. It was also a bit loud due to the city noise, but i guess that’s something you can’t change :)

She was waiting outside the property when we arrived. The place was perfect - great location, clean, kitchen area, nice bathroom. There was an area you could sit outside and have your morning coffee and a place to hang your clothes to dry. There was a washing machine. We saw Tina daily and she was very helpful all, during our stay. We loved Naples and would definitely stay at otto di denari again. Everything was excellent and I can't think of one thing that I did not like.
• James (10/5): Perfect. - This was the perfect base for a visit to Naples. Alot of the many sites of Naples are right on the door step or within walking distance. Also, the accommodation has great access to alot of lovely restaurants for breakfast/lunch and dinner. Although the apartment is in a busy area of the city, the apartment inside is quiet and has a comfy bed. There is an unbelievable view of Duomo from accommodation, which has a nice common area on balcony outside viewing Duomo to chill out. The host is really lovely, incredibly friendly, helpful and kind. All questions were answered quickly. We were met in a convenient location and shown to the accommodation. The host could not have done more for us. Nothing. Accommodation was a perfect base for a solo traveler or couple.

Great place for exploring the centro storico, but easy to get pleasantly lost. Vibrant area - if you need more peace, head for the waterfront. Authentic old building. We were not quite at the top floor and also not much of a view.

Tina is such a lovely person and responded very quickly. she has helped us with the taxi to the airport. WiFi was keep loosing the connection so it would be good to mention if you plan to work.

• Rob (9/5): A hidden gem with a fantastic host. Highly recommended. - We were greeted by Tina who was a lovely host and she made us feel very welcome and provided lots of info. The apartment was in a fantastic location in a piazza behind the Duomo. It’s a busy area with plenty of restaurants and within walking distance to many major sites and about 15mins from the train station. Although busy and noisy outside, once inside it is quiet and very comfortable. The typical Italian breakfast included was great and also included some cereal, yogurt and juice. More than enough for our 6 nights. We were also able to cook some basic meals as a few condiments were available. Shower was a bit small.

• Michał (9/5): Superb - Great location and very nice host! When you travel in winter (like we did - mid February) get some warm pajamas because it can be a little cold at night. It's totally normal in this kind of building, so it's not what I'm complaining about. Just be aware of it.

• Rosemary (8/5): If location is everything, this place couldn't be rated higher! - Location, location, location. The apartment is literally near everything! And there's a full service grocery store less than a 5-minute walk. Plenty of places for a cafe or lunch or dinner. Your apartment actually shares a wall with the Duomo. I would warn that there are 4 flights of stairs, so this is not a place for anyone with mobility problems. The heating is by space heaters, at least one of which is a fan for hot weather. Dining implements are very basic, but adequate. Tina, the manager, goes out of her way to make sure there are no problems and simply couldn't be nicer. Tip: The Caravaggio at the Misericordia is directly across the street. Highly suggest Naples Pass or at least the Arte Card. I skipped the line in every single venue -- which would have added many hours of waiting to access must-see venues. I plan to return to Naples as I only saw a fraction of what there is to see, and I plan on staying here again. Recommend highly for anyone who's fit.

It wasn't normal air conditioner not to be on when we had arrived especially when it's cold outside. I dont recoment this place during winter.
