Guest Reviews
- Di (9/5): ENJOYED MY STAY!! Recommend š - Clean comfortable convenient cheap!! Studio is very well stocked with everything you need. The tv remote and I were not friends lol
- Jennette (2/5): - I didnāt like this property⦠it was dirty, I donāt even know if the sheet was clean! There were cockroaches, and someoneās used tissue under the bed. I only stayed one night, and then booked into a motel. I want two nights money back!!!
- Narinder (1/5): Never recommend this property - Very dusty carpet, matters, cloth hanger stand, Wi-Fi not working, inside the bathroom when water tap use then on the floor water overflow. Parking was not good, when I have contact with owner, and I have explained the issue, and i said refund my money. He said sorry I canāt refund, and my cousin can change the matters only, I said ok, he didnāt come. My kids and me and my wife when all night sneezing, and not properly sleeping . Very dusty carpet, matters, cloth hanger stand, Wi-Fi not working, inside the bathroom when water tap use then on the floor water overflow.
- Nathan (4/5): - It was affordable and seemed very secure for parking. Unfortunately the neighbours are very loud and the apartment was not very clean. The floors in the bathroom were sticky and when we got back in the night there were bugs all over the kitchen sink.
- Rachel (2/5): Refresh needed - Great location despite dilapidated apartment block. The apartment had free and secure car parking and a good layout and light blocking curtains. The apartment has not been cleaned adequately. It had items (like a camera and rubbish behind sofa and bed), cockroaches (which were disturbing), intense smell of marijuana from inside the kitchen cupboards (which was unpleasant). The clothes hanger storage unit was very dusty. The carpet was in need of a shampoo and the window behind the bed was extremely cobwebby!!!!
The whole apartment would benefit from a very thorough clean so it feels fresh.

- Schantell (1/5): - Absolutely nothing Everything, the noise was off the grid, the staff are not informative, and the cleanliness of the place was so horrible, l cancelled my stay.
Never again
- Church (1/5): Unable to access accommodation due to not having been provided with pin code and actual lockbox lo - Communication was nil on arrival was not able to access accommodation I require full refund
- Meagher (1/5): Not suitable for families - Location It was a bit rough.. definitely not suitable for families... The room smelled of weed I assume from the neighbours. Toilet makes funny noise all night.. light shines directly onto bed because of bad curtains..
It was dirty.. I actually looked to book elsewhere but nothing available . For the price definitely not worth it
- Gavin (1/5): Bad -
- Peggy-anne (6/5): Pleasant - Well equipped kitchen, good hot water and heating. I would not recommend this accommodation if you are a woman on your own. There are about 50 units, leased to people in need for short term emergency accommodation. There were men roaming around, at times shouting and screaming, one incident at 3.30 am. Also, very tricky at night to find the property's number, lockbox, place to scan for carpark entry and car space allocation.
- Piotr (10/5): Exceptional - Community of great people
- Matthew (3/5): Do not stay - Close to work TV did not work, the internet did not work. Bed was broken on the first day and had to be fixed while I was waiting. There was silver fish on my clothes. Side lamp was not working.
- Mohammad (10/5): Exceptional -
- Piotr (10/5): Exceptional -
- Robert (6/5): Noisy tenants and dogs. - Good value for money. Too many barking dogs and other tenants yelling all hours of the night. Difficult to locate designated car park. Never found it. No restocking of towels and toilet paper.
- Gaby (7/5): Good - Prompt responds from host by problem.
Felt looked after š Had difficulties to unlock door (locks need replacing).
Also, the large gap beneath the entry door needs fixing.
Bathroom fitting are ancient and appear dirty.
- Christie (3/5): If no improvements are made, do not book this accommodation. - I liked the wifi and the pay TV channels. The couch was extremely uncomfortable. The kitchen floor and the bathroom were damaged and poorly cleaned. I did not have a shower in the morning due to the grotty tub and no bathmat provided. Also no hand towel or towel rails in the bathroom. A cupboard under th sink revealed the broken towel rail.
The kitchenette did not have a rubbish bin or a tea towel.
The final straw was the excessive light that came through the curtain from a bright security light outside the window, which shone over the bed too bright for me to sleep.
The designated parking spot was unavailable as the retaining wall was being fixed and it was covered in sand. A resident warned me that my car might be damaged if I parked in the wrong person's spot..I ditched my second night's booking and moved elsewhere.
Wasting a chunk of money.
- Beverley (8/5): Very good - Good value for money
No air conditioning it was very warm at nighttime
Could do with blackout curtains due to bright out side lights.
- Dong (10/5): the most welcoming hosts. highly recommend! -
- Amber (10/5): Exceptional -
- Margie (7/5): Good - The place was clean and very tidy super nice. My mistake was a I didnāt read it properly to find out the accomo has no A/C it was a
