• Assunta (10/5): Soggiorno da ripetere per visita la città e le sue bellezze. - Appartamento pulito, comodo da raggiungere, confortevole ed arredato con gusto. Soggiorniamo spesso in questo appartamento quando veniamo a Roma. La tranquillità, la pulizia ed il sentirsi a casa. Ubicato in una zona ben collegata di Roma a pochi metri trovi tutto quello che cerchi della città con la serenità della periferia.

• Jack (9/5): Great apartment with helpful host! - Apartment was great and had everything we needed, hosts were brilliant too and were quick to respond to any questions/queries, and provided several recommendations for restaurants in the local area. Location was a little bit far out (perhaps our fault in hindsight), and the air conditioning stopped working after a few days, which was unfortunate given the hot weather.

• Waleed (7/5): The overall experience was good - The host was friendly and react very quickly. The location was ok. The apartment was clean and comfortable. The check-in process was smooth, and the overall experience was good. Few things. There was no microwave. The apartment is equipped with a boiler that has a small water capacity, which can be used up very quickly and takes about half an hour to recharge and become hot again. I think it’s a bit overpriced.

• Chrysa (1/5): STAY AWAY FROM THIS APARTMENT - There was a really nice coffee shop near to the apartment. STAY AWAY!! After 24 years of travelling all over the world I can say that this accommodation was the worst. First of all, the bathroom was really dirty and the couch was completely uncomfortable. The area was good but only for the day light. The night don’t even think it to use the metro, especially if you have kids. The only people who you will meet there are homeless people who are sleeping around the metro station. Totally terrifying because there is no one else there. Unfortunately the air-condition was not working from the first day of our arrival. The property manager sent some people for checking the air-condition and they confirmed that it was broken but they couldn’t do anything except to leave us a fan because it was 13 August and all the technicians who live in Rome were on vacation. They told us that if we insist that we want air-condition (the weather was extremely hot these days) they have a free apartment but with additional charge (add 100,00 euro per day). We preferred to live and find another apartment. We asked from them to return our money but they never applied to our messages. When we returned home we complained to “booking.com”. At first the property manager lied and said that we had put “hot” and not “cold” at the air-condition control and that she never said for addition charge. Of course we forwarded to “Booking assistance” all the messages from her with which she confirmed that the air-condition machine was broken and that she asked for additional charge for our movement. After this, booking.com apologized for our discomfort and returned us the most of the money. These people ruined our holidays because it was almost impossible someone to sleep there without air-condition and believe me it is really difficult to change apartment with extremely hot weather and two small children. Stay away from this apartment and the people who manage it. Our worst experience from Italy.

• Anastasiia (10/5): Great option to stay in Roma - Incredibile nice property manager, fully out-of-people check-in and check-out, cozy apartment with all the necessities (including the kettle!!!)
• Cristina (10/5): Excellent Stay - We really enjoyed our stay! The apartment was very cosy and well-equipped. Both the bed and the sofa bed were very comfortable and we had a good selection of blankets to choose from. The kitchen and bathroom were well-equipped with all the necessities. Our host was also very nice and friendly.
• Anton (10/5): Exceptional - The apartment was spacious and tidy, the location was super, located near a very friendly cafe and other shops. A short walk to the nearby metro stations.
• Noemi (10/5): Exceptional - The owner made a purpose to make us feel more than welcomed. He reached out to check if we need anything! Even received from him tips of amazing restaurants. Cozy apartment, easy contactless check in! In the same building you can find a pizza place and a fruit market, if you want to grab something before starting the day. It close to a bus and metro station. Even though it’s a bit far from the center, It’s the perfect place if after a long day of exploring Rome, you want to relax and enjoy a bit of silence. It’s about 20 min ride to the airport (Ciampino) and that was another plus for us!
