Location is super central where shopping centers and MRT station are like 6 mins walk away. Central from most attractions too. Room comes with seat warmer and bidet which are plus point The toilet configuration is weird, the shower head is located under a slanted structure, and you will hit your head if you are not careful. I got insect bites on my leg on my last night of stay Electricity was out one afternoon, and my dad had to use the stairs as the lift was out. Would be good for the hotel to invest in a backup generator, in my opinion

Hotel allowed me to drop luggage at hotel one day before my check in date (since i heading to south for one day). The hotel is disability available (not sure how i end up with disability access room type and my staying period, hotel quite fully booking cannot change or upgrade). I first indeed felt strange as if i in hospital, but later i think it is quite thoughtful as not seen so much hotel having such type. And i love the idea.....the hotel welcome peoples not only young strong person but old and unstrong physical. N/A
