• Laura (9/5): L'appartement idéal pour votre séjour à Sofia ! - Nous avons adoré l'optimisation de la pièce principale. Ce charmant petit appartement offre tout ce dont vous avez besoin pendant votre séjour, même une machine à laver ! Chaque endroit est véritablement bien pensé. Quelle idée géniale d'ailleurs de pouvoir faire pivoter la TV du salon à la chambre ! La cuisine est très pratique et la vue magnifique depuis le balcon. Denny est d'une gentillesse sans nom et reste à disposition pendant tout le séjour si besoin (manque de papier, réglage de la température, etc.). Autre point positif : l'appartement se trouve à deux pas d'une bouche de métro et du centre-ville ! S'il est possible de laver son linge dans l'appartement, l'étendoir prévu pour le faire sécher n'est malheureusement pas très pratique. Un peu dommage également pour le manque d'isolation (beaucoup de passage - avions, trams), mais cela reste un détail à côté des nombreux points positifs.

Good location close to all the transit, has all the imenitirs that you need, the host was super responsive, informative and helpful, and a very comfortable place to stay. Highly recommend It’s right next to the trams so you can hear it if you’re sensitive to noise, but it didn’t bother us that much.

È davvero piacevole soggiornare in questo appartamento, vicino alle attrazioni principali della città, comodamente raggiungibili a piedi oppure con i mezzi. Personale davvero gentile e disponibile. Letti comodissimi. Direi nulla, forse solo un pò più di accortezza nella pulizia del divano e dei cuscini del divano perché c'erano dei capelli...

• NOEMI (9/5): - È stato come entrare in casa, super accogliente, raccolta e ordinata con tutto il necessario. L’oste è sempre stato presente e veloce nella risposta ai messaggi e super gentile e disponibile. Si vede che ci hanno messo il cuore nella cura dei dettagli e l’hanno pensata proprio come un piccolo angolo caldo in cui rifugiarsi. Grazie mille!

The location is perfect, right in the heart of Sofia, close to everything. I truly enjoyed my stay and will come back.

• Antonina (9/5): Прекрасная уютная студия в центре Софии. - Отличная квартира в центре Софии у ст.м Ополченска. Удобный вход в здание, вместительный лифт, чистый подъезд. Впечатления от квартиры прекрасные, исключительно чисто, и есть много нужных мелочей для приготовления пищи, посуда, кастрюли и сковородки. Очень приятным сюрпризом стал подарок для гостей: сладости и бутылка местного вина, сразу чувство что гостей тут действительно ждут и это очень приятно! Отличная удобная кровать и новое белоснежное постельное белье и полотенца. В ванной есть все средства, чтобы принять душ. Есть даже средство для стирки! Отличный большой TV для просмотра фильмов. Зимой в квартире тепло и хорошая вентиляция. Небольшие и не очень существенные мелочи, но тем не менее: двери душа не закрываются. Весь пол в ванной залит водой, холодно и неудобно. Это самый большой минус. Также не хватает микроволновки. Любую еду надо греть на сковороде или в духовке. И последнее, для тех, кто чутко спит, станут проблемой трамваи очень близко за окном.
• Mihail (10/5): The stay was quite pleasant. - The place is warm, clean and has nice aesthetic! There is good inside lighting and effective solid curtains. The television set is large and of high quality, with lots of movie channels (some in English as well) and an option to rewind. It can be rotated 180 degrees, to face either the couch, the kitchen area or the bed. The coffee machine and the coffee provided are quite good. The bed is fine, with plenty of pillows available. Bathroom is warm and water feels soft. There is a good bakery right across the street with great 'mekichka' =) Zero complaints!
• Polina (9/5): - The studio apartment was very nice and cozy, and everything was perfectly clean. The location is great and convenient for getting around. The kitchen is well-equipped with all the essentials for cooking. The only downside is that the apartment is located next to a tram line, so you can hear the noise from passing trams, especially at certain times of the day. It didn’t ruin the stay, but it’s worth mentioning for light sleepers. One small thing: there was coffee available, but no tea. As someone who doesn’t drink coffee, I would have loved to have some tea provided. Overall, it was a pleasant stay and a comfortable place to spend a few days.

Los tranvias pasan desde muy temprano y se oyen continuamente pero no fue un problema. Que olía a tabaco. Algo horrible pero normal en Sofía porque la gente fuma por todos lados, incluido los restaurantes.

• John (10/5): Very stylish and comfortable apartment in good location - This is a very stylish and well equipped apartment and provided a comfortable short stay in Sofia. We particularly liked the interior design and features such as fast wifi, washing machine and a good coffee machine with coffee provided. Check-in and out was very easy via lockbox, and the apartment was just 3 mins walk from the metro (direct line to the airport). It was also under 10 minutes to the women's market, and to one of the best restaurants in Sofia KOMAT. We liked the location, and really liked the apartment and would definitely recommend it. Tram noise from the street outside was quite loud but silicone earplugs worked well! The bed was comfortable but sagged in the middle a bit.

• Ronald (10/5): Sfeervol schoon appartement op loopafstand van het centrum - Goed verzorgd sfeervol appartement met alles wat je nodig hebt. Rook heerlijk fris bij aankomst. Eigenaar reageerde bij vragen heel erg snel en was behulpzaam. Vanuit het appartement zo in het centrum te voet. Fijn dat we Netflix konden kijken vanaf de televisie, na een lange dag lopen ☺️! Verblijf was te kort ☹️

• Maksim (10/5): Замечательные апартаменты в сердце Софии! - Замечательные апартаменты! Здесь было невероятно чисто, уютно и комфортно. Есть абсолютно все необходимое и даже больше. Видно, что чистоте и порядку здесь уделяется много внимания. Максимально уютный интерьер, чувствуешь себя как дома. Также прекрасное расположение, рядом остановки метро и трамвая, близко к центру. В шаговой доступности разные вкусные кафе и ресторанчики. Возвращаясь в Софию мы снова остановимся здесь! Если есть острая чувствительность к шуму, то возможно будет мешать трамвай, который ездит под окном и самолеты, которые слышно ночью. НО нам это не помешало, скорее создавало атмосферу, это точно не минус. Также, если арендовать машину, то нужно быть готовым к сложностям с особенностями парковки.

Всичко, всичко са промислили и сътворили толкова внимателно, че човек наистина се чувства като вкъщи! От специалната лъжичка за дозиране на качественото кафе до подвижната стъклена стена на душ кабината в банята. Интелигентно професионално организиране на пространството, дружелюбно и удобно обзавеждане до най-малката подробност, безукорна чистота, комфортно легло, уютен ъгъл за почивка, балконски кът за утринното питие ... + шоколадови бонбони за добре дошъл. Шумният трамвай връща преживяването на пространството в епоха, която буди повече умиление, отколкото недоволство. Не зная кои и колко още са наследниците на Ставре Димев Дуков, но моите домакини наистина милеят за качеството на живота в родината майка, която прадядо им е избрал преди 100-на години вероятно, пренасяйки семейството / фамилията в София. Ще се върна на това място :) Няма неща, които не ми харесаха.

• Matthew (10/5): A wonderful long weekend in beautiful apartment - We had a wonderful long weekend here. The property was beautifully presented, clean and spacious. It’s exactly as described if not better. The kitchen had everything you could need, there was a balcony for the warm evenings and the bathroom was spacious and had a great shower. The host provided brilliant instructions on how to access the apartment, keeping the whole thing stress free, and made sure you knew they were available to contact at any point over your stay without you feeling bombarded. We will definitely return to Sofia and when we do, this will be our go to for another wonderful stay! Nothing we didn’t like.

The space is cute, comfortable, and thoughtfully designed, with everything we needed. It was clean and well-equipped, and the instructions for check-in and finding the place were clear and helpful. Communication with the owner was excellent, with quick replies to any questions we had. The welcome chocolate was a lovely touch and made us feel right at home. One thing to note: the apartment's street is right on the tramway track, so you’ll hear it running most of the time, beginning at 5 AM and finishing around midnight—light sleepers might find this a bit disruptive. We had no issue with that. That said, we’d definitely stay again if we come back to Sofia. Highly recommended!

• Niya (10/5): A great apartment to relax in the centre of Sofia - The atmosphere was calming. It was superbly clean and the host made the apartment very welcoming. All facilities were outstanding. It is super close to transport links and places for sightseeing. The only thing was the sound of the passing tram quite late or early in the day.

The very frequent noise from passing trams and barking dogs , most annoying between 6 and 9 am . Lack of plug socket close to mirror for use of hairdryer and straighteners.

• Kayleigh (10/5): Beautiful flat in a great location! - Absolutely gorgeous flat, really comfortable. Lots of attention to detail. Incredibly clean and smelt really clean as soon as we walked in. Coffee machine with actual coffee! And wine and chocolates on arrival! Great location - 20 mins walk maximum to the city centre, 20 mins to the train/bus station, and a tram at the top of the street. Good communication from host. Looks exactly like the photos! Can't recommend it strongly enough - would definitely come back if we re-visit Sofia! Genuinely, nothing! Maybe a soft drink alternative instead of wine but other than that, perfect stay!

• Valentin (10/5): Perfect stay; did not expect what I got for my money - First of all I was impressed how I found the property - extremely clean, neat and tidy. You have everything needed - double bed, wardrobe on one side and a sofa bed and kitchen box on the other. You have all and in the same time the feeling is that all is on its exact place; nothing to be on your way. All is new and working. You have also a small balcony for smoking and drink coffee. All was fine.
