• Gerard (5/5): - Très bel emplacement et appartement de qualité. J'avais envoyé un message à Booking.com leur signalant qu'il est impossible de vérifier/modifier les coordonnées de la carte Visa. Pas de réaction de Booking.com ?. J'ai appelé le numéro de tél mentionné sur la réservation : On est en contact avec une interlocutrice VIRTUELLE, mais c'est du "time consuming" qui n'aboutit pas. Impossible d'être mis en rapport avec une assistance humaine pour remédier à ce blocage de carte de credit. Heureusement, l'établissement Casa Port Grec (Katerina) a bien voulu nous transmettre leur moyen financier de virement bancaire (IBAN) et le virement s'est fait qui a débloqué le problème Booking.com et avoir un bon séjour dans cette réservation.
• Jean-Noel (8/5): Séjour très agréable. - la localisation de la maison, la qualité de la prestation, les trois salles de bain, la terrasse, le confort en général. Pas d'eau chaude le premier matin (il faut penser de brancher le cumulus qui est au garage)

• amelie (10/5): Très belle maison - Maison absolument superbe, spacieuse et très propre ! C'est encore plus beau que sur les photos . Les lits sont très confortable, les chambres et salle de bain spacieuse. Nous étions 4 adultes et 2 enfants et c'était parfait ! Au niveau de la communication avec la dame qui fait les entrées et sortie c'était compliqué. Pas de réponse à nos messages jusqu'à l'heure d'arrivée. Et idem pour le départ. Mais ça n'a pas gâché notre séjour car l'endroit est vraiment superbe.

• Alessia (7/5): Good overall , not cheap, not flexible - Cleaned and comfortable. The kitchen was well furnished but no oil, pepper and salt were present They did not allow us stay a little bit longer (1h more was not accepted)

• Horst (8/5): Prima gelegen und gut ausgestattet. - Das Haus ist funktionell gut eingerichtet. Die Austattung nicht auf dem neusten Stand, aber alles gut gepflegt. Wir sind zu dritt gereist und jeder hatte ein eigenes geräumiges Zimmer. Die Küchenaustattung war sehr gut, genügend Töpfe und Pfannen und sogar scharfe Messer! Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurants waren zu Fuß sehr gut zu erreichen. Wir konnten unsere Mountainbikes leider nicht in einer Garage oder Schuppen unterstellen und mussten diese mit in Haus nehmen. Glücklicherweise war das Wetter gut.
• alain (8/5): Sinon super, près du centre, propreté, accueil téléphonique aussi. - L'emplacement est super car il est près du centre ville. Le bruit extérieur la nuit car il n'y a pas de double vitrage, et pas de volets les simples rideaux épais ne suffisent pas a empêcher la lumière de passée. Sur les 3 chambres il y en avaient que 2 ouvertes, dommage car le jeune couple voulait la chambre sur la vue sur le canal.
• Eileen (9/5): - Die Lage ist top. Parken ist auch super gut. Die Aufteilung des Hauses ist auch gut. Wir waren im Mai im Haus nebenan. Uns hat dieses Haus besser gefallen. Die Klimaanlage ist perfekt. Das Bett aber das empfindet jeder anderes. WLAN geht nur im Erdgeschoss.

• Yu Ju (1/5): Horrible. Find other place. Don't risk your holiday. - This place is way too overpriced. Also we don't understand why we paid almost 300 euro to be treated horribly. We will never come back. The blond cleaning girl were really rude to my friends during the check out. She sat at the table with her horrible attitude when we have previously agreed with her colleague on the phone to wait 10 minutes for packing up. They insisted to charge us an extra hour and refused to start cleaning at this 3 story house. When we tried to reason with them the girl on the phone started to shout to my friends.

Attendo ancora i rimborso della caparra ma confido che arriverà presto. - La posizione vicino ai canali molto suggestivi e non lontana dalla spiaggia. Molto accogliente e accessoriata. Hanno accettato il nostro cane che è di piccola taglia. La rampa del posteggio è molto inclinata e l’auto toccava sotto ma potendo posteggiare sulla strada davanti al garage il problema è meno grave. Il materasso sarebbe forse da cambiare da un lato si sprofondava.
• Maria (8/5): The overall stay was great and so was the house. Just the matresses and televisions. - We loved the house. It is comfortable and has lots of space and light and lovely views. The bed in the main room was not comfortable and the televisions need to be modernised.

• Valeriya (9/5): Superb - Convenient location, very easy to find. There is a parking lot in front of the house. We were met and given the keys. The house has all the necessary utensils, personal hygiene products and towels. The mattresses are not new and not comfortable. On the second floor, the mattress on one side has such springs that my back was very sore the next morning.

However, the house has three floors, the first floor is a living room-kitchen, the second floor is a second living room with a sofa that can be folded out and there will be a bed, plus another bedroom, the third floor is a bedroom. Each floor has its own bathroom. I note that the administrator is not very friendly. And, despite the fact that five guests were announced, everything was prepared for four. The reaction to the remark on this matter and the request to prepare a bed for the fifth guest was very aggressive and arrogant. The terrace facing the canal, which is in the photo, cannot be used, since the room that leads to the terrace is occupied by an oversized load covered with oilcloth and the table and chairs are folded to the side. I was told that if I wanted to use the terrace, I had to bring the table and chairs onto the terrace myself. This also seemed very strange. Upon check-in, you will be blocked in the amount of 200 €, which will be unblocked after you check out and clean the premises, as they explained to me, if, of course, you did not damage anything. However, the administration had to be reminded additionally about this amount and its return. And the amount was returned only on the third day.
