• Laurence (8/5): - Emplacement exceptionnel très bien situé près de la gare du centre historique du port pour prendre la navette pour retourner vers l'aéroport. Le personnel est très réceptif et sympathique. Le petit-déjeuner est très fourni et agréable Le lit individuel n'est pas assez confortable et il y a d'énormes problèmes de toilettes : évacuation difficile et sonorité assourdissante constante le jour et la nuit

• Ursula (8/5): - Apt was perfectly located in centre so easily accessible to shops and restaurants. Despite being on 3rd floor it was quite noisy from street below. Disadvantages of staying in city centre I guess. The men that met us on check in were very helpful and even organised a taxi to the airport for the following morning. Room was clean and comfortable. There were coffee and snacks provided in the communal area. Perfectly lovely stay here.

• Marija (8/5): Great stay! - Amazing location, great and welcoming hosts. Uniquely decorated and very spacious apartment. It can be cleaner. There is a bit of a sewer smell in the toilet, but the building is quite old.

• CONCETTA (10/5): - Gianmarco, the host who helped us with the check in was absolutely wonderful. He contacted me while I was still on the train arriving to Naples. He wanted to know what time we would get there. He gave me suggestions on where to visit in Naples and where to dine in. He was super friendly, knowledgeable and an excellent resource for the place. My husband and I loved him. The place was clean and the bed was comfortable. Snacks, coffe, tea and water were available throughout the day and not only for breakfast! We would definitely go back again!

• Corey (3/5): Not what we expected - The location, price Plumbing noise, hard bed, didn't have extra pillows, the breakfast was packaged foods, weird and eclectic decorations, dark and graffiti entrance on a tiny street, charge for late arrival, broken floor tiles, bathroom door stuck on floor opening and closing, entrance is dark and scary
• Thomas (8/5): We stayed for a week and there is lots to see and do in and around Naples - Its a very large room decorated in an eccentric style, two big windows with balconies overlooking the street but double glazed with huge wooden shutters to keep the noise out. There was a ready supply of fruit, biscuits and coffee in the communal hall. There are two excellent cafes within a few yards of the door and a good supermarket just around the corner. Naples is plagued by graffitti which looked a bit intimidating when we arrived at night but the area is very safe and friendly. Its a 5 or 10 minute walk to most of the shopping, restaurants and sights to see. Hours of fun to be had just watching the cars, mopeds, bikes, scooters and pedestrians dancing around each other in the street below! There is a very useful bus stop directly outside which is also used by coach trip organisers. The metro is 5 minutes away and the nearest finicular railway is 10. Plenty of plates in the kitchen area but could have been some more cutlery

• Mach (5/5): The accommodation is in a great location, if we had got another room or at least the air conditioning worked properly we - Great location and helpfulness of staff The photos did not match the room we were given, the bathroom was outside the room across a long hallway, the air conditioning was not working properly, water was leaking into the room when cooling.

• James (8/5): Great Location, Quirky Decour - Large room with high ceilings and huge open windows. The BnB had fruit and snacks provided as well as breakfast vouchers for a local cafe. The decor of the apartment is quirky and authentic, it felt very homely. Central location that is near to two metro stops and some great tourist walking streets. We enjoyed our stay. The first night the single bed was not fully made - only had a mattress protector. Not sure if this may be our fault as we booked for two and perhaps I should have specified we wanted separate beds. The hosts fixed this the second morning and were very easy to communicate with. Something to bear in mind if you are booking for 2 friends it may be best to specify this.
• Bellerby (10/5): If you love beautiful historical architecture and fantastic location this one is for you. - The apartment is in a lovely historical building with modern additions such as it's charming elevatior. We loved the entry through it's massive medieval doorways, centries old stone pavers and arched ceilings. The location could have not been better for access areas of historical interest. We stayed in the gorgeous loft suite that provided a well equipped kitchen. There is a very good grocery just a few doors down. The esspresso machine in the foyer made fantastic coffee and we loved the quality cakes and fresh fruit provided. A coffee & danish ( you choose) voucher is provided for a lovely cafe daily. We loved everything.

Our bathroom was on the opposite side of the building, fine but slightly uncomfortable as someone tried entering it. It was difficult to find, but it was dark when we arrived, so that can be expected.

• Natalia (5/5): Passable - Location was perfect, very close to the ferries and metro. The building is very old and the elevator didn't work a couple of days. Looks like there are 4 apartments converted in B&B. The shower is very small with no shelves, so everything had to be on the floor. We also had some issues with the toilet and we had to leave sticky notes for the owner. They don't have a reception desk and the only time we saw someone was when we arrived and they collected the payment and when we travel we depend on someone to ask any questions or directions. Good thing they do meet you at the airport, otherwise we would never find it.

There were said that breakfast included the price. Breakfast was capuccino and croissant in the near cafe. That's something we would have liked to know in advance. The noise of traffic was disturbing. Even though we closed the window it felt like it was open.

The location is just perfect, close to the port, the old city, and Toledo street. You also get a voucher for coffee and pastry at the bar next door for breakfast. For travelers (not vacationers), it’s more than ideal, and I would stay here again! There are no signs leading to the property, and when we’re talking about a B&B apartment located on the second floor of an old building - that’s important. Even a small sign on the door, otherwise there’s no chance of finding it. Since there isn’t an actual reception area, you must contact them and let them know when you’re coming or call them when you get there, otherwise you won’t be able to get in.
