• Dustin (10/5): Don, the owner of Polar Bear B&B, is profoundly knowledgeable; a wonderful stay. - Don the owner is incredible. I addition to the B&B being a warm and welcoming respite from the freezing weather, we took 3 polar bear tours with 3 different companies -- his was by far the best. He is so knowledgeable about Churchill, having grown up in the town. He also took us out on a spontaneous night drive to see the northern lights -- without charging us. We felt so cared for by Don and his staff during our first visit to Churchill. We also appreciated having access to coffee and tea every morning ad evening, as well as a fridge to keep groceries.

• Guest (10/5): Everyone was amazing and the house was very clean. - The owner and staff were very kind and went above and beyond. We were trying to see the northern lights and they asked if they would like to be woken up if they were out. We were able to see them right outside of the bed and breakfast but the owner offered to take us outside of the town were there would be less light and we would be fully able to experience them. We also went on a Polar bear tour with them and were able to see a mother and one year old cub.

• Guest (8/5): iF I am back in Churchill, I would re-book this location - Host Don was very helpful and friendly I expected a private bathroom
• Karen (8/5): A super host in a comfortable, homely place only a short walk from town. We'd stay there again. - Whilst this is on the edge of town, Churchill isn't that big, so it was only a short walk to everything we needed. Don, our host, couldn't do enough to help us. He was so friendly and nothing was too much trouble for him, yet he also always gave us space and privacy. The place was immaculately clean and beds comfy. We were there for 8 days, so felt very at home by the end of our stay. Only 3 guest rooms with 2 bathrooms, so a great size.

• Amanda (8/5): 10 out of 10 recommend I stay at the polar bear bed-and-breakfast - The owner was amazing, very accommodating and friendly and helpful. Unfortunately, he did not have a housekeeper so he reimburse us some money for meals and let us use his laundry facilities. He also drove us to the train station at the end of our stay. Communication was excellent. I can’t say anything bad about this place. We knew what we booked. It was a bed-and-breakfast came with all of the amenities that were needed and what wasn’t provided he made sure to compensate for that.

• Lukesilviacombo (10/5): Great place to stay in Churchill and I can highly recommend it! - Don the owner is very welcoming and friendly and made sure my needs were met. The property is warm, comfortable and spacious and the hot shower is nice. It is off the main road and quiet which is great when early morning and evening you have all the large busses going past on the tour for those properties otherwise on the Main Street. This place is still very convenient and only a 5 minute walk from restaurants, museums and shops etc. There is a large entrance room to hang up your outdoors wear and wet clothes etc. it helps a lot after a day out looking for bears! Nothing not to like about saying here!

• Demi (10/5): Thank you for making my stay in Churchill so special! - My stay at Polar Bear B&B was fantastic! Do not be put off by the lack of reviews on Booking.com, Don has been doing this a long time and does a wonderful job at keeping the place incredibly clean. Even though you share a bathroom and kitchen with others, Don keeps on top of it all. Beds were comfy, plenty of towels and blankets, and the place was nice and warm. Don is also very welcoming, kind and generous! And has a lot of fun stories to share, having lived in Churchill on and off for many many years! Couldn’t recommend his place more! Everything was great! Keep in mind that there’s not much in terms of cooking if you’re looking to live on the cheap, just a microwave, kettle and fridge like you would have in a hotel room.
