• Jeroen (8/5): 3 daagjes antwerpen met gezin (2 kinderen) - De locatie is perfect! Verder is appartement lekker ruim. Het is een beetje gehorig. Dus als de buren hard praten hoor je dat. Maar niet veel last van gehad. Was verder best een rustige buurt.
• Jesper (9/5): Exceeded Expectations - The Appartment was exactly like it was advertised. It looked like it looked on the pictures. The Speaker that was under the TV was great use and easy to use with phones and the smart TV was good for us. The kitchen was well equipped and the Rain Shower was a big plus. The value for the price was incredible. The only point of feedback I could give is that there was no cutlery on our arrival. We came up with a solution but truly the only downside I can think of

• Viviane (8/5): A plesant two days in Antwerp. Colorful POP a nice place to come back to after visiting the city. - The apartment was comfortable, warm and colourful. Interesting and fun art work on the walls. Kitchen well-equipped. More info for visitors would be good. Simple instructions for the hob - it took us some time to work out how to get it started (child protection). We never did manage to work out how to work the TV properly - TV instruction booklet too long, a simplified version was needed. Not a particularly nice neighbourhood but not too far from the centre.

• On Ki (4/5): - The staff of Booking.com was very responsive to the issue and property owner understands my situation and agreed with refunding 50% of the costsvof my entire stay. The location was very noisy, although it is close to the downtown. It is a student area which I later found out from the neighborhood. A lot of late night screaming coming from the street. I was having trouble have to good sleep after a 25 hoirs long hual flight. I believe the advertisement should mention the area and if peolle travel a long way may not be suitable. Drunk people was hanging around in the front door, as a solo traveler it was not a safe place. The bed was not made properly, there were no bed sheets. I had to do it myself and tried to locate one in the cupboard. There are no amenities in the bathroom. Also the apartment was full of the smell of smoke. There are no lift in the apartment which it has mentioned in the post, but there were no pripd description about the conditions of the stairs, where travellers carried 3 bags and it was a very steep stairs. I had to get someone for help and if I know how its like prior, I wouldn't book this place. I certainly think private hosts need to cater for someone who are not familiar with the area abd provide more information in the post. It had a huge discrepancy of the reality. The amount of money I had to pay to leave this property for a good sleep, was AUD 2000, for 3 nights and problems with sleep. It was a nightmare and not worth it. But I has to go.
• Gabriele (9/5): Empfehlenswert und jederzeit gerne wieder - Sie lag super zentral und hatte alles da, was man braucht. Bahnhof und Innenstadt waren fußläufig gut zu erreichen. Auf Nachfragen hat der Vermieter immer schnell geantwortet. Da fällt mir zum Glück nichts ein
• Chris (5/5): Overpriced but the location was great - Location very handy- There is a Carrefour supermarket very close which made it better. The apartment was moderately clean and presentable Listing should emphasize that visitors must pay additional above listing price to cover bed linen if required, also extra for removal of rubbish. Kitchen clean but very limited in saucepans- only very large size… The toilet would benefit from a hand-wash basin : With no window in the toilet, an extractor fan would also be a welcome addition as smells go direct to the kitchen area- GROSS!. Toilet seat was loose. The ‘Information Folder’ includes little that would be useful, just instructions how to buy the dubious ‘art work’ scattered through the place. The stove top definitely needs instructions. The nature of the 'art work' is a statement which may not be suitable for families. Very strange to be 'required' to fill out a survey prior to departure.
