- Daria (9/5): - В апартаментах есть все удобства, отличный вид с балкона, отличное расположение - минут 10 спокойным шагом до башен) удобная большая кровать, чистое постельное белье. Хорошая кухня, можно готовить самому. В квартире запах плесени и сырости, особенно в душевой комнате. на полках много пыли с первого дня. Не сразу разобрались с горячей водой, только на третий день мужчина объяснил как её включить. (Там все просто, но нам оказалось в новинку). А еще динамик телевизора очень хрипел, сложно было что-то смотреть/слушать. На сайте указано, что оплату принимают разными видами карт, но по факту только наличными, нам пришлось срочно менять валюту…
- احمد (9/5): ليس اجمل فندق ولكنه جدا مريح ورائع فيه كل الخدمات - اعجبني الموقع والمرافق وسوبر ماركت ومحلات واما الكفي فكانت اسعارة غاليه كما اعجبتني الشعور بالراحة والهدوء والجمال شكرا لكم جميعا تحياتي ولم يعجبني رفع سعر الايجار وقت المناسبات والاجازات بالرغم من وجودنا اصلا في الفندق فتم اخبارنا برفع السعر واضطررنا الى الخروج الى مكان اقل سعرا ثم العودة مرة اخرى بعد الكريسمس

- Habeeb (8/5): - nice location and clean apartment, I recommended this apartment for short travel The bed was old and uneven, causing discomfort while sleeping. The towels in the bathroom were not clean. The lights inside the bathroom not enough.
- 安永 (1/5): Unpleasant - Location is not bad. There’s convenience store at ground floor so it’s comfy. Host is not a reliable person. He suddenly tried to cancel my booking the day I’m check in. He said he wants to raise the price more. That’s nonsense and very irresponsible behavior. I called booking.com customer centre and they solved this troublesome issues. I’m not going to book this place again.
- mohamed aghiles (8/5): magnifique - Emplacement très stratégique : seulement 12 minutes à pied des tours Petronas et 20 minutes de Bukit Bintang. Un KK Store est également disponible au sein de l’hôtel. Belle vue, avec l’adhan de la mosquée juste en face. Il y avait une odeur désagréable dans la chambre durant le séjour, qui persistait malgré l’aération, mais à laquelle nous avons fini par nous habituer. Les meubles dégageaient également une légère odeur et semblaient un peu usés. Cela ne nous a toutefois pas vraiment dérangés, puisque nous n’y restions que pour dormir la nuit.

- Nurfariha (5/5): - all places is nearby.. and also they have shops and cafe at the lobby, easy for us to buy all essential items.. pool and gym is nice.. but the gym had no aircond.. room have uneasy odour.. the bed pillow is not clean and hard .. and we had to remove all the bedsheet and put our own sheet.. facilities is good.. line there was a bit hard to connect but luckily we had wifi in the room.. overall stay was good..

- Evgeny (3/5): Avoid this hellhole - The place is not managed up to standards. 1. I had to change between 2 rooms during my 2 night stay. (Host told me to.) 2. Very dirty filthy apartments. 3. Host is doing the bare minimum of customer service. I always had to ask for stuff to be done. (Such as getting WiFi password and fixing the issue with my access card not allowing me to enter the lift area.) 4. Furniture and room amenities not up to standard.

The bed was kinda uncomfortable im not sure if it’s just on our room but yeah and also the security was knocking on the door in the middle of the night to check whether the car parked outside was ours even though i clearly told them it was not mine when i went down a while before that . i don’t think this is an issue with the suite managers but yeah
