• Mary (7/5): Overall nice place to stay. - The apartment had everything stated. It was smaller in the bedroom than the pictures showed. Had trouble with the door, which Tom tried to fix, and managed for the duration. The patio door had no handle and my husband had to man-handle when we wanted it open, Bed was great, and patio was sunny and nice.
• Madalina, Bu (10/5): Very clean and comfortable apartment, 3 mins away from the ocean - Comfortable apartment, spacious and well equipped for a family of 4 people. It's a 3 min walk away from the ocean, 10 mins walk from mini-market and 10 mins drive from Lidl. Many good restaurants in the area. Costa de Adeje is a 20 mins drive away and it has plenty of activities and beaches to enjoy with your family. We recommend buying tickets to the Medieval Castel of San Miguel show, which is only 15 mins drive away and is amazing! We were very happy with the apartment and it's location, the South of Tenerife is the best place to stay when visiting the island. Make sure to rent a car to get around easily, it's super worth the money.

• Francesco (7/5): Appartamento carino in una posizione un po' infelice - La struttura dispone di ottimi servizi per una lunga vacanza: ha un'ottima lavatrice, un'altrettanto ottima lavastoglie, una grande TV, piano induzione e forno a microonde efficienti. L'host è stato molto chiaro nel fornire le indicazioni per il check-in e il check-out. L'assenza di un climatizzatore rende la casa inaccogliente, poiché l'esposizione a sud fa accumulare all'interno una grande quantità di calore. Durante la nostra permanenza, risultava inoltre impossibile aprire la finestra della camera da letto perché non esisteva un metodo per fissarne l'apertura. Abbiamo dovuto tenerla su improvvisando un'impalcatura fatta da un piccolo tavolino e un ombrellone da spiaggia, architettura resa ancora più difficile dal fatto che la finestra era fissata soltanto in uno dei 3 perni che le permettevano di ruotare. Altro aspetto negativo è la posizione: la zona non offre quasi nulla, se non un piccolo supermarket e uno o due ristoranti. Non c'è un centro, non c'è la spiaggia, non c'è praticamente nulla. Sconsiglio fortemente di alloggiare qui senza un mezzo di trasporto.
• sophie (9/5): Au top ! - Un appartement très bien équipé dans un quartier calme. Tom envoie un message avant d’arriver pour donner toutes les instructions et pareil pour le départ. Il s’est montré disponible par what’s app lorsque nous avions des questions. L’appartement dispose d’une machine à laver, d’une terrasse, d’un lave vaisselle, d’un barbecue. Les serviettes pour la piscine sont également fournies. Rien à dire, c’était top !
• Olena (9/5): - Квартира в целом нормальная, с хорошим расположением — тихий и спокойный район, при этом недалеко от побережья, где удобно бегать по утрам. Большой плюс — наличие парковки. Хотя свободное место было не всегда, нам удавалось находить решение. Кухня хорошо оборудована: есть вся необходимая техника и посуда, можно спокойно готовить. Кровать и диван удобные, отдых был комфортным. Но больше всего нам понравилась терраса — просторная и уютная, там мы проводили много времени, особенно по утрам за завтраком. А ещё к нам пару раз заглядывал симпатичный кот по имени Симба — очевидно, местный «житель». Очень дружелюбный и ласковый. Из минусов хочется отметить несколько моментов. При заселении квартира была не совсем чистой — на полу чувствовался мусор, что немного испортило первое впечатление. Также в апартаментах не было утюга. Это не критично, но всё же такая вещь обычно бывает в подобных объектах — при необходимости, конечно, можно купить недорогой утюг в магазине, но хотелось бы, чтобы он был на месте. Напор воды в душе был довольно слабым, и из-за этого мыть длинные волосы оказалось настоящим испытанием. И ещё: полотенца уже изношены, их явно пора заменить. В остальном всё было хорошо, и эти замечания — скорее советы для улучшения сервиса.
• Jakub (10/5): Excellent - Everything is well maintained , the apartment was clean and kitchen well equipped the apartment looks like in pictures it’s lovely , beach is very close , restaurants walking distance , street parking available we were there in September there was good few cars but always found a space no problem the pool is great very close and it’s private there was always sun lounge’s available and not many people it closes at 8pm overall great stay Everything was great very minor things would be more bin bags , and the bed there was two singles mattresses joined together and they we’re separating it wasn't much of a hassle but maybe something to look into for future
• Kiril (9/5): Overall great experience, we had a great time - The place was really clean, bathroom was great, there’s a coffee machine, the patio was nice - we spent a lot of time outside. The bed is one of the comfiest I have ever slept in, we got some really quality sleep - plus there was a ceiling fan in the bedroom for the hot nights. The host is amazing, gave us all the info and included recommendations of restaurants around in walking distance. Great experience. The pool is shared by quite a bit of houses, and it would be cold and randomly locked at times. Due to road work it was also pretty slow to get to the nearest Lidl or to places like Los Cristianos, but this is just temporary.

Apartment - We loved the property's spacious and well-appointed rooms, the lovely terrace, fully equipped kitchen and its convenient proximity to local attractions. • Lukáš (10/5): Exceptional - Great appartment with 1 bathroom1 and 1 big terrace, whole appartment very well equipped.The apartment has everything you need, including a bed for small child, lots of internal and external space, pool area was amazing.The location is restfull and quiet. Perfect for golfers looking for a peaceful break. Close to the Tenerife South airport, all necessary shops and nice restaurants are in walking distance. Close to the ocean. The appartment was clean ,everything we needed was there and even more. Very friendly and helpful staff. Everything was perfect. I would definitely stay there again.
• Andrej (10/5): Exceptional - The apartment is well equipped and it has everything we needed. The coast line is very nearby, ideal for morning run/walk. The apartment is located in a central area, making it quite easy to take trips either to North or South of the island. As visible on the map, the apartment is located close to the airport and someone might be sensitive about the noise. However, in the evenings, it has always calmed down. No issue with sleep.

Bars/restaurants within a 5-15 minute walk, supermarket 1 min walk. Perfect break in the sun No where to store bags if not flying until the evening
