• Doris (9/5): - Die Lage war super, die Altstadt ist zu Fuß gut zu erreichen. 2 Minuten entfernt befindet sich ein Parkhaus. Die Gegend war ruhig. Die Wohnung entspricht den Bildern, die Dachterrasse war sehr groß mit Tisch/Stühlen und Loungemöbel. Wir waren sehr zufrieden.

• carol (8/5): Great for a short city stay near the centre of Malaga. - This apartment was what we expected and was absolutely fine for our stay. It is a short walk from the train station and the historic centre which suited us. The roof top terrace was an added bonus and nice to sit out on in the evening. The apartment had all we needed for our short stay so we are very happy. This is in a mixed residential area in a inner city location so there is going to be noise so this was well within our expectations so not a problem for us. Our experience of the wifi was variable and may have been because of our devices because some worked better than others and my phone not at all! but may have been my fault (?)

• Neicu (7/5): Terasa superbă ! - Apartamentul a fost foarte modern! Veselă ,paharele necesită îmbunătățite /schimbate Lenjeria îngrozitoare.Intr -o locație foarte frumoasă și modernă lipsea filtru de cafea !
• Michaela (4/5): - Ubytování má několik pozitiv, zejména skvělou polohu – je to jen kousek od centra, vlakového nádraží i nákupních možností. Velkým plusem je také prostorná střešní terasa, která nabízí příjemné místo k odpočinku. Bohužel pobyt měl i řadu nedostatků. Po celou dobu netekla v kuchyni teplá voda a ani po komunikaci s pronajímateli nedošlo k nápravě. V bytě bylo také hodně komárů – samozřejmě to není vina pronajímatele, ale určitě by pomohlo, kdyby byl apartmán vybaven alespoň repelentem do zásuvky. Dalším problémem byl protékající záchod, který se ozýval téměř po každém spláchnutí. V kuchyni byly velmi tupé nože, což ztěžovalo jakékoli vaření. Stěny byly špinavé a určitě by si zasloužily nové vymalování. V koupelně byly na stropě vlhké, olupující se fleky, což působilo zanedbaně. Matrace byla měkká – někomu to může vyhovovat, ale pro mě to nebylo ideální. Celkově má ubytování potenciál díky poloze a terase, ale vyžaduje zásadní údržbu a zlepšení vybavení, aby odpovídalo očekávání hostů.

• franca (7/5): Decisamente da migliorare - L'alloggio ha spazi sufficienti per 4 persone ed il valore aggiunto è la terrazza. La pulizia. Consiglio all'host di verificare meglio il lavoro delle persone che si occupano di pulire la casa. Ho dovuto richiedere nuove lenzuola perché erano macchiate. Mi sono state prontamente consegnate e ringrazio per questo. La spiegazione è che le lenzuola erano state lavate, ma purtroppo alcune macchie non vanno via... Lo capisco, ma sarebbe buona norma non fornirle più in quel caso. Ma la cosa peggiore è stata spostare il divano letto e trovarci sotto grossi batuffoli di polvere e addirittura un paio di calzini.

• MUDr. Petra (10/5): - Apartman sa nachadza blizko centra, lokalita skvela, aj letisko na dosah ci uz C1 Vlakom alebo taxi. Izba dole dostacujuca aj velkost postele, kuchyna vybavena. Terasa presne ako na obrazkoch , na jar v lete idealne na vecerne oddychovacky. V kuchyni netiekla tepla voda a v kupelni neodtekalo umyvadlo. Hladali sme v okoli kontajnery, kam by sme mohli vyhodit smeti .
• Kaleigh (8/5): Buena ubicación, todas las comodidades necesarias - Tenía de todo para sentir en casa, lo único que diría por añadir es quizás un café/té -agua de bienvenida , que dependiendo de la hora que llegues… está difícil comprar. A pesar de estar muy bien ubicado para llegar al centro, la zona en sí varía de una calle a otra…. Delante teníamos lo que parecía un vertedero de basura

В наявності фен та праска. Вид з вікна на фонтан) Мені не вистачило на кухні банально солі та цукру. Можна залишити для своїх гостей декілька приправ та пару ложок кави.

• Rosa (8/5): Fue una estancia en general agradable, teníamos algunos puntos de interés cerca. El espacio es amplio, cómodo y bien equ - Cocina bien equipada, nueva y amplia. Calefacción en todos los espacios. Bonita vista desde la terraza aunque no la usamos porque llovía o hacía frío La limpieza no estaba óptima, había algo de polvo y cabellos, en los rincones y detrás de puertas. La mampara de la ducha le falta mantenimiento ya que se salía un poco el agua

• Kieran (4/5): Lots of noise from the street at night and early morning - Nice flat, a good size, lovely roof terrace, responsive host. Plenty of utensils like kettle, plates, cutlery, mugs etc. If it had not been for the noise I'd have rated it 9 out of 10. Noise levels. The balcony door is an old wooden door and there is a street and road just outside. The noise comes through all night, every time a car passes the drain cover is loose and makes a noise. Neighbours shouting at 2.30am(!) One morning street cleaners pressure washing outside at 8am, this went on for a few hours. I stayed 3 nights and didn't have a good night's sleep once. There is also no duvet in the bedroom, just a thin sheet.

• Jakub (8/5): Nice stay, great terrace - The apartment was very good in general, possibly it could have some minor refreshing. The terrace was great We had two rainy evenings during our stay and the roof in the bathroom was leaking.
• Ancuta (10/5): Ideal pentru o vacanta - Apartamentul e curat, are tot ce ii trebuie pentru un sejur placut, e la 5 minute efectiv de centru, zona linistita, supermarketuri aproape, cafenele, restaurante, terasa e superba, spatios pentru o familie. Recomand! Lipsa.plaselor de tantari, umezeala din aer a orasului face ca insectele sa fie prezente, dar se poate rezolva cu aparate, nu e chiar o mare problema.

• Matthew (8/5): Perfect location, comfortable and clean apartment which catered for our needs during our short stay. - The location is superb. The bed was very comfortable and the bathroom facilities were all that we needed. So no complaints. The views from outside the building were a bit dodgy, but didnt affect our stay at all and after all we were staying in the centre of Malaga which is a very busy city.
• Jana Kollárová (10/5): Priestranný byt s úžasnou terasou... - Veľmi príjemný, priestranný a čistý apartmán. Bezproblémová komunikácia, výborná poloha blízko centra aj vlakovej stanice. Úžasná terasa na raňajky alebo večerné posedenie. Určite sa ešte vrátime...

• Zubiria (7/5): Agradable - Está muy cerca del centro de la ciudad. Tiene una terraza muy espaciosa y agradable. El piso es bonito. Había una plaga de hormigas, sobre todo en la zona del baño, que trepaban por todas partes y aparecían en cualquier lado. Los accesorios de la zona chill de la terraza estaban sucios y rotos.

• Sanz (5/5): Atención mala del casero pero apartamento chulo - El apartamento era bonito y la azotea muy chula. Las camas cómodas y buena ubicación A la llegada, no estaban las llaves, se llamó al casero 8 veces y no se dio respuesta. Tampoco se preguntó más tarde qué ocurría. Nos tuvo que recibir la encargada de la limpieza. Además había muchas hormigas en el baño

• Syr (7/5): Great location and clean. Pretty basic and impersonal - Property very clean and brilliant location. 5-10min walk away from town centre, and many malls/supermarkets around too. Balcony was great too. It smelled strong to bleach. Eyes of the whole group went sore on arrival due this and had to leave windows open for several hours to clear it. Absolutely nothing in the kitchen, not even salt (it didn't offer it, but this would have been nice to have basics to be able to cook). Utilities slightly poor. No hot water in the kitchen. Broken stove (corner of it, although it worked) and kettle not working neither. Stairs tight (would struggle carrying 2 floors up with big suitcases, we didn't as we travelled light, but i'd thought i mention it). Parking would also be an issue
• Daniel (8/5): Very good - Apartment near to the city center and 10 min. to Malaga centro train station. Nice,clear apartment with large terrace. In january was cold at the night. There is no heating.
• Paulina (10/5): Exceptional - very nice location, a lot of shops near apartment, beautiful terrace ☺️
• Doina (8/5): Very good - It was a lovely location, all clean, there's a supermarket nearby and the city center at walking distance. Lots of space, with a well equiped kitchen. Just minor things, like the claustrophobic climb to the apartment, but it wasn't that big of a deal.
