- Agustina (7/5): Bien, pero mejorable - El jardín de la propiedad, la ubicación y la cantidad de metros del duplex El baño de abajo tiene la cañería bastante obstruida. El tacho de basura está roto y hay que levantar la tapa con la mano, no nos dejaron jabón para manos en ninguno de los baños, tampoco tenian repasadores en la cocina y habia muy poquitos utensillos para cocinar y los que había estaban viejos o en muy mal estado. La planta de abajo tiene poca luz solar porque el techo y paredes del garage tapan todo. Es una propiedad con mucho potencial, pero le falta un poco de atención en detalles al dueño.
