• Bogdan (5/5): Wrong comunication and bad services - Apartmen itself was not that bad but we didnt book that apartment! everything was wrong! service and communication were terribly bad. exclusively via WA messages. where is the beginning of the problem: the problem is that everyone thinks that you have to know every little detail of their job, and if that's not the case, then you have a huge problem. the main thing is that we reserved an apartment called Maldives. there were pictures of more apartments in the boking, but we couldn't know that there are 3 different complexes Malidivas, Maldivas 2 and Maldivas 3. The apartment we booked has a different address on Boking than the one where we were accommodated. it is not a big difference in the position but in the contents. a long WA message arrives with instructions to the original address, even in that video they tell you the number of your parking space and then you are not in that garage... the girl who communicates is absolutely not interested in her work and does it without any insight into what she does! So, you need to wright adress on maps becouse no link, pins etc with adresss in that mesage and when you arive on adress you can recognize the spot from video guide but you cant go in becouse you didnt realise that adress is wrong. If you call them, she will said no calls here. You have phone number in that mesage bu without first numbers for Spain, so they think you need to know that also. That number is not on WA so, long roming calls. Air condition dindt work when we arrive (btw only one AC and two old and loud fans exist) she sad that is machine, machin can ve broke. Will send somoene tomorrow, after my presure the guy cam in one hour and fix, but AC can work only on maximum speed so again, very loud. Two of four wooden chairs was broken, we ask for secocnd key but we never recive them. They promise that will be sent next day but nothing I remind them after few days but no answers and on the end, on last day, I wrote again she said "my bad"
