• Gillian (10/5): Spacious and comfortable north London apartment for visiting the city - Splendid historic building in north London. Spacious ground floor apartment with everything needs to be self sufficient for a couple of nights. Instant hot water, heating very responsive and a very comfortable bed. Others have mentioned the hand held shower but this presented no issues for us. Plenty of tea and coffee with long life milk. It’s a little way to either of the closest tube stations but a pleasant walk. There are buses from just down the road. If being self sufficient, planning shopping on the way home makes sense- we used Finchley Road grocery stores. Kasia and her husband were very good ambassadors for the property.

Kudos to the owner and care takers and I would definitely plan to stay here again! - Very clean, well lit, good privacy, all facilities workings well. Items in house - beddings, utensils, furniture were of high quality. Host has great 👌taste and we were impressed. House was warm and well heated during our stay, and any issues or queries were addressed kindly and promptly. Well stocked with toiletries and basic beverages too! Host was very hospitable. Just the living room area which may need a bit of touch up. TV didn’t seem to have YouTube play options.

• Annette (7/5): Flat safe, nice and clean, stay was good because we only stayed 2 nights and happy to eat out - The flat was in a gated community which was great. Also, the flat was nicely furnished and very clean (bar the oven - see below). The housekeeper/owner was very easy to get hold of to address any issues The toaster didn't work. The oven smoked when turned on so could not be used. The TV was very old and had lines going through it so will shortly be on its way out and we could only access TV channels no catchup or netflix etc. The bath leaked so we could only shower and the shower holder was low so you had to hold the shower to wash.

• Lauren (8/5): Good location and suited our needs - Decent but basic apartment and location was good (we went to Wembley) - it felt really secure and had a parking space, which was a bonus. We were allowed to check in an hour early too, which helped us out! It suited our needs fine for 1 night. Just little things - the window blinds have big gaps and as a result it felt like we didn't have much privacy from neighbouring propertirs or passers by and it got light very early, with no way to sleep for longer. There were no towels provided (other than 1 small hand towel), so I couldn't have a shower and it was a hand held shower, not fixed to the wall. Not necessarily a problem, but some teabags/coffee/milk sachets can be appreciated and are often found in most other properties and would be a nice touch.

• Marija (9/5): Great stay - The housekeeper was extremely friendly and accommodating and was flexible with our check in time when we had to change it. The flat was very clean, towels provided. The shower was uncomfortable (one needs to hold the shower head as there is no handle to put it high enough). The bedroom was missing some blackout curtains, the curtains available did not block the light coming into the room at 5am.

• Corrine (10/5): 100% recommend. - The staff was absolutely amazing, extremely accommodating, understanding and responsive. Made our stay all that more perfect. The home in itself was exceptionally clean, spacious really did feel like a home from home. It's placed in a gated community leaving you feeling safe throughout your stay. There is very minimal noise is the surrounding area leaving feeling at peace. NA
• Kezia (10/5): Such a wonderful place! - Is everything else described - still can’t believe it’s was in London. I definitely I’m considering booking again because it was just exactly what we needed. Quite spacious for a one bed really nice kitchen water that you need for cooking I was able to cook without any issues throughout my stay. Towels provided the place was spotless before we arrived. It’s such a beautiful place to stay and fully equipped with all the amenities. Kasia with a very kind and welcoming was able to help with any request. You’re gonna need a car! Which was fine for us a Lidl was four minute drive away, but this property might be difficult for those who don’t drive. I found the heating wasn’t very strong.

Shower could have been better, as set up for person not fully able physically, but I am, just needed a fixed head as well as trailing shower head.

• Antonio (10/5): Exceptional - The location is situated in a superb, solid and well-preserved building from the beginning of the 20th century. Being spacious, very clean, quiet, comfortable, well heated and the fact that it is equipped with everything it needs, made us feel like home! Mrs. Kasia and her husband, two nice people who take care of the location, were pleasant to help us when we needed ! This experience was beyond our expectations! Thank you for everything! When we come back in London, we hope to find this wonderful location available!

The building has a very interesting path and the flat is lovely and well furnished. The lady that met us to check in was lovely and very friendly. Easy walk to Wembley stadium. The place is so quiet it’s hard to believe it’s London! We really enjoyed our stay The winter duvet was a bit heavy for summer and the bed a little soft, but that’s personal preference.

Hidden Towels: Towels are hidden in drawers, making it less convenient for guests to find them. 6. Lack of Check-in Guidebook: A proper check-in guidebook or tour is needed to help guests navigate the apartment and its amenities. 7. Random Leftover Items: A couple of random toothbrushes were left behind, indicating a lack of thorough checking before new guests arrive. 8. • Sarah (9/5): Superb - Great value for such a close location to Wembley which was just a 15 minute taxi ride away. Accommodation itself was spotless, spacious and comfortable. The housekeeper we had to contact on arrival for the keys was very welcoming and helpful.
• Susan (9/5): Stunning property, great apartment would stay again - great property with interesting heritage being part of the post office research centre. very close to Gladstone Park which also has a lot of heritage and contains a lovely little cafe. The apartment was spacious with everything you need. Lovely bathroom and kitchen. The bed was very comfortable and huge wardrobe with lots of coat hangers. exceptionally clean apartment. Kasia, housekeeper was only a phone call away and very helpful thank you. In a gated community so felt very safe. The only thing that could have made the stay better was the shower which was just a handheld one. Apart from the park and cafe it appeared to be 20 minutes walk to any restaurants and a couple of bars but we got an uber for £7. We could not walk as friend is disabled.

Absolutely beautiful and clean and has everything you could ever need and a bag of chips. The only note I would make is that the tv doesn't work well. However the quality of the flat is so great, it is impossible to mark it down based on this.

• Suzanne (10/5): Exceptional - A lovely, spacious flat - really comfortable, super clean and with just about everything we could need for our short stay. The kitchen was well equipped and little details such as tea/coffee/sugar/milk were all available, which makes a huge difference when you arrive late and the shops are closed. Rui and Kasia were very helpful - explaining how everything worked for entering and exiting the building and car park area, and available for if we needed anything during our stay. Communication with the hosts was exceptional - we were kept well informed throughout. A great stay and we will definitely come back again! The only downside from our perspective was the distance to get to the nearest tube as there's no guaranteed parking at these stations.

• Paulina (10/5): Good value for the price paid - Comfortable and cozy appartment with all essentials provided. Everything was spotlessly clean. A little information booklet would be useful, wifi details, check out process, fobs for gates, etc. Bath/shower facilities are a bit odd. The hatch/door in the bath prevents from taking a bath, and the shower head/hose is fitted too low to take a shower. There are way too many keys given, so it takes time to find the one you need.

• Emīlija (9/5): Nice apartment with all the essentials in a quiet area. - We liked the area and the building where this flat is located, felt safe (except the big park without proper lighting in the evening). The flat was clean and equipped with all the essentials. It took approximately 20-25 minutes on the foot till grocery shop or underground (not very close, but a good distance for a walk). The neighbour (who let us in/out and helped with some stuff) was super friendly un nice, we really appreciate that :) It was nice to meet the neighbour, but check in and out was a bit complicated - there was no locker box, the neighbour gave/took the keys. Also there could be additional blanket so both guests would feel comfortable. It was a bit cold from the window in the bedroom. And it would be great if there were ventilation in the bathroom.
