• Bianca (5/5): Ok for a short stay - if you are only sleeping there. No long stay parking close by, ended up with a ticket. - It was spacious Long wait to get in, incorrect codes when trying to get keys, delayed by 3 hours. Dirty marks & stains. Could do with a paint refresh.

• Robert (7/5): Generally a good stay but a few items need attention - The size of the property was great and its location very good! There was no pans to cook with, mould in both bathrooms was not a good look. Upon our 3.30pm arrival the cleaner was still cleaning and continued for another’s 30mins. For some reason one of the bedrooms had a ceiling extractor which came on anytime the main bathroom light was turned on, it was annoying during sleep time at night!

Appartement tres spacieux, propre 1 sdb avec wc et une sde avec wc dans a chambre. Machine/seche linge pratique. Belle cuisine equipee avec frigo et congelateur, ideal pour plusieurs jours. Super contente de mon sejour pendant ma semaine de Noël. Meme.le canapé lit etait bien! 5 nuits dessus pas de soucis Nous etions 6, 5 chaises dans le sejour mais avec celle du balcon nous avons pu avoir la 6eme.
• John (8/5): Enjoyable stay, despite experiencing a few functional issues which unfortunately was only met with lip services. - Good location for our purpose. Apartment was spacious, modern , clean and comfortable. Apartment was very cold on arrival, took several hours to warm through. Other issues included unable to connect to Wifi for the duration of the stay, unable to use cooker hob , no instructions available. Tv not working, possibly due to no wifi. Issues reported to the host , but no action taken despite agreeing to send someone out.

• Telecraft (1/5): no value for money - The room sizes were good and rooms were clean The keys to be collected 15 minutes walk and even dropped 15 minutes walk. Booking.com confirms parking is available at cost of 11 pounds per stay but the host plainly refused. Grocery is also 15 minutes away. There is almost no response from host when you message. it takes them 4 hrs to reply even in business hours. they were very rude whenever we called

The apartment is a modern one with big windows and specious bedrooms and living room. The kitchen has all the needed appliances. It’s located near bus and metro stations with a lot of shops and good restaurants nearby. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Nothing

• Manu (6/5): Could have been better - location was convenient walk to the tube, there were groceries nearby. they should have been more prepared for the check in process, we were told our credit card dint get thru while we were already boarding the plane and it was very inconvenient to be making payment thru a link while we were on a 16hrs journey.. we had a tough time getting the keys especialy after a long haul flight, there was no proper instructions on how to operate the door/stove etc. There was no reception at the door we had to go out of the building to call and since it was Christmas/New year week , we did not get any replies and calls were not answered .

Great location as our daughter was just around the corner. Would definitely stay again. Check in… a nightmare. Key wasn’t at pick up location at 3pm and the code they gave didn’t work . Apartment wasn’t ready until after 5pm Difficult to contact anyone. Thank goodness for the kind guy in the shop who was trying yo help.

• Neta (8/5): Great location and spacious flat - Great location in a nice neighborhood and close to public transportation. Very spacious apartment, Almost everything was either new or in a really good condition. Guest service is available only up to 18:00, after that its only for an emergency. We got to the place late from the airport and found out there was no baby crib and chair like we ordered. Luckily they brought it the day after. The dishwasher wasn’t working but we didn’t want someone to come in and fix it while we were out.

• Haidar (8/5): recommended as it is close to Kensington high street and nice neighbourhood - newly refurbished flat, quiet area community and comfortable. there was a good amount of cleaning items left and extra towels and all was working very well the pick up for the keys was way too far which i personally believe not logic
• Emma (10/5): Chic apartment Chic service - I had the pleasure of staying at this luxury serviced apartment just off Portobello Road in Notting Hill, managed by Urban Chic, and it was truly exceptional. The location couldn't have been better, with easy access to the vibrant Portobello Market and all the neighbourhood has to offer. The apartment itself was incredibly spacious, providing a comfortable and stylish retreat. What truly set this experience apart was the fantastic service provided by Urban Chic. Their attention to detail and commitment to making my stay enjoyable was unparalleled. I highly recommend this property for a memorable and luxurious stay in Notting Hill.

• David (8/5): A nice apartment in a great location. - Smart, modern well located apartment. There were fans in the unit which was good as the windows could not be left open overnight and be private. Some maintenance issues were identified on arrival but the host responded promptly. There could be better instructions on how the lighting, cooling etc are operated.

• Chloe (8/5): Very good - Location - very bear Portobello Road. Loads of cafes and shops around. Decent distance from the nearest tube station but not ideal for people who are not used to walking. Also, there was a playground just across the apartment which was very ideal for families with kids. We had an apartment located on the 5th floor and watching the sunset from the property was a nice addition to the stay. Cleanliness - very well maintained apartment and very clean. Space and facilities - It was spacious and kitchen was complete with basic tools needed for cooking. Although, would've been helpful if there were condiments available in the pantry for basoc cooking. Plenty of towels for use and bathroom was very spacious. There was also an en suite in one of the bigger rooms. Beds and pillows were comfy and the bedrooms were roomy as well. Cots are available upon request. Key collection on weekends. No one was available to meet us at the door of the apartment itself but we had to collect the key from a hotel near Paddington Station. It's a good thing we were coming from that station. Although, still not ideal for us because we had 2 very small kids and visitors who were not used to walking. So this scenario was a bit difficult for us and took a lot of precious holiday time away from us. Would have rated this 10/10 if not because of this issue.
• Andrew (5/5): Disappointing & overpriced - The apartment location was excellent for Portobello Road. Apartment was different to the photos on booking.com. Apartment was hot and stuffy and the window blinds were ineffective and did not keep out the sun. If you check in after 5pm you have to travel to a different location across London to collect the keys - something which is not advertised by the management company.

Felt very safe and had great bakery, Italian and corner shop few yards - Everything you need for a break away was provided, for example toilet roll, kitchen roll, cleaning products etc. Lovely quiet location with great facilities. Unfortunately some damage had been done by previous guests, like marks on the paint and damage to the coffee table.

• Parisa (10/5): perfect flat - the apartment was bright and clean and roomy. you could find everything needed. the location was very good close to metro and restaurant and grocery stores. check in was easy.
• Elvira (3/5): Very bad service, I had to spend a lot of my vacation time solving problems through my mobile, awful - The check was an absolute inconsideration with us an older couple. When we were at the airport to leave for London, they told us that we had to go to an address in London to pick up the keys, loaded with suitcases, then there was no taxi to go to the rented apartment, it was far away, (we called 3 companies), they didn't even ask what station or how we got to London or if we needed any help. We spent a lot of money since our plan was different and everything was reserved... For the price of more than 2000 euros for 5 nights, the treatment we have received is incredible. The induction hob did not work, then they solved it by bringing a new pan, by the way, they entered the apartment without warning, when a person rents a house they have the right to privacy or at least to information. In addition, a man came to check the heating and we did not know anything, it was a very uncomfortable situation for everyone. The information policy of the company is unacceptable.

• Jeanette (9/5): Waiting for Coldplay - The apartment was very clean and had everything that we needed during our stay. It was in a quiet area and close to Portobello Road that was very interesting. We loved sitting on the balcony with a cup of tea and watching the dogs playing in the dog park - made me feel less sad leaving my dog. It would be helpful if there was instructions on how to use the appliances.
• Yinsan (8/5): Lovely stay - I like that the accommodation was clean, tidy and had everything we needed. Location was good - not too far from the tube station. Lots of cafes and restaurants around. Contact person was helpful and very prompt in replying. The kitchen tap was leaking whenever you use it, there would be a puddle of water forming on the work top, so had to clean that up with a towel. The check in process could have been better. We were told to inform them about 30 mins before arrival, which we did. My friend waited outside the apartment building for them about 30 mins to check her in as the man was in the apartment which she was unaware of. I think there must be some form of miscommunication as she was unaware that she had to enter the building for the check in.
• Abeer (4/5): never book it again - the security system is good. The apartment was excellent furnished and clean , the same as picture. The apartment is equipped with all essentials except A/C there is no A/C , only electric fans 🙁. We can’t sleep well bec of this . Also the location is far from center of London. The washing machine is not working well probably. The curtains are not black out !
