• David (8/5): - As a tall person, I had to lower my head in the bedroom area. The location is fine to reach the old town.. Bus stop a few metres from the Casa Alto. A lot of lights in communal areas. Noises could be heard from adjoining properties. A good supply of cleaning materials in the kitchen area. Q

• Irene (7/5): - Céntrico. Y la persona a cargo era agradable. La zona no era muy buena aunque estuviera en el centro. Además, era un bajo sin casi ventanas y muy húmedo. Lo que para alguien como yo, con problemas de piel fue letal. Me genero un brote terrible de dermatitis.

Authentic local neighbourhood with good supermarkets and shops . 20 minute walk to centre of old town . Nice neighbours in adjoining apartment building. Excellent television. Excellent wifi . Although the postal address is number 27 - be aware that the actual apartment entrance is via a little door adjoining the apartment building numbered 27 ( and is marked Casa Alta ) .

• aj (10/5): Comfortabel en stijlvol verblijf dicht bij het centrum - Casa Alta Loft is echt een aanrader! Het appartement heeft een prachtig en stijlvol interieur alles is met zorg ingericht en straalt rust en klasse uit. De host reageert bovendien erg snel en vriendelijk, wat het verblijf extra aangenaam maakt. De locatie is ideaal: er is een parkeergarage op slechts één minuut lopen, die bovendien bij de prijs is inbegrepen. Let er wel op dat het handiger is om een kleine auto te huren, aangezien de parkeerruimte wat krapper kan zijn. Binnen 12 à 15 minuten wandelt u naar het centrum, en op slechts 2 minuten lopen vindt u gezellige caféetjes en heerlijke eetgelegenheden. Ook de supermarkt Eroski ligt op slechts één minuut afstand super handig! Het appartement zelf is ruim en comfortabel, met airconditioning én een plafondventilator voor de warme dagen. De keuken is volledig uitgerust met een koelkast, voldoende pannen, servies en alles wat u nodig heeft om zelf te koken. Daarnaast is er een wasmachine, droogrek, strijkijzer en strijkplank aanwezig ideaal, zeker voor een langer verblijf. Kortom: Casa Alta Loft biedt alles wat u nodig heeft voor een ontspannen, comfortabel en zorgeloos verblijf. Een prachtige plek met stijl, comfort en een uitstekende ligging! Niks

(8/5): Buena estancia en mal barrio - Espacio bien aprovechado , todos los servicios, cama cómoda y estaba limpio.tambien tiene parking gratuito (aunque es difícil subir hasta la planta donde está la plaza). Es un bajo reformado y se oye todo lo de la calle , como ya lo ponían los comentarios llevamos tapones , no nos gustó el barrio , ruidoso ,mucha suciedad por las calles, gente con mala pinta y un indigente durmiendo delante del apartamento (no sabemos si está siempre o coincidió con nuestra estancia)

• Alicia (8/5): Alojamiento en Málaga - El apartamento está bien, es un loft chiquito pero muy equipado. En la parte de abajo está el salón comedor, la cocina y el baño. Subiendo las escaleras está la habitación, con una cama y varias barras y cajones para almacenar la ropa. Tiene de todo y está perfectamente equipado: tv, aire acondicionado, electrodomésticos, campana, objetos de aseo, etc. También está muy bien decorado. Además el anfitrión mantuvo en todo momento la comunicación con nosotros a nuestra llegada. No quiero comentar aspectos negativos porque considero que por el precio que pagué está muy bien y ha sido un sitio bueno para quedarse, no obstante sí que creo que hay cosas importantes que debería de comentar: 1. Hicimos el check-in 1 hora más tarde de lo previsto ya que necesitaban ese tiempo para limpiar. No nos molestó porque estábamos comiendo pero quizá alguien lo quiera tener en cuenta 2. El parking te salva de dejar el coche en la calle pero hay que saber conducir muy bien. Está ubicado en una quinta planta y es bastante complicado llegar. Para hacer una idea: metimos el coche (un qashqai) el primer día y decidimos movernos en uber/cabify/bolt 3. Está bien ubicado como muchas reseñas dicen, tardas unos 15 minutos en llegar al centro, pero la zona no es muy buena. Varios taxistas nos lo han dicho. Queda bastante cerca algún barrio que tiene mala fama, y además el camino de noche da bastante miedo. Literalmente una noche cuando llegamos había una persona durmiendo en un colchón en la calle a 3 metros de la casa 4. Si bien al principio de nuestra estancia no escuchamos ruidos, hacia el quinto día se escuchaba todo lo que provenía de las casas de al lado 5. En su momento leí una reseña de una persona que había comentado encontrar algún insecto tipo cucaracha. Es cierto que en la cocina figura una placa que afirma que se ha desinfectado el local pero sí que vimos un bicho en la cocina
• Salomé (10/5): Um conforto em um retângulo pequenino :) - Localização ótima, zona sossegada, casa maravilhosa. O frio do ar condicionado não chega a zona do quarto mas não estava muito quente. Estacionamento que o dono cede é horrível! Não recomendo sequer tentarem em colocar o carro lá.

• Lisa (10/5): Excellent City Apartment - Excellent communication from the host. Spotless accommodation with many convenient amenities. Good size bathroom and shower. Spacious and cool. Air con works well but wasn't needed very much. Perfect location. Quiet area but close to everything. Bedroom is upstairs with lots of hanging and storage space and comfy bed. Bathroom downstairs opposite the kitchen. The lounge area is quite large with a very comfy large sofa. Not an issue but the stairs seperating the two floors are quite hard on your feet so bring slippers or flip flops.
• Krusnak (7/5): Nice place to stay, good location - The location was nice - walking distance to everything we wanted to see without being right in the middle of things. The host is also very responsive and attentive - nice person! We had some confusion over the lighting in the bathroom which he was very gracious with. Overall it good value for the money. There were two challenges for us 1) The parking lot is exceptionally tight - small cars only. I have a compact SUV and barely made it. 2) We found the staircase to the loft painful on the feet - it is designed for external use.

• Hicham (7/5): Central location and good amenities in clean studio flat. - The flat is located a short walk from central attractions. It is very well furbished and modern with all the amenities that you may need. The host was flexible with check-in process which I appreciated. The sound insulation was really bad and you can hear all noises from the street and neighbours including at night which made it difficult to have a good night sleep. The flat has got very limited natural light which is a problem in the winter!

Everything you need is in the apartment including washer/dryer, prime movies.on the TV, oven, microwave,coffee machine. Highly recommended,would book again when returning to Málaga Occasionally a bit of noise from neighbours above and nextdoor ,walls are thin but not a problem late night.
