Rüdiger (8/5): - Die Wohnung ist sehr groß und verfügt im Obergeschoss über 3 Schlafzimmer und 2 Bäder und eine Gästetoilette im Erdgeschoss. Zu der Anlage gehört ein Pool (15 m x 7,50 m), der, so wie die gesamte Anlage im Innenbereich, sehr gepflegt war. Durch die Markise auf der Terrasse konnten wir jeden Morgen draußen in Ruhe frühstücken. Insbedondere die Bäder sind leider schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen (einschließlich der Fugen und der lockeren Armaturen) . Anfangs gab es einen unangenehmen Geruch, der sich aber nach 2-3 Tagen nach Lüften und Wasserlaufenlassen wieder verflüchtigt hatte.. Die Ausstattung könnte noch verbessert werden (keine Gewürze, kein Essig und Öl ..., u.a fehlten Ersatz-Müllbeutel und ein 2. Handtuch -für den Pool-). Die Betten mussten selbst bezogen werden. Eine Dusche war sehr eng. Wir würden die Unterkunft aber wieder buchen, weil sie uns insgesamt gut gefallen hat und insbesondere ausreichend Platz vorhanden ist.
rosa (8/5): Bonita estancia en Conil. - La comodidad de las instalaciones, que tenga plaza de parquing, piscina y utensilios para cocinar etc… Los vecinos de la derecha que peleaban continuamente…😔
Vincent (7/5): Piscina, pádel y playa - Zonas comunes extensas y bien cuidadas. Hay un terreno de pádel y una piscina con jardín. Buena ubicación cerca de supermercados y a 20 minutos andando de la playa. Alojamiento amplio (estábamos 6 personas). Comunicación fácil con la dueña. Pasamos la estancia durante una ola de calor. Sin aire acondicionado es muy difícil dormir a pesar de los ventiladores. Sugeriría modernizar los electrodomésticos (nevera, lavadora, placas) y añadir A/A + mosquiteras.
