• Beatriz (5/5): Good if you’re on a budget but go ready for a lot of bad things - Cheap We had to call the owner when we arrived to get the information to get in the house. And he told us to wait 15 min 🙃 It’s 40 min walking away from the center. It has A lot of humidity, it is dirty and with not enough cutlery and dishes for 3. The extra bed for the 3rd person in uncomfortable and we had to set it ourselves and look for the sheets ourselves. There were not towels for 3, only for 2 Beware, the hot water is only enough for 2 when showering. Air conditioning only works in cold setting
• Elena (1/5): Pessimo - / Struttura piena di muffa, aria insalubre, sconsiglio vivamente di pernottare lì, soprattutto se si soffre di allergie!! Abbiamo contattato il proprietario per chiedere di rimborsarci una notte lasciando anticipatamente la struttura (pagata anche a caro prezzo) ma non ha più risposto. Se vogliamo aggiungere la scomodità del letto, i cuscini piatti e il bagno senza bidet, darei mezza stella.

• Sharmin (2/5): It was poor, host needs to improve basics in the apartment. - NOTHING Although the host was apologetic about requesting city tax payment at the door—despite the booking being paid in advance—he lacked understanding that international transfers take at least 3 working days. Due to the language barrier, it was difficult to explain, but as an international Airbnb host, some basic knowledge is expected. It was dark, and we were made to complete the payment outside before receiving the entry code, which felt unnecessary and extreme as we could have at-least given some time to make the payments as our stay was for 6 nights. Host lacked knowledge about international payments and made us cover the bank charges from his end, despite proof that our transfer incurred no fee. Cleanliness was a major issue—bedding had a strong odor and was of such poor quality that we had to purchase our own. Towels were also in bad condition, and we ended up buying our own towels. There was no kettle, a lack of toilet tissue, and the room had minimal natural light, only a small window, requiring lights to be on at all times. The street was extremely noisy, even at night, which made it very difficult to sleep. You could literally hear everything happening outside. The surrounding area felt unsafe and overly congested, with no pavements and chaotic traffic. While this isn’t the host’s fault, it's not ideal for tourists. We were very disappointed and even considered returning home early. I strongly recommend the host improve the basics—especially bedding and towels—as no guest should have to pay for such poor conditions.

• Kristiyan (6/5): - The owner is very nice and the cleaning lady too. Great staff! It smelled of mold because the steam from the bathroom didn't evaporate but stayed in the apartment. You could hear everything that was happening outside in the apartment because it was on the street. People around were constantly shouting and talking loudly. The price was okay, but if I had known all this information before paying for it, I probably wouldn't have chosen it.

• Echaire (10/5): - La casa es hermosa, tiene todo lo que necesitas podes cocinar, tiene cafetera, tiene todo. El baño impecable la ducha sale de 10. Abajo de la calle tiene un mercado donde podes comprar, la verdad la estadía fue un 10. Absolutamente nada
• Antía (1/5): Humedad y mala localización - El anfitrión fue súper atento en todo momento aunque no lo conocimos en persona. Nos quedamos 4 noches y en la segunda nos preguntó que tal nos estaba yendo en nuestra estancia. Le comenté que el apartamento estaba sucio, mínimo las sábanas y el baño. Me pidió perdón y me dijo que al día siguiente venía una chica a limpiar y así fue. Nos cambió la sábanas y limpió el baño (aunque la ducha que era lo realmente sucio, seguía igual -Adjunto foto), cosa que es de agradecer ☺️ La zona del apartamento parecía insegura y, además, estaba llena de basura por todos los lados. Por otro lado, en cuanto al apartamento en sí, tenía un gran olor a humedad. El anfitrión nos dijo que dejásemos el aire acondicionado encendido en todo momento pero aún así, no se iba nada el olor. Por otro lado, la limpieza escaseaba. Había bichitos en las paredes, las sábanas estaban sucias (cosa que arregló el anfitrión como comenté), la cafetera tampoco se podía usar por la falta de limpieza y la ducha estaba toda negra en la zona de los rieles de la mampara.

• Andriy Riccardo (8/5): - Arredamento molto molto carino, appartamento abbastanza isolato e non eccessivamente rumoroso (zona abbastanza tranquilla, non troppo frastuono). Letto comodo e biancheria pulita. Qualche ragno qua e là, la pulizia non era delle migliori e la muffa non era particolarmente fastidiosa, ma a qualche ospite più rompiballe potrebbe dar fastidio. La doccia perdeva un bel po' ed è mezza rotta. struttura non compresa di bidet, purtroppo è una cosa abbastanza negativa. Appartamento molto molto freddo e non vi era la possibilità di spegnere il condizionatore a causa dell'umidità.

• Elise (3/5): Damp and mouldy apartment - would not recommend! - The only real positive of this property was that the bed linen were clean, and the bed itself was comfortable. Additionally, it is a short walk from the metro line 1. The property was incredibly unclean, particularly the shower and the bathroom. There was black mould growing on the walls, and the whole room felt damp and smelt bad at all times. It was incredibly difficult to feel clean in this apartment, even after showering. I would not recommend this property.

• Edit (9/5): Superb - It was very hot and that is positive right now because I travelled there in winter. It is cute, you can find everything what you need. There was coffee as well, huge plus. I would book it again! I didnt really got a blanket. I also didnt find any dishwasher in the kitchen. The shower is leaking a bit.

• Cherise (9/5): Great stay at Casa Vacanze - Beautiful room and very budget friendly. The location is perfect since it is close to the metro, and there is also a mini market around the corner. I would highly recommend staying here :) It was a bit cold sometimes 🙈
• Ján (6/5): Biggest problem for me was the humidity, it is like sleeping in the cellar. - Close to metro. New and good looking furniture. Ok price. It is really humid, you can smell it always and everything always feels wet. Mold in the bathroom. Second door sometimes did work sometimes didn’t.
